I WILL be losing my lockdown stone, starting today! Anyone join me?

That's it. I have put on an extra lockdown stone. I want to get rid of the lockdown stone. I am going to do it, starting today. I am sick of it and my overeating!

Yesterday I snacked all day on rubbish, and then had a massive takeaway pizza for dinner. I feel bloated this morning. I'm 11s 1lb today.

It's been done a million times before here, but anyone want to shift a stone with me? Smile

I have my first class tomorrow night and I'm so excited it's unreal @ScotlandUnited, it has been what feels like ages and I've really missed it. Even though I go to the gym every day it hasn't been the same.

Hello to isitreallyme77! Smile Let us know how your class goes and ScotlandUnited too.

Great progress thedogshow, you are definitely well on your way!

Great to hear the progress being made and for those who have struggled a bit, keep going - you never know when things will "click" and you get that rush of inspiration/motivation!

I did my typical weekend flounder but my motivation has returned in the form of an invitation in July which will require a proper dress, heels etc with lots of people there I haven't seen in ages - in other words, "out out". I am personally motivated by an event more than anything else, and so I have already bought the perfect new dress in the sale (in my old usual size, requiring me to be a stone lighter than now) and I am BACK ON IT! Can I join? I’ve got the lockdown stone to lose. I’m about 2lbs down on my heaviest, but have got, realistically, 11lbs to go. I don’t want to cut my calories too drastically (TTC) but I do want to move more, as it is my immobility that has caused the weight gain this year.

I have a fortnight of annual leave soon, and I’m planning to get active. I’ve run around 30 miles this month so far - I’d really like to get it to 60.

Hi! Have been quiet... Working a lot of nights, which makes sticking to good intentions so hard.
I've downloaded the loose it app, which seems a bit more user friendly then MFP-to me anyway!
Have done a kettlebells workout this morning, went for a run yesterday. Just need to stop snacking on beige carbs...
Feeling positive today, I will shed my extra pounds by the Summer!
