I only replaced one battery, maybe I should've replaced second one

not take it as a win Grin I refuse to weigh if I don't weigh after pee in my pjs or birthday suit, even skeptical of weighing after washing my hair Grin

Not2bObvious · 18/03/2021 12:19

I have to say I'm a bit sceptical about post hair wash weigh ins too😂
5,300'ish, it's a short walk step day!

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 18/03/2021 18:48

Heaven knows how I managed 7700steps today
. Poop food thought

Not2bObvious · 18/03/2021 21:17

Just over 12,000 and just under the 1800 cals, banished to bed as I could eat & eat. Long day, have to bring ep to appointment tomorrow so that's what my day will be based around. I'd like to try do a weights workout...try being the operative word. Saving the weekly takeaway until Sunday, so meals for the next 2 nights are reasonable

Gensola · 18/03/2021 22:08

Food was not good again. I need to claw this back!
I recommend weighing after pee + strenuous spin class or run. Turns out that sweating a lot makes an immediate if short lived difference 🤣 definitely not after a shower and washing hair or with any clothes on - why do doctors always weigh you with jeans and boots on?! So ridiculous.

Not2bObvious · 19/03/2021 07:46

I hate getting weighed at the doctor, and it's in kilos too so I spend the appointment trying to work out my weight in pounds! God only knows what important health stuff I missed doing mental maths.
Down 2.2 from yesterday's revised weight. Average still up a chunk, looks better on Fitbit than happy Scales, swings & roundabouts. But to be positive, I started the month 166.4, today I'm 163.4 - keep trucking I guess.

I did it! 25 mins of body pump, 15 mins of body combat (skipped the cool down on both) and 30 mins jog on the treadmill. Just over 8,200 steps so the day is well & truly started. I'll be in a heap tomorrow with doms no doubt after 4 weeks picking up nothing heavier than a tea cup!

Not2bObvious · 19/03/2021 19:58

I will get going just life gets in the way!
Great stuff keep going ! Smile

Gensola · 20/03/2021 07:28

Well done not, that’s a lot of great exercise!
Sorry to hear about your mum mrs - it’s so distressing when things like this happen and really exhausting too.
I did 35 mins spin but food was dodgy, we got one of those Chinese takeaway for two things from waitrose which had prawn toasts, gyoza dumplings, spring rolls, crispy seaweed and duck pancakes in. So delicious but god it was greasy Grin also wine and a negroni.
I have made a meal plan to use up food we have as we are running out of cash big time, this means obvs more carbs as it’s store cupboard stuff. Sigh.

Not2bObvious · 20/03/2021 08:41

Oh flip, I'm aching. It's incredible how much impact 25 minutes of light weights can affect you. Haven't weighed yet as action of getting undressed/dressed again seems enormous. Ended yesterday on just shy of 12,000 and a little over 2,000 cals. Good for a Friday.

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 20/03/2021 09:20

I managed the weigh in palaver, down .4 from yesterday. Happy for a Saturday

OP posts:
Mrsmadevans · 20/03/2021 09:24

AHH thank you Gen 🤗
Mum is much better this morning 😊
Excellent work well done to you and Not yay to the scales being down 👏
Am dreading the rugger super Saturday today 🙄

Gensola · 20/03/2021 11:02

Somehow still 64kg despite a week of wine and Chinese last night! Hurrah!

Not2bObvious · 20/03/2021 14:28

That's great gen, you're clearly not over doing the calories despite what you might think. I've been for a good 7,000 step walk with himself, was lovely to stroll around in mild sunny'ish weather. Going to have a rest, then a long hot bath. I'm crippled😂

Mrsmadevans · 20/03/2021 17:23

Excellent stuff Gen well done love! Smile Not sounds like a great plan! Smile
Mrsmadevans · 21/03/2021 07:59

Morning everyone 😀
Going to give it a good try today 😊
Makes it easier when you feel bloatedness and ill from the previous day's scoffing🤗
Have a lovely day everyone 😀

Not2bObvious · 21/03/2021 08:30

Average up 1.1 - fair enough after 4 days of way over cals. Having St Patrick's day in the middle, so treating Tuesday like a Friday, and Wednesday like a Saturday basically made a 2 weekend week. I'll pull it into shape going forward.
Best of luck today mrs, I'm sure you'll do great. Today's takeaway day here, jeez, I guess the diet starts tomorrow - like all diets should😉

OP posts:
Mrsmadevans · 21/03/2021 09:09

AHH thank you Not l think it's all the stress about the lockdown it's a wonder we aren't all 3 stone heavier 🙄
Have a good day today sometimes we are too hard on ourselves 💐

Gensola · 21/03/2021 09:37

Period finally came so at least I can start my next cycle - drugs start tomorrow. It is one of those crazy heavy ones. Sigh.
We have planned a long walk today with a friend who is a single parent, it will be nice to see her. Not sure I’ll manage a spin class with Aunt Flo behaving like this but we shall see!

lifelongfrugaleer · 21/03/2021 09:50

Good luck gen

Not2bObvious · 21/03/2021 10:17

Great that you're able to start your next cycle gen, very hopeful for you. Listen to your body though, a heavy period could affect your energy levels. If you're not up to spin, don't push it.
Lying in bed, still aching, not sure what I should do to get my steps. Wonder should I push through the aches & do a body pump session and then a treadmill jog 🤔
You ok life? Did you say you were moving this week? My memory sucks

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 21/03/2021 10:44

It will hurt like a bastard not but does help Dom's IMO pushing through another class.
We were supposed to but it's looking very unlikely.
Been a shit weekend but loads of steps

lifelongfrugaleer · 21/03/2021 11:15

Using up today so lunch was a Gregg sausage roll, fruit scone and prawn cocktail crisp
