Dd wanted pizza, local centra shop has caramico counter they're lovely and no pizza bloat was bases are super thin.
Was going to have chicken kebab yesterday & made spice bag thing with chicken fillets and the minute amount of chips that I'd left in the actifry.

Today I thought I'd get breakfast out but only 7 degrees so I scrapped that plan and am going to eat at home.

Saved from myself multiple times Grin

That's my last new you shake with life powder and zest active added, it was banana flavour Envy not envy

Life sorry to hear you'd a bad reaction to flu jab Sad

Going to my size 8 aunt to get my hair done today, so I'm ignoring number on scales Hmm

Good for you happier, that food sounds yum. I find sometimes all I need is to make a good choice and then I'm stronger to make more good choices. Little alterations can make a big difference over time. I got a banoffie flavoured protein powder in my sample set, absolute boak too. Adding coffee and ice and blending makes it bearable. Nice to get your hair done, enjoy the swishy hair effect

Nothing on this earth is good that has any relationship with banana. Devil food

Mrsmadevans · 17/10/2020 16:19

Thank you for explaining SOD & ASOD Not Grin

Mrsmadevans · 17/10/2020 16:24

Been having a few pangs this afternoon. Am not giving in though. I have a mango & coconut tea here and am staving it off with it Grin
Pizza tonight am really looking forward to it too.

Not2bObvious · 17/10/2020 18:00

You're welcome - I think it's quite an apt description of a scales, born of many frustrating weigh ins on many different scales😉
Lots of running around, 16,000 steps, highest day in well over a week. Steak & veg for dinner washed down with 🍷 yummmy

OP posts:
Mrsmadevans · 17/10/2020 18:04

That is excellent re the steps and your dinner sounds yummy Not Grin
Going to have pizza soon , alowed a thousand calories for it and will have some popcorn if l want it after, not a good day nutrition wise but will have a good cooked dinner tomorrow with lots of veg to make up for it Grin

Not2bObvious · 18/10/2020 09:07

Up 1.2 on yesterday, but down 1.4 on last Sunday. Haven't fully tracked last night yet as it ended up being a chat at the kitchen table drinking wine & grazing on sweets with the kids - honestly not sure how much I ate or drank! Enough for a low level headache though. I think I'll go on the treadmill later this morning, maybe I can sweat the toxins out

lifelongfrugaleer · 18/10/2020 13:51

Great going not.
Hope the pizza was nice.

Tried a workout this morning. Lead weight body =quit half way.

Mrsmadevans · 18/10/2020 17:03

That is excellent Not WELL DONE! Am afraid l succumbed to a pkt of crisps followed by a salt & pepper dry roll Hmm yes DRY! Grin
l couldn't get it down me quick enough Grin
Hey ho tomorrow is another day Smile

Mrsmadevans · 18/10/2020 17:06

Life pizza was lovely thank you Smile but today am not feeling it but will be fine Grin

Not2bObvious · 18/10/2020 18:10

Clearly you're not recovered enough life, the opportunity to work out will still be there for when you're 100%.
I did another session on the treadmill, went good.
You could always have a longer eating window a couple of days a week mrs if it suits you better? Like a 5:2 in a way. Being too hungry isn't ideal, no need to be too punitive. I've been hearing a few things about how intermittent fasting can be harder on women due to hormone fluctuations. How long do you think you'd like to do it for?

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 18/10/2020 18:49

No clearly not well enough yet. Been ok until DC got twirl bite chocolate, then left it.

Not2bObvious · 18/10/2020 22:15

Not sure why, and this is a first, but I haven't bothered trying to track either last nights food & drink after my dinner or tonight's. I kind of think I know what I did, writing it down won't change it.
I'm geared up to be fully on plan next week, I did say this was going to be a maintenance week and it pretty much has been. Feel pretty relaxed, I've at this so long, what's one more week in the grand scheme? Clearly I'll always need to manage my weight, it's never like I'll be able to hit goal and think that's it.
Sorry for the waffle

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 19/10/2020 06:50

It's a bit of a revelation not tracking isn't it.
I'm getting back on plan today. I'm going to carve a 30 minute walk in to my calendar. Lack of fresh air is not helping me

Not2bObvious · 19/10/2020 06:59

Up .8 today but down 1.8 on last Monday and only .8 up Friday so that's an improvement. Have lots to do today but would love to stay in bed - feeling tired & lazy. I'll drag myself up in 10 mins

OP posts:
Mrsmadevans · 19/10/2020 08:41

Not l would love to stay on our indefinitely. I feel so much better for it. I don't know why l had this blip but am determined to crack on . Thank you for the encouragement ☺️ it really helps.
You are right it's a constant trying to keep our weight to where we want it 🤗

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/10/2020 09:18

Managed a full 30 minutes cardio this morning. Also carved 30 minutes lunch to go out of the house each day

Not2bObvious · 19/10/2020 11:37

Well done life
I've done something muscular to my back so that's me done for the day. Very much hoping it's just a 1-2 day thing, in a fair amount of pain. Just when I thought I was starting to get back to some decent exertion.

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 19/10/2020 15:54

not sorry to hear that, look after yourself.

Mrsmadevans · 19/10/2020 16:00

Oh Not sounds nasty hope you are ok Flowers

Not2bObvious · 19/10/2020 16:07

Thanks guys, painkillers and water bottle, that's all I can try for now. Just did 10 mins walking on the spot to see how it felt, it's slightly better than this morning so with luck it's loosening

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 19/10/2020 16:47

I drank alcohol, plenty of it on Sat night. Scales rewarded me. 12st 7lbs this morning. I didn't even have dinner on Sat, and only had breakfast and supper yesterday.

Oh well that's it now for another while

Not2bObvious · 19/10/2020 18:43

Really struggling to accept I can't get my steps today, I know Fitbit calorie burn isn't too accurate but if it's anyway close and the rate I'm going, even if I were in a coma they'd have to half starve me to stop me gaining 3 stone in a day! I did get up, go to work, had to do a shop for family, so it's not like I did nothing at all. Sigh, too bloody addicted to apps & devices for all the good it does.
Monday weigh ins are always sketchy as we know happier, add some booze and it's game over. You'll see a couple pounds off by midweek. Feels strange seeing you mention stones, I used to find pounds alien and have to convert to stones, now I'm the other way. Dreading not being able to sleep after lying down all day
