Been ok ish today busy so l can't stop to scoff which os my saving grace. Poor Dh is complaining about his weight, think we are going to have to get our act together. Got some skinny Meatballs out for tea with tomato passata and some corgettes . Dh is doing it for us bless him Smile

Not2bObvious · 19/02/2021 17:16

Haha! More like a barge poll than a tooth pick, although as I've said before I always think if I have a sweaty workout I should be immediately lighter by at least 10lb.
Vac appointment 1 done, back next month for the second. Got through it all ok, now just to keep an eye, seems fine though.
Homemade Chinese tonight, starving. Ooh yummy sounding cookies happier

I feel like this about three days with no carbs! Why aren’t all my clothes too big? What is happening?!

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/02/2021 18:50

I was ok the forgot to track breakfast shake and cheese on toast. 1778 with 17800 steps. I'll take that

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/02/2021 18:50

Cookie were ok but not as good as my usual queen Mary ones (book packed)

Happierwithouthim · 19/02/2021 19:20

Out walking now but scoffed the cookies before I left they're from the healthy spoon l.ie

Dinner is king prawns with chorizo, noodles and probably some peppers onion spinach and a stir in sun dried tomato pasta sauce from Aldi like the dolmio knock offs!

Happierwithouthim · 19/02/2021 19:22

Mary Berry rocks when I was 13 I chose a hardback desserts book of hers possibly my first non kids cookbook, still much loved, it was a Christmas gift from relations budget £20

Happierwithouthim · 19/02/2021 19:23

Average 9200 steps and no children this weekend so target will be surpassed Grin

lifelongfrugaleer · 20/02/2021 07:16

Weight is dropping but hunger is up. Will have a protein day then maybe go up to 1700.

Not2bObvious · 20/02/2021 07:34

That sounds like a good idea life, the extra 100 could be enough to keep you satisfied and avoid a splurge. How's it going being off the chocolate? I ate everyone's share last night, good thing I had banked a few hundred over the week. Will weigh in shortly, was 165 last Saturday so hoping for a better number than that.

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 20/02/2021 07:53

163.4 - up .6 on yesterday, delighted it's only .6
Plan for today, get my steps, stick to calories. Yesterday was my splurge, could/should have planned a bit better

lifelongfrugaleer · 20/02/2021 08:37

Fine being off the chocolate cos I've not tried to have just a bit. Not missed it yet.

lifelongfrugaleer · 20/02/2021 08:38

No aerobic today but walk to check the scout hut and possible to the BMX track will get my 10k steps. Hm curry tonight beef massaman and chippatti.

Gensola · 20/02/2021 08:39

I keep forgetting to weigh before I’ve eaten my breakfast. Must do this tomorrow. AF due any day now I’m off the IVF meds. Taking so many egg improving supplements I am starting to rattle 🤣
We are planning a 7 mile walk today after lunch, and I have a dynamic yoga class booked.
The veggie lasagne was amazing!! Would recommend the red lentil pasta sheets, they’re a bit more al dente than pasta but it actually helps hold the dish together more and they tasted lovely.

lifelongfrugaleer · 20/02/2021 08:41

Bah, dinner is 1000 calories. Ah well will pull it back in the week

Not2bObvious · 20/02/2021 10:30

A decent dinner is worth it, I love Massaman. I'm having steak.
Looking at Happy Scales, according to my weight loss trends, I'll hit my next goal of 160.4 in.....7 months. Now that's a sobering thought as it's 3lb away. Overall loss trend is .08 a week, although currently up to .20 - were you ever just sick of yourself? Like WTAF

lifelongfrugaleer · 20/02/2021 12:25

I wasn't going to track today but I'm going to. Own the day, know I will be over and rest that it is a damm site better than last week.

lifelongfrugaleer · 20/02/2021 17:17

Pleased dis track today as mass man will be tomorrow now as out this afternoon. I need to have the extra calories tomorrow felt rubbish all day trying to save for big meal

Happierwithouthim · 20/02/2021 19:32

Finishes on 1761 calories and 9400 steps as no aerobic or walk due to rain

Not2bObvious · 20/02/2021 20:08

Excellent life
Woohoo happier, 2lb is brilliant - Yesterday's food looks lush. Not sure if it's nationwide but SV has Eddie Rocket sauces, wing sauce/garlic sauce/secret sauce. Bought all 3 and they're spot on. Steak dinner demolished, on the crisps and wine. No drinking from tomorrow til next Thursday or Friday depending on when EP comes to stay

Not it's the very hardest thing to do, maintain and lose the very last few pounds , you are so on it you should be so proud of yourself 💐❤️🤗
Gen l have not heard of the red lentil sheets that sounds lovely. Well done in keeping it altogether and just keeping going you are doing everything in your power to succeed 💐❤️🤗
Cauliflower cheese for us tonight Very comfortably and l really enjoyed it 😃

Gensola · 20/02/2021 20:41

happier well done! I’d be delighted with 2lbs off!
Tesco today was empty in places a bit like lockdown one - no eggs at all, no raspberries or blueberries, no aubergines. A bit odd - wonder if it’s Brexit delays.

Not2bObvious · 20/02/2021 20:47

Thank you mrs, you're very kind. I bloody love cauliflower cheese

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 20/02/2021 20:49

Your trip to Tesco gen sounds like my recent trip to M&S, big gaps in shelves, brexit a big possibility on both side of the pond
