Yeah I guess. When I say carby I mean a small burger bun, small chips and 1.5 slices of McCambridge type of bread. Not a lot in the grand scheme. I'll do my waist measurement again, I had lost a smidge after 2.5 weeks and I'm another week in. Remember the days of losing 3-4lb at WW? Oh just for 1 week like that
That sucks on your scales too, the meal prep thing is a game changer I think from a budget & diet perspective. If you have time of course

Thank you for your prayers Not & life they worked it wasn't as bad as last time thank God . She had a tooth out , it Bled of course. Took her to the waiting room for it to stop until we were able to go home , there were 3 ppl she knew there so she had a fantastic gossip 😂😂😂
She forgot all about the bleed 😂
When she knew the one person's ex Boyfriend was in prison for being a paedophile she was enthralled 😱

Got a quick bodypump (28mins) and a 25 minute jog. It's something at least

Pump done here too and on 12400 steps with 45 mins Zumba to do
Also have about 300 calories spare so far but tomorrow will be over as out for tea, I can’tfast all day as make me wonky (more wonky)

Bahaha mrs glad she is ok.
I weighed in at 133.25 today, pleased to be moving down again. Couldn’t do spin as I had a bikini wax at lunch time and have learned by hard experience that it needs 24 hours for the skin to recover before spinning 😳
I meant to save some cals as we are having drinks with friends tomorrow but I was hungry after work so had a protein bar, taking me to 1340 cals. May skip breakfast tomorrow and have a low cal lunch to try and save some that way.

Take it easy with saving cals gen after the turn the other day. 1340 today is still very low, and you're doing really well - no need for heroic measures, you definitely don't want to drink on a very empty stomach. That's the sure fire way to either kick off an after hours toast binge or next day splurge.
Just about kept to my 1750 cals. I could absolutely devour some toast now but I had lunch out today with cake within cals so I'm going to quit while I'm somewhat ahead!

Back up the .2 I was down yesterday. I'm up 1.2 on last Friday, pretty much maintained my average except for fractional gain of .1 - no idea what's going on. Calories are on average around 1700 and have been for nearly 3 weeks, walking everyday, getting back into jogging a bit, weights 2-3 times a week. Less highly processed food, less bread, very little chocolate if any most days. Crisps the last 2 days but not mountains. Booze reduced the last 3 weeks as well.
I suppose I'll have to just hold my nerve but I'm kind of on my last nerve!

not do you feel lighter or do your clothes feel better? Are you sleeping better, hopefully your hard work is paying dividends somewhere!

gen I still never learn about bikini waxes and going walking or something afterwards and then need to care for the welts for days Grin

life glad to hear you're feeling trimmer, scales will catch up in its own time

I'm really loving the walking and have taken 10 mins off my route, not sure if I bragged about that here or not Grin

No, no and no sadly. My waist has possibly gone down .5 of an inch, one thigh had gone up an inch - odd Hmm
I'll just keep going. Maybe 1750 is too high, I'll try reduce to 1650 next week.
Good for you taking time off your route happier, that's a pure NSV!

133.7 today. Seem to have hit something of a plateau. 40 min body pump and 50 spin, hope to get some steps in later. I def get more steps when I’m in work, WFH is so sedentary.
not this is what happened to me with team R**it’s so frustrating.

Mum is extremely well after the tooth extraction yesterday much to my relief, her and Bobbo were hammer and tongs when l got there because she walked to the shower room with no shoes on and he told her off & she was nasty to him and in turn he was nasty to her Hmm Grin
They were like a couple of kids there Grin

We have binge watched The Magpie Murders on Brit box , must say we absolutely loved it . Lovely costumes and scenery, filmed in Dublin. Lesley Manvilles wardrobe was just up my street , she looked so elegant, in my dreams lol !
I have been fine re the food thank God after the rhubarb crumble Grin , keeping busy is the key !

Watched a video on YouTube of the half size lady I mention, but it really helped me today. Just realising that yes I'm not losing right now, but I'm also not gaining & that's a good & valid option. Might be of interest, it's all to do with the lower brain

not I’ll have a watch of that, I love shows about weight loss.
DH and I had double G&Ts x 2 so I’m over my cals 😳 1700 rather than 1500. Alas. Hope the exercise will neutralise the extra!

G&T cals are practically juniper berry cals so one of your 5 a day and count towards water too. So tots healthy (nods head sagely) Heather (half size me lady) is an oracle, honestly guys v American but really knows her stuff

Slightly over maintenance calories but me god the hunters chicken was delicious. Just under 25k steps though.
Rest day today just house work neat

It’s true not it’s not a gain and it’s the other health benefits of eating well
1700 is a mere nothing gen not for one night.

132.9 on scales today so G&T does appear to be a health food after all!
I’m about to body pump + spin before getting ready and having lunch. Skipped breakfast to save cals for later as we are having friends over. Steps were crap yesterday as was WFH so tied to desk, must do better today and tomorrow. It’s hard with DH tho, he insisted on coming with me on my walk but he can’t actually walk properly after the op so it took us 50 mins to do 2km. I’ve firmly told him I’m walking alone today!

My coach lives in uk but is actually from here and is home for a week. I may get to meet him because he's offering to meet for walks/gym sessions HmmSmile

Bought lots of meat yesterday when I picked up a cooked chicken at a butchers in next village, was lovely to have the three of us sit and eat the same meal together at the same time. Ds had curry with it, dd gravy & I had gravy and stuffing but close enough to same thing!

I need to get some batch cooking done, meal prep is where I need to improve according to coach.

That's great gen, the health drink of choice! I must have a couple tonight, might drop a couple of pounds overnight😉
No weigh in today as had breakfast in bed and didn't get a chance. After some wine & snacks last night it probably wouldn't have been welcome. Going to do a workout and maybe a jog to sweat out the mild effects of the vino. Not suffering to any great degree thankfully. Definitely went way over calories but had room from low cal Monday & Tuesday.
It'll be good to meet your coach happier, face to face chat or gym session could be really beneficial.
