It's so hard to find the motivation. I really don't want to have to buy bigger than the huge clothes I have already, some of them are straining.

Diner was delicious, so worth the calories. I added some fresh pineapple in with the usual peppers, onions, tomatoes. That really jazzed it up.

All the websites that are supposed to work out your calories for you keep telling me to have around 1600 calories. But I don't lose any weight if I have that many.
I think I must be a whole new level of sedentary! Even with 2 young kids my fat bum rarely leaves the sofa. Especially this period of house arrest (self isolating)

No way am I buying more clothes! I have way too many as it is and I used the last lot as an excuse not to lose weight, cos they were new 🙄😂

I have an event in 8 weeks I would like to wear something nice and feel good so if I could drop 1 dress size that would be good. Currently straining 16’s 😂

@Menora A dress size in 8 weeks seams like a decent attainable goal.
I'm up for that. If I can get into a pair of size 20 jeans I have that are non stretchy in 8 weeks I'd be moving in the right direction with a smile on my face.

Morning, I'm having a milky coffee (skimmed milk of course) before I head to work. I do find milk to be very filling...a good enough reason for a skinny Starbucks frappucino?? I also find that the skinny syrups from TK Maxx are good (about £4 for a big bottle). Ok so not as good as the 'proper' syrups but cheaper and sugar free so will do.

@katscamel is that the Jordan's skinny syrups? Ive tried a few of those and just couldn't like them. I love a hazelnut syrup in coffee or anywhere. The only sugar free one I've tried and liked is the Monin one but it tends to be quite pricey.

No breakfast for me today. I'm off to IKEA for a mooch with a friend and then were having lunch. I'm hoping to resist the meatballs and get something more low calorie, but I do love the meatballs.

@Lottieskeeper let me tell you a little secret...I've never been to IKEA BlushI keep meaning to go if not for the flat packs but food is ment to be great! I love Costco Pizza

Morning @devuskums of course you can join. Honestly I live in leggings even my elastic jeans are to small can't stand my bras either at the minute and there not even underwire I just seem to have Bulges & rolls and want to stay underwearless and in my pjs for all eternity

I struggle to keep tracking calories til the end of the day, starts well then I just give up tracking 😒 must try harder today! I got weighed this morning and I'm 2lb lighter than Monday. On Monday I stayed the same as previous week. so maybe it's catching up from Monday not showing a loss

Morning, did a 1 mile walk at 7am today
Really going to try to stay on track over the weekend

I have some social events coming up and planning on sticking to gin and soda water or something, stay away from wine

@Menora gin and soda is my favourite drink, probably about the lowest calories you can get too. I'm particularly partial to Hendricks. Well done on the exercise, at 7am my whole household was fast asleep (lazy family)

@SpacePug well done on the loss. I try and plan my calories in the morning for the whole day if I can. Leaving a couple of hundred spare for snacks where I can.

@WhoUsedMyName. I love IKEA, the food, the cheap flat pack furniture, and the coffee beans.
In lockdown 1 my 5 year old DD would often cry because we couldn't go to IKEA for meatballs Hmm

So some days you eat nothing & other days only 1000-1200 cals! I think I may actually die.
I done 600cal shake diet once lost 3stone but you can't do it forever and I put it all back on & more

I can’t fast, it gives me migraines. Whenever I have had to go nil by month I have every single time ended up with a migraine (part dehydration I am sure) also my stomach acid goes insane!

Shakes make me ill. I am better off just avoiding bad foods and eating good ones - and enjoying them
