Had a bacon sandwich today mmm

lifelongfrugaleer · 13/03/2022 06:48

No weight today but will manage food and exercise better. Back to it. 4 weeks to holiday

Gensola · 13/03/2022 08:31

I haven’t weighed in a few days. Will do so tomorrow - big boozy work lunch yesterday but no breakfast or dinner so I hope that it balanced out!
Body pump today and walkies. Roast chicken for dinner with lots of veg. All the water!

Happierwithouthim · 13/03/2022 08:44

This was last night - shared a bottle opened a second but that ended up down the sink, ate all the rubbish including half an Easter egg, Pringles, brownie, king crisps Angry but had good night with my girlies and that's important too

I'm sure a night with the girls did you a power of good happier, bit of a blow out was needed on treats too. You did so well to ditch the second bottle, you saved yourself a headache no doubt.
I'm doing a weigh in tomorrow too gen, week 2 of seeing how my better behaved weekends are in terms of bloat. It was 1lb up last Monday - have had it as bad as 5lb some weeks so that was an improvement. This Friday I'll be 3 weeks properly on track (as much as I'm willing at least) so I'll reassess then if still no real progress.
I've 3 weeks and 5 days to my hols, I'd so love to see a bit of a drop.

I agree happier the positive time with friends far outweighs eating crap

Dragged 30 minute aerobics which was shot as tank empty and my bloat was wobbling and hurt

lifelongfrugaleer · 13/03/2022 10:04

Shit not shot
Can’t face body pump

Not2bObvious · 13/03/2022 10:36

At least you did something life, you're still recovering from being poorly, be nicer to yourselfThanks

Mrsmadevans · 13/03/2022 12:51

Life well done on track today 🤗 l hope you are feeling much better today
Great work Not am sure you can get drop off for your hols 🤗
Happier do you good for you to let your hair down lovely ☺️

Mrsmadevans · 13/03/2022 12:54

DH making us a Sunday dinner , pork or lamb , roasties, peas, carrots, leeks and apple sauce yummy not eating till then to allow for the food 🤗😋😋

Not2bObvious · 13/03/2022 14:19

That sounds delicious mrs, and hunger is good sauce! I've had breakfast at 8, then a small choc bar around 11.30, just done an hours brisk walk for 8,000 steps. Dinner isn't til 17.30 - not sure whether I should try surf hunger waves, I don't have a lot of calories left in order to make my 1600'ish average. And of course I'll want a treat later

OP posts:
Gensola · 13/03/2022 18:58

Managed a 40 min body pump and did a 10k walk with DH. Should be around 1500 cals if I can stay off the booze!
DH making roast chicken with mash and veg for dinner, it smells amazing and am def getting hangry now 😅

Not2bObvious · 13/03/2022 19:08

I'm hitting 1900 today bringing my weekly average to 1700 - hoping there's a bit of a deficit there. The previous week was 1615.
Gosh this is tough some days

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 13/03/2022 19:51

Oops make that 1730 🐷

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 13/03/2022 19:52

15000 steps done, home made leek soup for lunch and roast beef dinner, birthday cake and ice cream for fil delayed birthday

Not2bObvious · 14/03/2022 10:12

Monday weigh in, up .6 from Friday which is decent for me, and down .6 from last Monday. That was post bodypump and 20 min jog - but I'll take it and not think I'm cheating 😉

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 14/03/2022 12:14

No weight today but on 9400 steps after aerobics and dog walk

lifelongfrugaleer · 14/03/2022 20:11

13600 steps and 1700 calories. Would have been less but dough balls are calorific little buggers

Gensola · 15/03/2022 07:24

Have been allowing booze to creep in, need to cut it out on weekdays as it makes me tired and groggy. Cals have been more like 1600-1700 most days which I think is probs just under maintenance for me at my height and weight (5 ft 2 and 130ish). Exercise has been crap.
Term is over and exams are marked - have CPD day tomorrow but other than that I have this week off before I take the study trip next week. Going to get on track with exercise and food.

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/03/2022 07:33

4 lb up 4! Bastards

Not2bObvious · 15/03/2022 09:45

20 min jog/25 min walk giving me just shy of 7,000 steps - happy with that for a start before work.
At least you know life. Chances are half of it is bloat from extra carbs.
Have you been weighing gen? Are you still going to the PT?

OP posts:
Gensola · 15/03/2022 14:00

not I haven’t been weighing, terrified to - had a PT session today and official weigh with her tomorrow am. I signed up for another two months to try and get to my goal. Have just ordered a white jumpsuit and tuxedo jacket for my wedding in the summer, size 8 - eek!!

life this will be me tomorrow doubtless, I have had such a bad case of the fuckits this week with the end of term and exam marking.

Did 40 min body pump. Need to get out for more steps - had a walk around town and had my eyebrows tidied but only on 7000ish. DH is working late this eve.

Not2bObvious · 15/03/2022 14:42

As you've been only eating 1600-1700 I'm sure you're grand gen, isn't it shocking how scared we are of the bastard SOD. How long til the wedding? Your outfit sounds stunning, v classy.

OP posts:
Gensola · 15/03/2022 16:45

We are actually already legally married but we had to have a lockdown wedding with only a few guests, outside etc. So this is our “wedding” with a little blessing ceremony and a big reception for all our family and friends - it’s not til mid August so I have time to get to goal.
