We had a nice day, I got some bits for the house in the sales, we enjoyed our trip in town. DH is feeling very nervous now about Tuesday. I’m almost as nervous about the drive back from hospital, it’s about an hour away and I’m a very nervous driver. I’m going to sit in a friend’s house and teach my morning lessons from there, I’ve taken Tues afternoon off as we don’t know exactly when he will be discharged.
Then I’m WFH for the rest of the week teaching online, so I can look after him.

Ds was anxious and didn't go to party so we got the train to neighbouring big town & had milanos(pizza express in uk) and did some shopping. I had planned strawberries and choc dipping sauce for dessert but they'd a double childs birthday party due for dessert same time as I ordered and they all had icecream Sundaes for dessert which meant no strawberries left for me Grin

I just did 40 min body pump, will spin after work. 61.1 / 134.7 today, weighed after pump tho and always find that causes a small gain.
I’ll skip strength tomorrow as official weigh is on Weds am with PT, cardio only or maybe nothing depending on how late we get back from hospital and what state DH is in. I’ll be walking from hospital to Dfriend house and back so will get some steps in tomorrow anyway.
The joy of WFH for 4 days will be being able to work out at normal hours rather than 515am, hurrah!

Oooh that pizza looks fab happier, sorry ds felt anxious - hate it when the littlies get anxious or upset. Used to it being a grown up of course but I feel bad for them, hard time for kids these last couple of years. How you feeling yourself? Is the new plan going well?
Glad you had a nice day gen, best of luck for tomorrow - this time next week it'll be all done. You've faced scarier than a drive, deep breaths and take your time.
Weekends are tough life, I didn't fully mess up but I messed up a bit. Monday's are for resets for sure. Homemade chocolates sweets caused mfp carnage, or they will when I add them in. I had a fair number of spare cals, if they were enough I don't know yet. Might fast til lunch, I'll see how hungry I am after I weigh in! Nothing like a Monday weigh in to turn you off your grub

It was lovely but that combined with snacks on the train meant I didn't go over cals but still very carby so scales has gone up this morning.

I'm feeling good on this plan though & my waist is narrowing already, felt good in my clothes yesterday

Still no food, and no weighing today I think. Already feel crap, not adding to it! Had a roast yesterday which always seems to send the scales to bitchy mode. My scales is vindictive and merciless for an inanimate object. I think neither fasting nor unprocessed food diet nor exercise nor reduced calories impress it much

I had a weird turn at work, had to come home. I was fine one second and the next second I was dizzy, lightheaded, sweaty and super nauseous. Wasn’t actually sick and have since had a tea and some toast and feel a bit better, but not back to normal. Hope I’m not coming down with something as DH needs me to drive him tomorrow and then look after him, argh!

Sounds upsetting. Might be subliminal stress about what's coming up, or could you have been cutting back too much on the food? How you feeling now?

I did a hard body pump class at 515am then walked briskly 30 mins into work, maybe I just overdid it, breakfast was a protein shake so not enough carbs maybe. I still feel a bit shaky tbh. Oddest feeling, the room suddenly spinning! Sadly we have to get up stupidly early tomorrow for hozzy. My guess is either low blood sugar or maybe IVF supplements don’t agree with me, I was literally just thinking of coming off them all now we aren’t doing IVF any more and just staying on the pre-pregnancy multi vitamin and probiotic, maybe the omega 3 fish oil and that’s it. I currently take so many that I rattle!

Does really point to too much output & not enough input gen, maybe put the dieting on hold for the next couple of days and have a few hundred extra calories. It wouldn't do to have two patients. IVF supplements might be surplus to requirements alright.
Good activity life, I dragged my carcass around my village for an hour. Just ate dinner that was very healthy but my own cals very low, under 800. I'll get another 300-400 but finding Monday's a natural low calorie day the last few weeks due to the family having more carby food due to activities and I've been trying for more protein/fibre filled carbs. That and skipping breakfast keeps it low. Won't do me any harm

life I’ve always gone for carrot sticks and home made hummus, or a bowl of raspberries with some chia seeds for fibre - or pears have loads.

I am on sofa, DH is bringing me dinner. I do feel a little better now having rested. Will be glad when tomorrow is over.

I'm rubbish at fibre, managed 16gr despite having what I thought might be good, banana/apple/hummus/corn/nuts - oh well it's a process. Glad you're feeling a bit better gen, best of luck for tomorrow

193.3lbs this morning, was dreading it because I've seen 196 for a few days. Waist measurement gone up because I'm a bit bunged up.

We only have a chipper wagon in my locality usually Sat/Sun and he's a work colleague. He was operating last night and I took that as a sign to have pizza & chips Shock

Today's check in day & I'm really taking it as a fresh start, ate out sat/sun and chipper last night Hmm

If you got 193 after last nights pizza & chips happier, you're doing great. Sometimes a bit of splurge can keep you going for a while & seeing that number must have been a nice reminder of how well you're doing overall. 2 off plan meals don't cancel everything else out.
I'm at 165 after the usual scale negotiation. Down .6 on last Tuesday. It feels like I'll never get to pre Christmas weight, super tired of dieting to be honest. The doctor said last week I need to get the weight down and it just feels hopeless

DH has gone into theatre so I’m in friends house, going to teach one lesson online in a bit the others are rescheduled or cancelled. I feel a bit better today, thankfully, had a safe protein shake with blueberry and banana for breakfast as it’s easy on stomach.
Will go for lunch with lovely friend - he’s a widower and finally met someone, so nice to see him happy at last.
