Wow one meal a day I can't picture it !
My soup was fab & low cal had a mountain of bread with it last night though was more soup with my bread than other way around

Had another bowl for lunch with a single petit pain done in my air fryer delicious

Going to make roast chicken breast with stuffing carrots and sweet potato fries and gravy for dinner.

Scales is staying at the lower weight so I'd like to keep it there

Steps are good & tomo myself & ddog might walk the cliffs too stormy today

Just put soup into mfp recipes 86kcal per bowl Grin

Not2bObvious · 31/10/2020 19:28

What soup did you make happier, I've flicked back but don't think you said? I made an Asian beef dish, haven't mfp'ed it yet but it's got to be better than take away

It is surprisingly ok honestly , take today l haven't eaten anything all day except 2 apples & just tea & coffee. I am going to have a pizza soon so my caloreis should be around 1200 ish We shall see it depends how much cheese goes on my pizza ! Grin

Mrsmadevans · 01/11/2020 08:26

Morning everyone 😀
Have to go to MumBobs soon so just a quick post . Had my pizza last night , had cravings for junk just before bed but didn't go there . Am ok ATM onwards & Upwards 🤗
Weather is quite good here , have a lovely Sunday everyone 😀

Not2bObvious · 01/11/2020 08:44

Well done on resisting mrs, hope you have a lovely Sunday too.
My dinner was pretty salty last night, which explains the 1.4 jump, bit miffed but it's outside my control. If I keep going as I am I'll see a loss next week. Good choice from here on in. Nice slow cooker dinner bubbling away 😋

Happierwithouthim · 01/11/2020 13:33

Actually I probably posted ingredients on frugal thread half a sweet potato one carrot one onion one chicken stock cube, half can low fat coconut milk tbsp curry paste Grin

What was in your Asian beef dish?
Dinner was lush & then cut three small slices off block of cookie dough & baked it and had with a small scoop of ice cream
Tucked up in bed for 9.30pm

It's a damp day today & I've blow dried my hair this morning so slow to go out walking with dog, definitely won't be walking cliff as it's too slippery.

174.5 on scales here today

Not2bObvious · 01/11/2020 14:21

Sounds good.
Beef strips (I used sirloin steak)coated in cornflour & some salt, cooked til slightly crispy, set aside. Ginger & garlic fried for a minute, soy sauce and brown sugar (about half a cup of each), red chilli flakes. Brought to boil, simmer for 10, add back in beef. Kind of a crispy beef but not too crispy as only used maybe 2 tbsp of oil to fry the beef and another teaspoon for the garlic & ginger.

Happierwithouthim · 01/11/2020 14:27

That sounds delicious

Mrsmadevans · 01/11/2020 15:07

Food sounds delicious [smile
I am having roast pork , broccoli , carrots, bit of gravy Smile just had 200 cals of fruit , clementines & apples and a nice cuppa coffee Smile

Not2bObvious · 01/11/2020 16:00

It was surprisingly good, from a website called the modern honey. There's an amazing orange sauce there to, really lovely with breaded chicken. Definitely better for the waistline than actual Chinese

Dragged my ass to aerobics. Gym will be closing wed pm.
Food still not on point but will use November to reset

Not2bObvious · 01/11/2020 18:57

Good woman life, there's loads of campaigns here to try get guns reopened for mental health reasons but not a hope is say.
Just checked into mfp and can't believe I averaged exactly 1800! Granted I'll probably have a wee treat before bed but right now, I'm on target

lifelongfrugaleer · 02/11/2020 06:41

Ok. I've owned my gain. 129.8 now.
Back on it today for November.

Happierwithouthim · 02/11/2020 08:29

Ooh lindt, they're just the best aren't they. I bought a 4 pk of the single bars on Wed when I did the shopping, they're all gone.

I'm a stone heavier than dd's communion a year and a half ago and first wedding myself and bf attended together. Need to get a grip.

Not2bObvious · 02/11/2020 08:48

Up .6 on yesterday, another salty meal I guess and lots of carbs. Up 2lb on Friday but I'm pretty confident I can turn it around in a day or two.

Mrsmadevans · 02/11/2020 09:55

Posted before I was done 😀
Had calories left over last night so l did have 2 Lindt white choc balls and they were delicious 😋
They are 76 calories each !!
Have a good day everybody 😃

Happierwithouthim · 02/11/2020 10:36

Day 1 mfp restart.

lifelongfrugaleer · 02/11/2020 11:03

Me too happier

Not2bObvious · 02/11/2020 14:45

I've a streak on mfp of nearly 1300 days, I suppose without it I could be worse. I've heard of people letting go of streaks to start afresh. I don't think I could do that.
Soup and bread for lunch, dinner around 5 but I'm a bit hungry, I'll have to get busy for the next couple of hours. Have to do mums taxi soon so that'll help.
I love Lindt mrs, worth 76 cals each imo
