Oh yeah I know you're hitched already, I remember you saying that, I know this is a shindig😉 That's loads of time and it'll probably fit you now anyway at your current weight.
In other news, my recent size 12 online shopping haul has been an unmitigated disaster, I think vanity sizing may have died in some shops at least. I've been a size 10 at this weight, now the 12 isn't fitting. I may drop some weight soon before my clothes wear out as I'm not buying 14's, I'll wear pjs all day if I have too! I'm close to not caring.

Vanity sizing is alive and well. Shop’s fun kicking our heads
You will definitely fit that gen by Aug.
12500 steps and couple hundred calories left

Not2bObvious · 15/03/2022 20:57

I think I'm going to have to stop shopping for clothes until I lose a stone. I'll be able to buy a new Christmas outfit.
Christmas 2023 at my current rate of loss. I hate clothes shopping

Asod is far more reasonable today

Gensola · 16/03/2022 07:54

130.7 - a pleasant surprise (basically STS) after a week of booze and not giving a sh*t haha! Have an online training course today so decided to WFH, had initially thought of doing it in the office. Have boned 8 chicken thighs and diced up for an ancho, kidney bean and chicken stew with peppers, tomatoes, leeks and carrots. Sort of a Mexican thing, it has great macros and tastes gorgeous. Lots of smoked paprika!
Need to do workout now before logging onto the training day.

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/03/2022 09:19

Great work gen. 130
Is my goal 4 tomgo

Gensola · 16/03/2022 10:52

My goal is somewhere between 120-125 I think.

Not2bObvious · 16/03/2022 13:04

That's really good gen, now you know what maintenance would be if you weren't well or some other life event. The half size me lady always stresses you should have a range that once you fall within you're good - outside it, might be time to adjust.
I'm down 1lb on Monday, .4 on Friday. I'd really like to down 1lb by Friday - that would at least indicate I'm somewhat on the right path. Last weeks .2 was galling.
So it was probably just a bit of carb bloat life, that's great

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 16/03/2022 13:57

125 was too hard for me to maintain. 130 more comfortable

Mrsmadevans · 16/03/2022 18:22

My Mother has been a right pita today , so am not in a good way head wise , hence scoffs today Hmm

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/03/2022 14:48

The coaches have advised eat nutritional good food at maintenance and do light exercises such as yoga for a week or 2 as I’m so run down

Choceur craceur does not count apparently

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/03/2022 17:32

166 over calories but was below last 2 days. Already on 13500’steps and still Zumba to do

Not2bObvious · 17/03/2022 22:50

Eaten own weight in chocolate cake. Put myself to bed so I can't start on the crisps, hoping that sugar isn't as bad on flux'ing the scales as crisps usually are. A Paddy's day with no booze wasn't awful, wasn't much fun either! At least I don't have drink calorie damage, the cake took its place.

Used my last 2 days deficit and scales spike today 20k steps. Took car to work and blooming car park isn’t open yet. Cba to walk. Wish I had now

Gensola · 18/03/2022 08:12

I have a post Paddy’s day hangover. 😭 why do I never learn?! Need to drag myself up and make coffee.

Happierwithouthim · 18/03/2022 08:26

Hope you weren't waiting too long for it to open life

Gen I'd say you'll have plenty of companions for the hangover today

I ate white chocolate Terry's chocolate orange mini eggs yesterday a bag of them, they're not great really Sad

There's a weighing scales in hotel bathroom why ShockShockShockShockShock

Not that's so disappointing about the clothes isn't it?

lifelongfrugaleer · 18/03/2022 08:45

They were late opening it so waiting 20 minute.
The greggs app won’t take my payment guess there is a message there.

Don’t do it happier, they will asod you

Not2bObvious · 18/03/2022 09:18

Sorry you're suffering gen, hit the fluids & the carbs and you'll feel better by lunchtime.
Not glad the Terry's things were shite happier, but glad to have found out before investing in the Easter egg version as I was tempted. You're away? That's great, but oh dear god don't go near the ASOD!
I did my official Friday weigh in, down .6 so now 166. A loss is a loss so on we go.
