I like to think I would, and I would trust their professional advice just as much; but inwardly I hate to say I would be thinking we'll a) this all seems unobtainable if someone who knows inside out about nutrition is an unhealthy weight, and b) there's obviously more to all of this than the infamous food in Vs energy out- and how do I access this?

My friend actually used to have to see a dietician as part of her ED recovery plan, we were 13 so fairly young and I remember her saying I don't want to eat all of that, what if I end up like her. Harsh I know, but to someone struggling I guess it's not the best role model, but I also believe peoples jobs shouldn't define them, which I know is contradictory. I guess it depends what you're seeing them for too.
