Another .4 down, still 1.2 of bloat to go. Although can it really still be considered bloat 3 days on 🤔 Anyway, it'll go I'm sure. Ended the day bang on 1800 and just under 12,000 steps. Hoping to have a bit more mojo today

Tmi is fine mrs.

Back to. It today though feel cruddy. Got to put a bikini on at Easter hopefully

Not2bObvious · 14/10/2020 08:04

If I got to go somewhere that was bikini worthy by Easter, I'd go in a kaftan😂 Only joking - that sounds like a great goal. I have 2 gorgeous bikinis I bought in a sale what feels like a million years ago, they're my goal bikinis for so many years. Look like a burst couch in themBlush BUT maybe 2021 eh?
Walk done, veggie sausage sambo on wholemeal, 22gr protein. With luck it'll keep me going

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 14/10/2020 08:16

I'm also not making much effort.

Today I'd two mallons low fat sausages in a petit pain for breakfast with reduced sugar and salt ketchup for breakfast.

I've a protein yogurt for 10am and Jools Oliver's stew with some micro rice and dd's leftover apple from yesterdays lunch.

Will get a walk in today. first day post antibiotics too.

Scales went down to 12st 4.5lbs, I'd lots of water yesterday.

lifelongfrugaleer · 14/10/2020 08:43

How are you feeling happier?

Nowt wrong with a kaftan. Just aim for a smaller size. I have no bikinis. Not going to bother until I know we are going

Happierwithouthim · 14/10/2020 09:28

I'm good, concentrating on getting plenty of sleep and not putting myself under too much pressure, staying out until 5am last sat morn wasn't the best plan Grin

Just got prime deal on biokult so 120 for €12.92 which is a mega deal and I need them after the antibiotics too.

Happierwithouthim · 14/10/2020 09:33

Just compared price and it would cost me €32 here.

Not2bObvious · 14/10/2020 11:16

Sounds like you're making an effort happier, good food choices there. Good idea on the taking your rest, I think the 5am was well worth it. My bestie is in a different county, don't know when I'll get to see her with the way things are going. Trying not to crack up at the thoughts of a level up
Just had my protein shake as a snack, adding a shot of coffee turned a revoltingly sweet flavour into something drinkable.

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 14/10/2020 12:19

My bff is expecting baby no 3 and has 2 under 3 already so even the chance of a phone conversation is out these days!!!

Do you like coffee anyhow? It's meant to speed up metabolism.

I'm definitely making the right choices that's my saving grace. Even Fri night we didn't have dessert just a few cashew nuts. And if we had it it was meringue nests so not too bad either.

I did eat a lot of apple cake on Sunday

Not2bObvious · 14/10/2020 12:59

That is hands full!
Yeah I do like a coffee, bought a coffee creamer that makes even cheap coffee taste decent. Have to track it though as it can add up. Well at least you got some fruit in, every cloud and all that😉
Time for my lunch, made a homemade version of the taco fries thing from Aldi - managed to get 3 servings from 1 pack of turkey mince & a large sweet potato. 2 for the freezer, one for now. 330 cals, 36gr protein

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 14/10/2020 14:01

Sounds lush, I haven't made anything with turkey mince in ages.

Going to try some quorn mince and make this www.deliciousmagazine.co.uk/recipes/mushroom-lentil-bake-tahini-crust/ with quorn instead of mushrooms.

My friends vegan tacos were fab

Not2bObvious · 14/10/2020 16:41

That sounds lovely! I bought some quorn nuggets on the lidl offers, never had them before, might try the mince next, it'd work for the taco thing I made instead of turkey mince. Stocked up on Linda sausages, only .99c at the minute, great protein for very few cals & pretty edible

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 14/10/2020 17:10

Must see if I can make room in freezer for some.

I thought I had some left but went to freezer and they were gone so hence the low fat sausages instead this morning. I think low fat sausages just aren't worth having, the mallons ones anyhow.

I'd 50% voucher for lidl for the quorn mince but couldn't bring myself to face another supermarket!

Happierwithouthim · 14/10/2020 17:11

I'd Carrolls cuisine salmon linguine the other evening 640cals but it had 30g protein and was on offer for €3 in Dunnes.

Mrsmadevans · 14/10/2020 18:46

OP posts:
Mrsmadevans · 14/10/2020 22:25

Happier that is brilliant £16 coupon for Tesco! Smile

lifelongfrugaleer · 15/10/2020 06:45

It's ages since I've had Quorn. May check. It out

Didn't weigh today as not going to bother u til I feel better

Happierwithouthim · 15/10/2020 08:17

I'm stuck on 172.5 for a couple of days now.

I don't even think about it at the moment.

I got 5 weeks of those coupons they must be missing me. Dunnes I would have €15 off €75 but I might get Tesco delivery for one week anyhow just for a break from going to the shop

Mrsmadevans · 15/10/2020 08:40

Happier if you get a shop from Tesco have a look at their frozen soya mince if you need some . It's all what ppls individual taste is but imho it is really good. 112 approx cals per 100g very little fat. A good bas

Not2bObvious · 15/10/2020 09:02

161.8 this morning, still a bit up but that's the wine & chocolate effect for ya. Got it out of my system so I'll be better behaved today, bit of a reset.
Off down the stairs to work, sigh....

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 15/10/2020 09:36

Mrsmadevans · 15/10/2020 09:39
