@lifelongfrugaleer

Still no date happier?
No but valuation report will be completed at close of business today, so bank will review that. I'm waiting on some bank statements so hopefully they'll be in todays post, ordered on 2nd March. Once I've got that the application goes to broker and I move to loan offer. In the meantime the other solicitor should have his paperwork complete and then we sign contracts and I move house Grin Timeline 3-4 weeks hopefully. Dm is coming to care for dc while they're on Easter holidays so she could extend her stay and help me move which would be ideal. I pay rent on first of the month, if I had my closing date I could use my deposit to cover next month.

I will never take two of those tablets again, have only ever taken one before Blush

Happierwithouthim · 16/03/2021 13:57

I've 2000 out of 4000 steps. Dd has horse riding this evening. Debating going for a walk while she's there but I'll have ds with me and he won't want to go, I might just go for short walk over and back the road on repeat and leave him in car and check in with him when passing

Happierwithouthim · 16/03/2021 14:01

Don't know what 4000 steps was about!! 2000 out of 8000 goal!

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/03/2021 15:27

Hopefully you will be a lot lighter tomorrow happier.
Progress, slow but forward
9k steps today,
Food pft

Gensola · 16/03/2021 16:48

I love that house name happier - Saoirse is on my list for a girl if IVF works. Also Aoife.

I did a spin class and walk this morning then had meetings and exam marking, since 12.30 have been feeling very odd, sort of dizzy and very tired and a bit sick. Maybe hormonal as period is very late - 5 days, and it’s the first one since IVF.
Planning to stay on sofa and watch crap TV.

Mrsmadevans · 16/03/2021 17:36

Genhope you feel better lovely Flowers
Happier Misneach is just lovely, ahem re the tablets Smile
Em she's so sweet Smile
Life great going!
Not that walk sounds lovely Smilet

Mrsmadevans · 16/03/2021 17:38

Beautiful day here today Smile
Can't wait for Spring , been tired today am not sleeping well , tried listening to wind sounds to get me to sleep but not very successful.
Nevermind will give it a go tonight Smile Food is maintaining mode if l am lucky Grin

Not2bObvious · 16/03/2021 18:35

I love the potential house name happier, very apt.
I had very strongly considered Aoife for my first gen, gorgeous name as is Saoirse. For sure the ivf drugs must have messed with your hormones, must be an overdose on the system. Poor pet, get you to the couch & relax!
Having wine, we're on a day off tomorrow with Patrick's Day so quick frankly feck it!

Happierwithouthim · 16/03/2021 18:59

Surprisingly ds agreed to the walk, it's a lovely quiet country road. We met a dog and her pup and that was it!

Thanks for the positive remarks about house name. There's a lot of Saoirse girls around ds's age and there's an aoife in the extended family both lovely names

Hope you get a good sleep tonight mrs

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/03/2021 07:04

The house name is great.
I agree gen your body must be upside down.
Is it this week you restart?
Got hello fresh which while lovely is half my calories in a meal
I'm giving up until next Wed when we have moved. Stress eating is rife.
It was a lovely afternoon yesterday, nice to see the sun

Not2bObvious · 17/03/2021 07:56

Had a massive splurge last night, it feels so good at the time but when you're putting it into mfp the next morning it's a bitter experience.
Haven't weighed yet, this won't be pretty

Not2bObvious · 17/03/2021 09:36

Phew! Sts which was undeserved but probably down to some movement, ahem...
Anyway no boozing today despite it being nearly law in Ireland that you must get flute'er on St Patrick's day. Going to go on the treadmill in a bit to run the residue of wine out of me before a long hot shower & a lovely lunch☺️ Hope you all have a great day!

Gensola · 17/03/2021 10:15

life I can’t start again til period comes and it is now 6 days late. Usually really regular but naturally when I’ve been anxiously waiting for it to start so I can begin my treatment it decides to piss off! Angry

On thé downward slope of exam marking now, can’t see it far enough away.

Happy St Patrick’s day ☘️

Not2bObvious · 17/03/2021 10:41

That sucks gen, so much waiting - head wrecking. Glad you're breaking the back of the marking.
I've done prep for lunch, lying down for a bit before I do my run. It's been 3 weeks since I've done a treadmill run. This ain't going be easy!

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 17/03/2021 11:56

Bloody typical, the one time you don't want a late

Mrsmadevans · 17/03/2021 15:29

Gen not wanting to get your hopes up or anything but if this isn't normal for you have you POAS? Just a thought sweetie just a very hopeful thought Flowers

Mrsmadevans · 17/03/2021 15:38

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/03/2021 18:25

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/03/2021 18:25

I wondered the same Mrs.

Mrsmadevans · 17/03/2021 21:04

@lifelongfrugaleer

I wondered the same Mrs.
I only hope we are right Life Smile l have everything crossed Smile
ememem84 · 17/03/2021 21:48

Pilates. And 10441 steps. Just. Food has been awful.

Gensola · 18/03/2021 07:22

mrs that’s so sweet of you - my acupuncture lady made me POAS yesterday evening and it was negative so I think it is just a really weird cycle. Fingers crossed AF shows up soon so I can start round 2!

Yesterday was ok steps wise but bad food wise. Was in office marking, surrounded by mini cheddars... need I say more?!
Will try to spin today when I get home from work. Never thought I would say it but I kinda miss WFH... Grin

Not2bObvious · 18/03/2021 07:29

Had a lovely day but ate rings around myself, scales has shot right back up to 166.2 from 163.6, ouch. It's just bloat, should go in a couple of days. That's 2 big calorie days in the middle of the week, I'll have to toe the line for the next 4 days. Time to plan my food with laser precision.
I cannot raise myself to do any exercise outside of the odd jog/daily walk, good for you doing spin gen, hoping totm comes very shortly so you can get started on your treatment.

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 18/03/2021 08:50

gensola we are slaves to our hormones Angry

I ate well yesterday and still a bloody jump on the scales this morning, I even resisted making brownies that the oven ruined last time.

Got out and got my 10k steps yesterday

Not2bObvious · 18/03/2021 09:25

I think I need a new scales. After my 166.2 (up 2.6), I had a glass of squash and 2 cups of tea. Had a wee too but not camel standard or anything extraordinary. When I was getting dressed I reweighed, 165.6 - seriously though? That's just ridiculous. I've avoided changing the scales because I think mine weighs a little lighter so didn't want to accept a gain but I'm thinking this is worse! Anyway I'm only up 2 even after a load of fluids...f'sake
