Happierwithouthim · 13/11/2020 16:38

lifelongfrugaleer · 13/11/2020 18:44

Not2bObvious · 13/11/2020 19:00

Good work life - it exercise some control when feeling crap is tough. Soo sorry about your house troubles, we had a house purchase fall through at the 11'th hour and I was beyond demented at the time. I still have anger about it if I'm honest, but then I'm a bitter biatch😉
Dinner choice was much better but I have to admit I cracked & am having a Malbec with himself, it's been a lonnnnngggg week

Thanks not

Not2bObvious · 14/11/2020 07:13

Down a fraction, but this Saturday vs last I'm down around half a pound😂 I did say I should have lost something, well there you go, I'll stop my moaning haha. All joking aside half a pound a week over a year would be just shy of 2 stone, I could be back here in November 2021 at 9 stone 9!
Went way over calories last night, but it would have been even worse if I'd had the takeaway so I'll take it as a positive. I've things to do today - all me me me, I want to do a decent hour on the treadmill, I want to catch up on my studying, I'd like to have a big bath to help with my achy back. I want to keep to 2,000 cals - no way I'll manage 1600 today. Off to plan my foods.
Anyone doing anything nice?

I'm way over my mental ceiling. I've got 7lb to lose to get to my target. 4-5 will be great thought. Let's see how much is bloating and how much is fat. Back on it today

Not2bObvious · 14/11/2020 09:17

Good to hear you're back on it, easy to say f'it on a Saturday. One meal at a time.
Would have liked a slice of toast with breakfast but it was fine. I'm going to have a few crisp-breads at lunch which is a decent alternative I reckon? I'll get 5 for 100 cals Making a salmon spread to go on them - the more I'm thinking about it, the more I'm looking forward to it 😋

I'm focusing on eating "good" Food to break my sugar addiction. Somewhere around calories and 10ksteps

Not2bObvious · 14/11/2020 13:47

Good plan life, very doable.
Went outside walking and got soaked, grrr. Really enjoyed my lunch

Had baked eggs with slice of Serrano this morning, hadn't that since I moved house! Was missing relish must buy some.

Mid morning snackaccident was a mars bar, no lunch though so I can redeem myself.

Had a turkey burger with actifry chips and then fell asleep in front of tv so my Pinot Grigio barely got touched.

It's clearing up a bit here so I'm doing to walk dog & myself.

Hope you all have a lovely weekend

lifelongfrugaleer · 14/11/2020 16:34

Aerobic done and loads of loft clearing up and down ladders. 11 steps. Food will be somewhere between 16-18. Sausage are more calories than anticipated

lifelongfrugaleer · 14/11/2020 18:02

18 calories left

Happierwithouthim · 14/11/2020 18:07

Mrsmadevans · 15/11/2020 08:56

Morning everyone 😀
Being busy has really been my saviour l am coming to realise more and more , l am a bit late to the party 😀👏
Life it's great when the bloat goes isn't it ? 😀👏
I am enjoying getting into my smaller sized clothes 😁 put on one this morning haven't worn for yonks and am so pleased 😀👏
Thank you everyone for your kindness and support you are amazing ❣️

Not2bObvious · 15/11/2020 10:42

That's such a great start to the day mrs, your hard work is certainly paying off. Nothing like reclaiming your wardrobe, something very satisfying about it. I've a pair of no stretch jeans that are my reclaim target. Once I fit into them, can sit down and still breathe, I know I've lost a good % of gut.
Scales down 1lb from yesterday, pleased but sceptical I won't have to give it back tomorrow! Bloody miserable here, lashing rain. I'm awake since before 7 but haven't got up yet. Making a roast dinner, with turkey joint for a change, not too bad on the calories and plenty of veg so nutritious too. Not decided how I'll get my steps, probably treadmill

Not can I come over for dinner? Turkey is my favourite!

Happierwithouthim · 15/11/2020 15:28

Yeah Fitbit found my steps not sure how to report my weight using happy scale. I'm up a lb all week even though up another lb this morning with last nights Pinot Grigio

Ran out of battery at 10700 steps about 30 minutes ago

Mrsmadevans · 15/11/2020 16:46

Dinner sounds delish Not yay to the pound off Smile
Happier is it just water weight though because your food is on point and delicious to boot!
Life done 10k already! That is excellent Smile
Am fine here going to have a pizza soon Smile

Not2bObvious · 15/11/2020 18:08

The turkey was only ok☹️ It was a small cook from frozen joint so I suppose it wasn't going to be amazing. But all in all a tasty meal. I did around 70 mins on the treadmill after peeling myself out of bed at 1pm, lazy lump!
Watching scandi noir with a G&T, naice😉

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/11/2020 18:40

That's disappointing not. I love turkey roast too.
Been ok food wise. Too many carbs and some ice cream but ok.
Made mad soup for lunches this week. Grin
Some relatively ok dinners too. Mince and mash tomorrow,
