Happier will the calories be worth the taste?

Happierwithouthim · 15/10/2020 11:34

Maybe WinkWink

I'm feeling a bit meh today, sinusey I think.

Mrsmadevans · 15/10/2020 15:39

Sorry Not l wish l were having one too Grin
Happier hope you are ok Flowers
Enjoy your Chinese Grin
Life YES! Grin
Not as busy today , Been home 2 hours and been wanting to scoff , haven't though and l won't just the craving Hmm
Am going to look at Christmas shopping instead Smile

Happierwithouthim · 15/10/2020 17:09

Maybe Indian might be a better option Hmm

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/10/2020 18:24

I say get what you fancy.

I've done nothing but eat since Monday. Tummy all over the place and bloated.
Bean and pasta need ruling out. And possibly crisps. Will skip bran and pasta tomorrow

Not2bObvious · 15/10/2020 18:28

Have what you really want happier, only get a better choice if you won't resent it. I had Burger King for lunch, I did compromise but it was a decent compromise not too mean a one. Don't be getting chow mein (aka WW's old suggestion for acceptable option) if you really want salt & chilli chicken😉

Down .4 today, still remaining 1.2 up on my lightest this month. Nothing extraordinary this weekend, no birthdays or visitors - no reason for huge amounts of treats and no takeaway planned. Let's see can I get to Monday without and extra quarter stone of bloat

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/10/2020 08:36

I'm never getting a flu jab again.

Rest and restart Sunday I think

Mrsmadevans · 16/10/2020 09:00

Oh God Life are you ok Lovely?
Dh was poorly after his but 2 days on he is fine now . Hope you are ok 💐

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/10/2020 09:02

Nope still feel crap after 5 days.

Not2bObvious · 16/10/2020 10:44

Oh no, you poor thing life, hope you feel better - definitely take a restThanks
Dusted off my treadmill and did an hour, managed some intervals of gentle jogging. Hoping very much that it doesn't trigger any back issues, felt great to work up a bit of a sweat. That's my minimum 9,000 done between that and potter about😬 Had another protein shake which I hope will keep me going til lunch 🤞

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/10/2020 10:55

I'm sure the toast and 4 bags of crisps will help Hmm

lifelongfrugaleer · 16/10/2020 10:55

Good for you on the treadmill

Not2bObvious · 16/10/2020 14:18

Thanks v much, and we all know the magic of toast, hope you enjoyed it😉

Mrsmadevans · 16/10/2020 15:52

Ahh Life you poor thing nothing like a bit of buttered toast & crippies when you are feeling poorly Flowers
Not well done on the treadmill ! Smile
Going to have a Morrisons curry tonight with popadoms no rice Smile
Am looking forward to it too!

Not2bObvious · 16/10/2020 17:14

Enjoy the curry, I've managed pretty well today. No snacks apart from the protein shake and a bit of sliced chicken. Protein'tastic day so far. Garlic chicken and baked potato, and a measured amount of wine, that's the plan at least. I have room for a few treats too.

Sounds like a good day for you Not l had the curry it was delicious , with popadoms and onion bargee l allowed 1000 calories , l don't think l will eat anything else today so with my milk it should be 1200 you know l really enjoy my food now l am on IF. I look forward to it and relish every mouthful so it is doing me the world of good. I don't feel bloated or sluggish any more and l like it Smile

Not2bObvious · 16/10/2020 22:03

Woohoo! Finished the day a mere 3 calories over, stuck to my wine & treat allowance. Wonders never cease😬
Glad you enjoyed your meal mrs

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/10/2020 07:04

Well done not. I clearly ate your share.
Asod doom today but giving myself today off too. Will be graft when im back

Not2bObvious · 17/10/2020 07:32

My sod rewarded me with my lowest weight again, great to see it back. Have to make the effort again today so I can hold onto it but don't know there could be snack'ccidents. I'd keep off the scales til you've had a few days feeling well enough to eat on target life, toast & crisps are not scales friendly, wish they were!

OP posts:
Mrsmadevans · 17/10/2020 07:41

Morning everyone 😀
Not that's great your SOD rewarded you with a low weight . I didn't know what SOD meant then worked it out 😂😂
Life hope you are better soon 💐
Hope to do well again today , l do find l stick to IF once l start , it's the starting l don't find easy 😜
Have a lovely day everyone 😀

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/10/2020 07:55

Oh I know It's a partially false reading. Feeling much better today so will begin again tomorrow

Mrsmadevans · 17/10/2020 08:12

Glad you are feeling much better Life 😀 have a day off l'm sure you will be back to it no trouble. Unlike me! 🤗

Not2bObvious · 17/10/2020 09:50

SOD, Scale of Doom
ASOD, Alien Scales of Doom, for scales not your own - an unknown quantity if you will😉
Hats off to you mrs, I couldn't fast that long, I can barely fast overnight after my experiences of it!
Been for a shopping walk, quick shower and soon breakfast in bed and general Saturday lace
