Tbh gen that sounds like a great plan without Killing your self in the process

Not2bObvious · 27/01/2022 21:33

Solid plan gen, if you see a spike the next day that's all it will be.

Been so busy not had time to post, my food is ok , at least being busy keeps me off the grub!
Well done Happier & Gen Smile
IF is amazing if you can stand it Smile

Not2bObvious · 28/01/2022 07:50

Slip a smidge to 165.2, bit bunged up but avoiding taking anything so it is what it is. Four days of no chocolate or crisps, not missing them yet as replacing with measured amounts of cheese/nuts. I'm only really managing the feed for 12, fast for 12 method which is basically an overnight but I might hold off eating until lunchtime today. Or not, feeling headachey & tearful with stress this morning, eating something might help

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 28/01/2022 10:14

Oh no not. Hope the stress passes and be kind to yourself today

For the same amount of calories I could have bacon roll or yoghurt and nuts. Guess which one

Not2bObvious · 28/01/2022 12:30

I doubt there's a prize but I'm going to guess bacon roll - it is Friday! Protein source innit?
Hung onto 12 to eat as it was just the way the day went. Watched Peter Preeces ceremony and had another cry, RIP.

Way more filling life

Saw mumreloaded stories that she was going over for funeral, very sad

lifelongfrugaleer · 28/01/2022 14:11

Yup greggs it was. Kept me full all morning and fuelled for pump

Was it this morning :(

Not2bObvious · 28/01/2022 14:47

Yeah, 11.30 - of course one of the TRH affiliates went live at the same time. Tone deaf, I'm probably being a bit unfair but that's what I felt, you'd want to have been under a rock in that community not to be aware of it.

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 28/01/2022 16:52

Really. That’s naughty

lifelongfrugaleer · 28/01/2022 16:53

Oo and I have a free bacon roll to claim now too

Not2bObvious · 28/01/2022 18:17

Well it wasn't the brightest/bravest of them so I'm not too surprised, I can see them agreeing to do it no problem.
Now there's a freebie I could go for!

Not2bObvious · 28/01/2022 19:28

Thanks very much mrs, trying to leave the stress behind for the weekend. Started stressed, then very sad, then EP visit which was nice - sitting down watching a bit of TV. Bloody wrecked with emotional overload

Went out for lunch with one of my Bf , she has been so poorly, she has been having terrible problems with the menopause, her HB is down to 2 from all the clots . Then she had Covid last week and now the blood test she had done has revealed she has type 2 Diabetes , she looked so poorly bless her,. We only had a wholemeal toastie and a decaff coffee, we didn't have cakes like we would do normally because of her Diabetes diagnosis ahh bless her heart . I know she will be ok but she looked awful.

Not2bObvious · 28/01/2022 19:57

Aww your poor friend mrs, what a dreadful onslaught of crap for her😔 I'm sure it helped her to have a chat & time out with you. I had a big cry down the phone to my bestie & she really helped put a different slant on things for me. Really hope your pal gets her head around the diabetes, I'm sure she's shook. Bloody menopause as well

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 28/01/2022 20:09

Oo that’s not great for your bestie gen
Hope the weekend is stress free not

Gensola · 28/01/2022 20:25

mrs sorry to hear about your friend, I’m sure meeting up with you will have really helped her!
DH made the most delicious dinner - leek, chorizo and butter bean bake, sounds weird but it was honestly divine.
I managed 30 min spin and 30 min barre class, but didn’t have the energy to give 100 in either, I did break a sweat though, so better than nothing!
DH has a rare day off tomorrow (he works for a school that has Saturday lessons) so we are going to the garden centre and wood upcycling yard to get some new house plants and maybe a window box for the kitchen to have herbs in.
Happy Friday all!

Not2bObvious · 28/01/2022 20:40

That sounds like a lovely plan for your Saturday gen, v genteel and civilised. Well done on the classes, any effort is better than sitting on the arse😉 Your dinner sounds v interesting, himself is some chef!

Not2bObvious · 29/01/2022 09:24

That's a couple of pounds down isn't it life? Well done. I won't weigh until I get home from my morning kid taxi'ing/shopping. Already been for a walk to the shops so that's over 7,000 steps done already. Just using the phone to keep a rough guess. Can't quite let go of tracking it. Awake in the middle of the night for a couple of hours, but not too tired
