Lidl was very well stocked today Gen plenty of everything. Loads of fruit and vegetables, l just think sometimes the weather makes ppl panic buy tbh.

Mrsmadevans · 20/02/2021 20:54

I hope that is what it is anyway , Not & you are very welcome 💐

lifelongfrugaleer · 21/02/2021 07:36

Great woosh where happier.
I've noticed lots of stock outs in Sainsbury's, less so in Aldi

How long is ep staying not?

Walk to the bike track today, possible aerobic or second long walk.

Not2bObvious · 21/02/2021 08:22

Just does an overnight stay once every two weeks, helps with sanity & loneliness. I visit twice a week outside of that and daily check ins/shopping.
Waiting to weigh. Went massively over yesterday, unexpected totm & brought with it a binge. Haven't had it for a few months so was a surprise HmmNot welcome at that. Anyway off for a walk to shop with teen shortly, I've promised takeaway coffee so huge excitement abounds, food & drink are the only thing that brings any animation. Oh and sun, sun helps

Finally remembered to weigh, had had a coffee but no food yet - 65.1 so up 500g or so, but in middle of AF so hopefully by end of this week I’ll be back to 64.5 and can go from there.
DCat ran in as I was making my second coffee with a RAT clamped in his mouth. I ran away and locked him in kitchen. Have sent DH to deal. May have to burn house down.

Not2bObvious · 21/02/2021 08:44

That's not bad gen all things considered. Ugh, that's grim, cat with rat. Wouldn't be able.
Up 2, not surprising but nonetheless grrrr

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 21/02/2021 09:41

House burning is a reasonable response.
Those are not bad figures ladies

Gensola · 21/02/2021 09:56

I’m pleased tbh as IVF had me pumped full of so many hormones I was worried weight gain inevitable! My yoga challenge finishes on 28th and after that will do 30 min on bike daily plus steps and see if that plus diet can get another couple of lbs off before day one of my March cycle (16th ish) when I will hopefully be back on the drugs again.

lifelongfrugaleer · 21/02/2021 12:17

Bloody hell, earning my 1000 calories dinner today. 12500 steps and still a 2-3 miler to go to the bike park

Not2bObvious · 21/02/2021 12:51

Excellent life, you can thoroughly enjoy a guilt free dinner. At 11,500 here but that's it for the day. Got a few clothes bits in supermarket, cheered me up. Hardly high fashion but I needed a mini refresh. Not a huge fan of online clothes shopping

Afternoon everyone Smile
Poor Dd2 isn't at all well, she has the dreaded lurgy aka AF and l think an ENT/Sinus infection definitely not Covid , no symptoms. Feeling nauseous , tired, headachy, ears are playing her up. Have dosed her up and given her a hot water bottle. She's on the sofa in her PJ'S watching Catfish, Mummy's baby Smile
I have eaten Cinnamon Porridge (sachet) from Aldi but it isn't very nice, it is filling though so that is good! Smile
Gen you are looking after yourself really well , great stuff , this is the best you can ever do. Your EP is your Elderly parent l take it, that is so kind of you to have them stay , l am sure they absolutely love staying with you , it's the highlight of their week Smile
Great going life good for you Smile
Not the hormones are so difficult to deal with they so bgr up our moods and our eating , it's almost like our body sabotages us !

Not2bObvious · 21/02/2021 14:21

ahh fill your boots , enjoy the browsing Not Smile
lifelongfrugaleer · 21/02/2021 16:31

Nice dresses
19500 steps, I'm worn out and my hips will hurt tomorrow.

lifelongfrugaleer · 21/02/2021 18:23

I will be over 1600 today about 18-1900

Happierwithouthim · 21/02/2021 18:33

Went for a walk with my friend this morning approx 7km, called to visit bf who suggested going for a walk, this guy never walks willingly, got lost on a forest trail and ended up doing about 12km, my steps are at 26600 now Shock

lifelongfrugaleer · 21/02/2021 19:02

That's some stepping happier

Not2bObvious · 21/02/2021 20:18

Serious stepping for you both, fair play. I've draggy back, probably related to totm. Ate my takeaway lunch, had a bit of cake but that's been it since this afternoon. Taken myself off to bed and away from temptation. No doubt I'll be up another 2lb after fatty/salty lunch but no alcohol and under calories so it'll come right eventually.
Another week begins...

OP posts:
Gensola · 21/02/2021 22:48

Had extremely piggy Sunday dinner and red wine and pudding. Steps for week are at 123,661 tho so pleased with that.
I think it was not with the EP staying mrs my parents are in NI, also they’re really young as they had me at 16 and I’m 35 now Grin

Not2bObvious · 22/02/2021 07:25

Your parents are younger than all my siblings gen, I am the baby, the late surprise, so I've a few years to catch up (not that many though!) Yep it's me with the upper end octogenarian parent. You have done amazing on the steps. I have not....
Weighing time soon, ugh

OP posts:
Gensola · 22/02/2021 07:35

My DH is a couple of years older than my parents. My mum loved him from the start but my dad took some convincing. Grin I have an 11 year old brother who my mum had with my step dad when I was 24, people always think he’s my son! He gets spoiled by us all as the next oldest sibling to him is 25 now.

Not2bObvious · 22/02/2021 09:09

Up .6, so not the disaster I expected but it's killed my mini loss streak on happy scales. It'll improve as the week goes on. So I didn't quite succeed in reducing the weekend cock up, although my drinking was reduced to 2 days. Taking the positives where I can. I was plotting a McDonald's brekkie as I quite like them but when I saw the lower gain, I decided not to be an arse & bring my veggie sausage stuff instead. In my office for the morning so a change of scene.

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 22/02/2021 09:44

0.5 up here but feeling bloated and need more fiber

Not2bObvious · 22/02/2021 16:43

Is that .5 for the whole weekend? That's easily a bit of retained food bloat.
Only a shade over 7500, finding it tough today. My back is still a bit off so I don't think I'll do any jogging/workouts for the next few days. I should go for a walk before dinner but I'm just not in the humour. Maybe I'll try do 30 mins walkie talkie, might lift my spirits although I I hav to say the person I usually listen to is irritating me a bit.
