Yip 0.5 for the weekend.
I'm only on 7900 steps myself. Might scape 10k as going to supermarket

ememem84 · 22/02/2021 17:29

9194 steps today. Just been for a 50 minute walk. Nicked off work early to go out in the glorious evening sun.

Managed 12000 steps on Saturday. Less yesterday

Not2bObvious · 22/02/2021 17:51

Just over 10,000 now with 25 mins on the treadmill walking. Dinner done, try hold out til 7pm for cuppa & treat

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 22/02/2021 18:41

10100 steps will do

Happierwithouthim · 22/02/2021 19:26

Just tracking in Daly dish planner rather than mfp at the moment because of limited internet access.

Today scrambled egg on whole grain toast
Lemon yogurt muffin
Beans on malted sourdough crusts
Good4u mini protein balls
Tesco orange zero
Dinner will be home made chicken satay & whole grain rice

Scales back up to 13st Angry

lifelongfrugaleer · 22/02/2021 19:50

Mmm chicken satay

lifelongfrugaleer · 22/02/2021 19:50

Bastard scales.

Not2bObvious · 22/02/2021 20:15

Monday scales are a scourge happier, don't pay it any heed. As always I'm a hypocrite of the highest order! Is it that chicken satay made with the Coke Zero you told us about before? I love that, such a clever recipe.
In bed, tummy rumbling but it may rumble away, it needs a break after my weekend wickedness. Finished on 1500

Ive had Greek yoghurt with blueberries, 1/2 banana and pistachios; chicken salad, 2 satsumas, a date with two almonds in it, a Jamie Oliver lentil, spinach and roast veg dish. About to have stewed rhubarb and cream.
16,000 steps.

ememem84 · 22/02/2021 21:15

Oh chicken satay. I love you.

Mrsmadevans · 22/02/2021 22:45

@lifelongfrugaleer

Bastard scales.
Indeed! Grin Everyone seems to be doing great here l am so glad Smile Keeping on trying to do my best , it will come. Hope everyone is ok, looks like there is a light at the end of the tunnel Grin
lifelongfrugaleer · 23/02/2021 06:55

It will come Mrs. Doing your best is enough. I'm on it for the eleventh million time and this time have stuck for more than 3 days since lockdown 1 started

Not2bObvious · 23/02/2021 08:08

You're doing really great mrs, trying your best is likely a huge improvement on the past. Every day is another shot.
You seem in much better form life, great feeling when you can get & stay in the zone. I wish I could get out of the feeling when I overdo it that I've ruined everything. Very deep rooted. Anyway my tales from the scales, down 1.8 on yesterday. Back on the marginal loss track with Happy Scale. Food shopping later. Back feels pretty ok, might try do a treadmill jog before shower & get some steps done - very galey here

mrs you’re doing great! I think we all are especially given the circumstances, it’s a miracle we aren’t all locked in our bedrooms chomping on chocolate and pizza 24-7!!

I have such a busy day today so going out for a quick walk now. Can’t wait for it to be over tbh. Tuesdays are always a nightmare.
I got the go ahead from the fertility clinic to have my next embryo transfer in my next cycle so I’ll start drugs in mid March and transfer will be early April. She gave us a 50% chance of success with this embryo, as long as it defrosts properly. If it doesn’t work we have one more cycle paid for, but it’s a lot more invasive collecting the eggs etc.

lifelongfrugaleer · 23/02/2021 10:00

Aerobic interrupted by having to get Dr app for DD. Rubbish steps so far

Not2bObvious · 23/02/2021 10:11

That's great news from the clinic gen, next target in sight! Good for you getting your walk in before the madness of the day. I'm a slovenly lump, got the shopping done but look like I was dragged through the hedge to get there. Did loads of work yesterday so it's quiet today

lifelongfrugaleer · 23/02/2021 17:23

Great news gen.
I wanna eat the world. 17summat at the moment calorie wise.
7200 steps.
Poor day

Wanna eat

lifelongfrugaleer · 23/02/2021 19:08

Big bowl of mint chocolate chip ice cream and I feel much better.
Not track but will guess probably 600 over

Not2bObvious · 23/02/2021 19:33

I've been on an ice-cream buzz here too. Not a mad amount but only cause there wasn't much left. Something bizarrely comforting about it. Could have eaten everything, but have stopped at 1600. Of course it's early, could have to revise that figure! Going to try though. Sigh, struggling

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 23/02/2021 19:59

Finished on 2000 ish
Ah well. Tomorrow

Not2bObvious · 23/02/2021 20:36

2000 is good for a bad day, tomorrow will be better for sure.

OP posts:
Gensola · 23/02/2021 20:52

I think I need to start actually tracking. Bugger.
I suspect I’m underestimating my cals a lot.

Happierwithouthim · 23/02/2021 21:16

No this time it was made with spice entice recipe plus I added a teaspoon of peanut butter and 150ml of light coconut milk, lots of lime juice inside too, it was spicy and peanutty and delicious Grin

9997 steps so far but I'm not at home so will hit 10k no probs.

Todays food was
Breakfast:mcmuffin fakeaway with 2 medallions and a fried egg
Lunch:turkey sandwich with coleslaw, cheese and spinach followed by grapes that would be going in bin tomo
Dinner: chicken breast with bbq seasoning, brocolli and sweet potato actifries
Snack: Rice Krispie Square 153cals and dc don't like this particular type so they need eating

I bought halloumi to do a curry I saw on instagram, will let ye know how it goes in due course.

Scales 181 this morning.

House progress, zero work done by anyone since 2nd Feb, I'm so Angry , well my engineer did work, asked him how much I owed him, nothing. He's been to the place 4 times for a very small payment, I know where he lives so I'll drop something off once I get into the house.

Happierwithouthim · 23/02/2021 21:16

gen that's great news about next cycle

Not2bObvious · 23/02/2021 22:12

Hurrah on the 181! Must look into satay made with coconut milk again, haven't made it in years. I'm behind on your house story (or I've forgotten sorry) When are you meant to be moving? Funny enough I was checking myhome, always hoping my dream house in my area goes for sale. Must be hard to buy a house at the minute, can't view anything more than 5km away. In my case it'd be ok as I want a house in the vicinity, just dreaming, I'd prefer to leave this country full stop at the moment
