I've eaten 6 chocolates, BUT I savoured them - then asked himself to hide the box. Still in bed drinking tea & phone scrolling. It's meant to bucket down so don't know if I'll bother with an outdoor walk, treadmill/trot on the spot I guess. Been spoiled rotten, v grateful☺️

Glad you had a good spoiling Not ❤️☺️

Mrsmadevans · 14/03/2021 11:09

I have not opened anything yet because we went to MumBobs first. I am on my way home to eat the remainder of the afternoon tea 😋😋😋
No diet today 😍
Have a wonderful day Everyone 😘

Not2bObvious · 14/03/2021 22:02

Hope everyone had a great day. My takeaway was delicious, as were more of my chocolates. Only went a shade over but lack of steps probably means it's a maintenance day. Just under 9,500. Anyway, feel positive going into next week. Younger dd is back at school tomorrow, I'm so happy for her, older one has 4 more weeks and is feeling the strain.

Glad you had a great day Not you did well to not go over today 👏🤗
Have eaten all the Lindt chocs the DDs bought me while watching Grace tonight. Tomorrow it's back to normal 🤣
Have a good night everyone 😀

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/03/2021 06:43

Lovely day here. Back to it today

Gensola · 15/03/2021 06:54

It’s gorgeous here too. Back on it myself after way too many treats and booze for last week or so!
Have exams to mark, 70 papers. Alas.
Planning a nice sunny walk and a spin class today.
Food wise need to do a meal plan for week ahead. MIL loved her lunch and poor FIL was so frail he couldn’t really enjoy it. The nurse came while we were there, he is approaching needing 24 hour care she says. Poor poor man - he used to enjoy having visitors so much and now he has just sunk into himself. He is 90 in June, we had plans for a lovely party as will be allowed then and now I wonder if he will make it.

ememem84 · 15/03/2021 06:56

Morning. Just been for a run. Had to redo week 4 C25K. Couldnt run it all but power walked it to the end. 4293 steps so far. Phew.

Working from home today.

Big eating and drinking day yesterday. Late lunch at dparents with dsis too - creamy chicken tarragon casserole proper roasties roast veggies 5 desserts to choose from and lots of wine. We’ve brought two desserts back with us.....

Mrsmadevans · 15/03/2021 07:15

Morning everyone 😀
Em you had a wonderful day by the sounds of it 👏🤗
Gen l so empathize with your family over your FIl. It's pitiful and so distressing to witness their decline 😭 l am so sorry
Sweetheart , you can do without all the marking too 💐
life Not me too all food has gone time to shift ass! 🤗

ememem84 · 15/03/2021 07:19

Oh gen that’s sad xx

Not2bObvious · 15/03/2021 08:29

Up 1 today, that's perfectly acceptable and a good start to the week.
Sorry to hear your fil is so frail gen, glad you got to spend some time with them, I'm sure they loved the company & the beautiful meal - a change from the normThanks
Egg/guac/toast for brekkie

marmite hot cross buns for breakfast and coffee coffee coffee.

Not2bObvious · 15/03/2021 12:06

Had a crumpet with butter & jam to keep me going until lunch. Delicious. Chained to laptop, no steps. I'll need to get a lunchtime and after work walk in. Don't got to like it, just got to do it. Leftovers for lunch that I'll fashion into a salad

Spin class derailed after 24 mins as bike started playing up. Still did 24 mins better than nothing!
Breakfast was egg and salmon and kale, lunch tofu scramble with salad. Snacked on three oat cakes with PB.
Marking exams is slowwwww

Not2bObvious · 15/03/2021 14:07

24 mins of spin is excellent, good to get it done. Did a 45 minute walk before lunch, chicken salad, back to the laptop. On 6,500 - if I get 10,000 I'll be doing well

OP posts:
ememem84 · 15/03/2021 15:42

currently 6793 steps. might have to get a walk in at 5 too. am so bored this afternoon. chained to laptop too.

Not2bObvious · 15/03/2021 16:35

Up to 9,735 - did some housework (yuck) and a walk to the bottle bank that wasn't in operation as it was being emptied, so basically took 2 bottles for a walk. It's a good thing it was a dry'ish weekend!

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 15/03/2021 16:36

Only 1 bottle was mine I should stress😉

Happierwithouthim · 15/03/2021 19:00

Changed the clockface on my Fitbit after ds commenting but the one you use doesn't show your steps, downloaded new faces and now I can, annoyingly it puts the goal of 10k there too and that's unattainable for me most days.
But it's there every time I look so that alone should make me move more Hmm

Weathers good all week too and Wednesday is a bank holiday Grin

Yesterday scales read 181, today 185, I'm not bloated, i didn't have dessert or alcohol at weekend. I put in the new battery, Shockhope that it was just a blip Confused

Nice of you to take the bottles out walking Grin not my dd was back to school today, both back to breakfast club and both delighted despite their 6.30am wake up call.

Gen I'm sorry to hear that about FIL

Mrs turkey curry went into freezer Grin

Not2bObvious · 15/03/2021 20:08

Don't mind the scales happier, just a glitch, I have an overnight 3-4 pound a couple of weeks ago that near put me back in bed for the day!
Had 1500 so far, might try leave it there.

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 16/03/2021 06:39

Took the bottles for a walk Grin
Meh today.
Hope just a blip happier.
Hello fresh arrival today for my free box.

ememem84 · 16/03/2021 06:42

On Sunday ddad opened a bottle of bubbly because any excuse!

Dd watched him and said “pop!” And then “ooh bubbles” (that’s my girl...!) 😂

Happierwithouthim · 16/03/2021 08:18

Well last night I took some superdrug own brand constipation relief tablets, and it was also ds's first night in quite a while wearing bed wetting alarm, I slept fretfully, waiting for his alarm to go off and with a gurgly tummy. Scales back to 182 though this morning.

Aww em what a cutie!

I'd dreams last night of getting keys to new house, going there alone and just sitting there and saying 'ah, finally home'.

Thinking of naming it Misneach, our president has called his new dog that, it means courage in Irish. Saoirse would be the obvious choice but everyone knows what that means so it's a bit blatant!!

Went for a walk with ddog despite feeling tired, bed at 9pm. After putting down a nice fire so I could start watching The Drowning series while dc went to bed Hmm

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/03/2021 08:56

Still no date happier?

Not2bObvious · 16/03/2021 09:19

Glad you got a drop happier, I got an up of .4 - I'm not too regular so that's probably the reason. Got a quick 30 mins in the park on the way to my office so 3,500 in the bank. Bit sneezy, snuffly & grumpy, I sound like a few of the 7 dwarves! Got breakfast en route so nearly 500 into my cals already, oh well
