4 grams of protein, 1 gram of fibre left to get. Not one slice of bread all day😩
I did have carbs of course but under 100grams so far. 250 cals left

Not - are you using MFP or nutracheck? I use MFP because it's free (I'm tight lol)

1000€ 10 years ago is a lot of money... but I guess it's one of those things where you get what you pay for and if it's still going strong after all this time it was an investment!

I agree wholeheartedly with your salad expectations, I could have had bread for a quid less Shock

I'm on my way home - only about 20
Mins until I'm off the tube, then 20 mins drive home and chicken tikka ready meal
With a mini naan bread 471 cals total, I've lost my mind and picked up a pack of 19
Fun size Mars bars (80 cals each) so might have one and try and stop myself from eating them all.

Not2bObvious · 11/11/2020 18:26

Mfp all the way, although I have heard nutracheck is great. 1307 day streak on mfp.
I bought 2 x multipack nestle bars yesterday and inhaled half a bar on the way homeBlush Had to get himself to hide the rest!

This salad pic was sent by a colleague this morning!

I've had to stop buying chocolate I just can't stop myself when I start
Sat I ate three skinny whips at a cost of 300 cals could've had a decent bar for that. Angry

Hence I'm out walking dog in dark and rain although rain eased off, when driving home I thought I wouldn't be able to go at all.

Dinner will be ready 5 mins after I get home can't wait, if I stayed home I might have eaten more

I inhale chocolate ice cream last night. Way too many carbs but I had run out of stuff.

CamdenLurker · 12/11/2020 07:31

Happier - that's my kinda salad!!

1307 days not - that's got to be four years ish, that's amazing!

On my way to work - feel quite tired this morning, didn't have beeakfast as just not feeling it, will probably (definitely) eat my Greek yogurt and granola when I get in - 117 cals.

Yesterday's lunch is still waiting for me in the fridge at work chicken and rice - 339 cals.

Back upto 11st 6 on scales this morning Hmm I dunno 🤷🏻‍♀️

Not2bObvious · 12/11/2020 08:00

My scales is up .2 this morning - not a lot granted. The thing to look at on happy scales is the moving average, so I'm 162.2 but my average is 161.9 - marginally more positive. I thought the scales had to be wrong and dragged out another scales which had me 3.5 pound heavier - hell no.
I ate just over 1600 yesterday, I'll try the same today if I can. Started with 2 x Linda sausages, no bread. Going to have a protein shake in a while. Not sure how I'll get my steps, probably just stepping on the spot throughout the day

Camden that is excellent well done love ✅😊 😄

Happierwithouthim · 12/11/2020 09:02

Sts
30 cals over last night, bag of multipack doritos and a skinny whip
I filled a pint of water to take me from 2868ml but I just could not face it. Going to try get more in during the day, as I was doing 4 litres no problem a few months ago. Change in weather too I guess.

9902 steps so far this week I'm at 29044 so just under average of 10k which I'm pleased with.

Throw out that other scales not you don't need negativity like that in your life.

life think of the choc icecream as a celebration of selling the house.

I saw someones instagram stories recently and they spoke about the difference in having a treat and enjoying it compared to having something and feeling guilty. I know I definitely feel better about eating something fatty or unhealthy when I've made the decision to have it and accept rather than when it's nearly a guilty secret.

Today's breakfast was 2 poached eggs on wholegrain toast at work, snack will be malted wheats with almond milk.

Lunch coronation chicken with scallions/cherry tomatoes on wholegrain bread/toast and a pear. This leaves me with 551 calories, think I'm going to get a can of monster ultra for 11cals and then I'll feel satisfied and it'll keep me away from munching. Thursdays are the day I finish work early and can lead to overeating if I'm not careful.

Think I'll have turkey burger with actifry chips, naughty but good.

Happierwithouthim · 12/11/2020 09:02

3lbs in a week camden GrinGrin

Mrsmadevans · 12/11/2020 09:02

Not it sounds like torture to me weighing on another scales love 🤔

Mrsmadevans · 12/11/2020 09:04

Happier your meals sound absolutely delicious 😋

Mrsmadevans · 12/11/2020 09:05

IF seems to be suiting me thank God off to MumBobs spk ltr have a lovely day everyone 😀

Happierwithouthim · 12/11/2020 09:54

mrsmadevans I'm trying to make more of an effort to enjoy my food within my calories. I like cooking but I had gotten lazy with it because most of the time it's only me I'm cooking for instead of a family, but I still deserve nice meals so I'm trying to adjust.

Not2bObvious · 12/11/2020 12:05

I tried the other scales to try see whether they were kind of in line - if anything I thought they'd weigh less - more fool me. I'm really wondering wtf is going on though, I suppose I need more patience but on the face of it I should have lost around 1.5 over the last 3 weeks. Anyway, I'm just going to be extra vigilant, persevere with upping protein/water, less bread, maybe 10% less calories (1600'ish instead of 1800) where I can do I've a chance of averaging 1800 over the week. I've even cut back on the wine! Can't give up though, if I feel a bit meh now I'll feel a hell of a lot worse if I keep going up. It'll come good, it will

No cereal today so saved myself those calories for later!

It was my almond milk that was gone off discovered it when I'd put it into my cereal so had to scrap that for 10am and had my pear instead.

I did have porridge upstairs that has banana in but I really wasn't feeling like eating it, I don't like it but won't throw it out so eat it now and again.

Mrsmadevans · 12/11/2020 14:10

Oh God Happier l love porridge but it makes me feel sluggish , think l am carb sensitive if there is such a thing 😄
Fancy that Almond milk going off, we buy fresh Alpros and it seems to last forever which one do you buy? Mind it could have been stored wrongly 🤔
Not those scales are so unreliable love , it's really disappointing for you. Like you. Say keep going Wink
Just come from MumBobs , had a coffee not hungry thankfully 😊

lifelongfrugaleer · 13/11/2020 06:41

Meh. Finished the ice cream yesterday and bought chocolate. What am I doing to myself ffs

lifelongfrugaleer · 13/11/2020 06:42

I had issue with almond milk going off. Made me so sick.
Your are doing great.
Try 1600 not for a boost.

Not2bObvious · 13/11/2020 07:16

Down .4 so Tuesdays weight again of 161.8 - it's something!
Yeah life, trying to get closer to 1600, have managed close enough the last 2 days so it's not too bad. Focussing on protein helps a lot. Just made a batch of that turkey taco thing which is good for protein & calories so that's lunch today. A takeaway has been promised and while it's not diet friendly, it's not wine friendly either so that will stop me glugging the Pinot Grigio from 5.30pm.
No bread since TuesdayShock

Happierwithouthim · 13/11/2020 14:23

It's the dunnes own brand off the shelf, normally it goes on forever and a day!!

Sts this morning, stayed within calories despite making homemade pizza with serrano ham, denny flamegrilled ham, brie, mozz on top. Tesco base made 3 pizzas, had tin of pizza sauce which was 36 cals for the tin! It cost me 550cals but was delicious. I could probably have used less cheese to be fair. Must buy a pizza stone or pizza tray as the base wasn't cooked enough on the tray.

Ooh I love Pinot Grigio.

I've turkey burgers in the fridge so I think that's what I'll have tonight, with a bacon medallion and my own remaining slice of west cork cheddar on top!

I'm sticking to the 1600 ok.

Happierwithouthim · 13/11/2020 14:24

life was the choc comfort food after that news about the house sale? Don't be so hard on yourself, just don't let it continue until Christmas!

Not2bObvious · 13/11/2020 15:39

You sound down life, don't be too hard on yourself, it's only a bit of chocolate & ice cream - sometimes it's needed.
I went and bought a better option for my dinner, I just couldn't waste the calories on crappy takeaway. The rest of them can afford to eat greasy stuff, I just can't.
