Afternoon everyone, lovely day here, the sun has shone most of the day and we have enjoyed it so much although it has gone cold now.
Having bacon, toms & mushies for tea tonight Smile
I totally agree Not the Lindt choc is well worth it Grin

Happierwithouthim · 02/11/2020 18:46

Yesterday's steps have disappeared off my Fitbit Shock I'm fairly sure it vibrated for 10k

I'm also attempting to wean myself off revive active, got a multivitamin that has most of the same vitamins but also includes iron so now I need to counteract that Wink

Not2bObvious · 02/11/2020 19:08

You've been robbed happier! Your body knows you did the steps but that is harsh😡
Just over 11,000 here today, only 6 cals left, brushed my teeth to signal no more food. Going to have to ride it out! Ordered a nice advent calendar to ensure my 1 chocolate a day for December, avoid the tubs of gluttony. Well gluttony in my case, I can never have just 1-2, or I can but I have 1-2 x 6 times a day or eat anywhere between 6-10 in a sitting. I'm my own worst enemy

I've got 80 left and am miles out on fibres. I need some ideas now I'm not eating branstick due to its digestive impact. About 10k steps. Happy with today

Defo robbed. Daft fit bit. How was your weekend alone?

lifelongfrugaleer · 03/11/2020 06:41

1 of bloat gone

Not2bObvious · 03/11/2020 06:56

Down .6, still up 1.4 on Friday. Managed to still to calories yesterday, very rarely managing the 15,000 steps although I'm definitely keeping busy. Need a few weeks of consistency, not eating & drinking so much at weekends.
Nice one life, was your target something like 124'ish? Not far now

Somehow 5449 steps have reappeared for Sunday so I finished on 60826, just looked back and May was the last time I achieved that many steps. I was off for 2 days though and didn't have the dc for two more so that possibly helped.

Finished with 94kcals to spare last night.

32g Fibre and 3.4 litres of water
9936 steps, if I'd noticed that I'd have stepped on the spot to hit 10k!!!

Scales was down 3/8lb on last weeks weight, but significantly down on yesterday mornings weigh in which I'm discounting.

life I'm a big fan of skin on kiwis to get fibre in, not for everyone though, or passionfruit in yogurt is good too.

not I definitely think consistency is what's affecting us for sure.

Happierwithouthim · 03/11/2020 09:00

I did bring malted wheats for mid morning snack today though to vary things.

I'm getting used to having shake for breakfast - and not eating until 10am so I guess that saves some calories. Its just to get that horrible supplement in!

Mrsmadevans · 03/11/2020 09:02

Good morning ☀️
Beautiful day here. Have managed to get into my favourite top so l am otm wore it yesterday while chestnut picking 😀 🤗
Had a bad day yesterday, had a crisp attack ☺️ onwards & upwards today though
Have a lovely day everyone 😀

Mrsmadevans · 03/11/2020 09:03

Happier mince pie malted wheats by any chance ? 😀

Not2bObvious · 03/11/2020 10:40

Congrats on the nsv mrs, what a great feeling😊 It's lovely here too, albeit cold. I had cereal for the first time in ages this morning, nice to shake things up every now & again. My macros are pathetic, but I think that's just because I'm hyper aware of them. I am eating decent food, I just don't have it in me to try stuff down a ton of protein. I'm trying to enjoy my food so it's a pleasure not a chore, trying to hit macros just seems too much.

I've started doing that happier. Just eating my brand flakes and linseed. Will get some kiwi

Happierwithouthim · 03/11/2020 11:13

Nope SuperValu own brand Hmm
mrsmadevans I wanted crisps on Sun, but left cash at home so that I wouldn't buy any. I could've used my apple pay on my phone if I was desperate but I overcame it. I've pom bears at home if I really want some. What did you have? I wanted really strong cheese and onion flavour, handcooked type.

not I'm only looking at the fibre info so far.

Dinner is salmon so that'll be high in protein but lunch is soup and I'd no egg for my snack today either.

Mrsmadevans · 03/11/2020 12:40

They were the ridge crisps Walkers Max sizzlin steak 🥩 that did for me 😂😂😂

Happierwithouthim · 03/11/2020 14:16

Ooh proper crunchy and strong flavoured!

Mrsmadevans · 03/11/2020 14:40

Oh yes ! Nothing weak about them Happier Grin

Not2bObvious · 03/11/2020 15:26

I could murder a bag of crisps😂
2 hours til dinner, time for a hot drink maybe. I should get a jar of bovril for the winter afternoons, used to work a treat for when I was doing 5:2 and then fast 800.

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 03/11/2020 16:01

I've got a sachet of options ready to have but I'm ok without it so going to save those 68 cals for later!!

On New You they recommend boullion for when you're feeling peckish.

Not2bObvious · 03/11/2020 16:08

That's another idea, mind you the way salt seems to retain water in my body I should maybe find a less salty option 🤔
Watching a walkie talkie to do my steps, absolutely rubbish day with regard to exercise. Don't want to go out again after my work trip/shopping/drop off shopping for parent/more work. I just want to hibernate

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 03/11/2020 16:29

I'm already wondering how I'll get my walk in, dc have become more inclined to go with me but still it'll be pitch dark when I collect them this evening.

Mrsmadevans · 03/11/2020 16:46

Have just had clementines . Bacon , toms, corn & Mushrooms for tea. I ate abotu 2300 cals yesterday , far too much for any weight loss but not to bad considering my eating Hmm
Not an Oxo in hot water saved me the other day Grin

Not2bObvious · 03/11/2020 18:52

Managed to get to 11,500 by adding in 30 mins on the treadmill - I should have just got up and did an hours walk before work, it was cold but bright. I'll know for another day! Anyway it's done now, time for a cuppa and something nice😉

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 04/11/2020 06:40

Down another 3/4
Yes im far happier at 125 not.
Must get back to weigh lifting. Not while in on this work course
