Let me know if you are on this - there are a couple of threads but can't tell which is current.

(But please don't bother commenting if just to tell me not to do it - I am aware of the chances of regaining the weight at the end, but need something to motivate me in the early stages out of the current mess I've got myself into. I have tried many options, have had various forms of eating therapy and food coaching and understand what does/doesn't work for me)

I'm aware I need to drinks loads of water, any other tips? I have 35 kg to lose (!!) :-)

I'm doing good thank you. Took Monday off the diet as it was my wedding anniversary but back onto it Tuesday and am 13 lb down. Slow and steady and feeling in control so I will take that Smile. You're sounding really positive @ramarama, good for you!!

@tiredvommachine fell off the wagon a little today - ate some crisps at a kids party.
Shouldn't matter but it's literally the only thing i've had off plan, worried i've opened the floodgates!

@tiredvommachine hurrah! I'm avoiding the scales for a few days after a weekend blowout.

3lb loss this week, how is everyone doing? Smile

ramarama · 20/06/2021 09:30

I've been doing very badly! kids party and then work drinks means I've fallen off plan and binged a couple of times.
Am mainly now back on the wagon - but questioning whether this plan is worth doing for me at all - if for every 4 kg I lose, I regain 3kg within a week or two! (plus headaches and cost etc) hmmm.......
