Realised I had 370 calories after tracking all food so had another snack. Had a cookie.

Need to work out how to track weekend meals with outlaws or just have a guess day

Yes Not it was the only thing that worked for me . I have never kept weight off before evrey time l lost weight l regained and regained and l weighed more than l did before l started. IF is the only thing that works for me , l got in the end l really didn't need to eat it was so freeing , only thing is l had nausea , to combat it l had to have a sachet of Dioralyte , that soon sorted it out Smile

The correct answer is that fat is converted to carbon dioxide and water. You exhale the carbon dioxide and the water mixes into your circulation until it's lost as urine or sweat. If you lose 10 pounds of fat, precisely 8.4 pounds comes out through your lungs and the remaining 1.6 pounds turns into water

Great day out but mucho calories consisting of all the carbs will no doubt give me a sobering start to my Monday in the form of 3-4lb gain. It's all fun & games until you see the numbers, clearly I'm doing my bit for the planet holding onto my chub
Any insights from JSA life?

137 again today.

Had a busy day - managed to get a 40 min body pump session in and a 30 min spin. Had a friend over for lunch and then batch cooked some chilli for the week. I also finished my masters essay assignment for the Masters in Teaching and Learning I’m doing part time and submitted it. DH kindly proof read it for me.
Steps were shit as a result - I just couldn’t fit in a walk.

That sounds like a really productive day gen, the steps can wait for another day. Well done on getting your assignment done, no mean feat!
Think I'll try fast until lunch to let the carb bloat dissipate, no scales today, feeling fragile after v disrupted sleep. That's what lunchtime wine does for you

Fasted til 1pm, not too bad. Broke fast with a cheese sambo, hardly unprocessed but hey Ho, needs much. Chicken breast & salad for dinner. Scales up 1.8 on yesterday from lunchtime weigh in, first weigh in showed a 3.6 gain so yep fasting cleared out most of the bloat. Wrecked

Managed a 30 min body pump only 11700
Steps though as forgoed a walk to fit pump in. Which is fine

I'm on day two of trying to cut back on the junk, find a digestive biscuit hits the craving and I can stop at two for the moment. Could be worse. Got 35 mins weights workout and then 2 x 25 mins walk to the shops.
Have you room for a decent sweet treat life? It's very tough with hormonal craving, a bit of what you fancy might do you good.

life I feel you. I didn’t sleep well and am tired which just makes me crave sugar. I’ve managed to fool myself so far by having a cocoa protein and banana shake for breakfast which was sweetish, plus half a chocolate and hazelnut protein bar after lunch.
Cals wise I’m ok, about 1500 and kitchen closed. Weigh in with PT tomorrow!
This morning was still 137, hoping for a mini loss to 136 point something for the scales!!
I did a 40 min spin and 40 min pump class. Steps crap tho and not sure I have energy to go out in cold 😭

You have calories left from yesterday life? Is that part of the problem that you're not eating enough one day and the hungry builds, and we all crave sugar for the hunger hit. Or maybe you meant you had cookies left!
Best of luck for tomorrow gen, you're doing soo well, getting healthier, fitter & stronger should be the goal and then weight loss as a by product of the good behaviours. Says she, the queen of the scale drama! I think I've had around 1500 as well, thought it was 1400 but remembered a nut'ciddent- a healthier snackciddent if you will😉
