In wonder if I should get a diabetes test but no other symptoms. Well thirst but not unquenchable and obviously peeing from said fluids.

Not2bObvious · 30/09/2020 20:51

As stupid as it sounds I've just realised that's September done! Flip, that went fast. Under 3 months to Christmas, on the plus side probably won't be a party dress to starve into. I'm really reaching for positives there...
Anyone who did WW do you remember your leader doing the chair thing a few weeks before Christmas, where you had lost weight on one side or gained on the other & it was up to you which chair you sat in. In my case, I needed 2 chairs to fit my arse after Christmas 😂
Anyway, hoping to see 150's next month, 162.4 this morning

Life perhaps you should get a test to put your mind at rest love , Good luck with the test Flowers
Not2b can't remember that but you mentioning WW & Christmas it did make me remember going to a local hotel for our WW Christmas meal. It was so delicious and despite the leader being there ,we all scoffed the lot, Booze aplenty & Brandy cream and pud Grin
Totally agree with you re the Party dress we won't be needing one of those!

lifelongfrugaleer · 01/10/2020 07:06

11 weeks to go...

Bloat gone. Just need to keep it steady now.

Happierwithouthim · 01/10/2020 08:18

I figured that alright life

That's a hard one life definitely no point going to shakes and binge stage, could you eat a bit earlier without eating all day?

Sts this morning
Had early bird menu of caesar salad and chicken risotto, both were salty.

This morning I had a protein shake, my own. 91 cals for a scoop plus put in my revive active and a scoop of life powder too.

Will have New You porridge at 10am and chicken soup at lunchtime, a meal replacement bar on way to pick up dc and then going to have a roast chicken breast with carrots and brocolli for dinner.

Happierwithouthim · 01/10/2020 08:22

It's crazy how close to Christmas we are without the year ever really getting started due to pandemic.

I still want to be in smaller size for Christmas even if there's nowhere to go Smile

Christmas before last I'd a wedding on 30th Dec and I maintained all the way through Christmas and felt great at that wedding.

Supposed to have a wedding in March, met the girl getting married yesterday, it'll probably not happen, other cousin's wedding is Oct she's still planning it, I want to be slim for me but also for those weddings too.

My sis had a NSV yesterday fitting into a L tshirt instead of XL, she's ecstatic.

Mrsmadevans · 01/10/2020 08:35

Happier what is an NSV? Sorry for being thick 🙄
Great stuff re your Dsis 😀
Totally agree re the wanting to get weight off for yourself even if there is nothing to go out for . God that sounds miserable . 🙄
Doing ok ATM fingers crossed it continues 😊

Not2bObvious · 01/10/2020 09:32

Nsv - non scale victory, well done to your sister happier, that's great progress.
Down 1.2 this morning, nice to see. Got 9,000 steps done as well so the day has started well.

lifelongfrugaleer · 01/10/2020 15:09

Well done happier dsis

Not2bObvious · 01/10/2020 20:12

First day this week I've hit my full 1700, don't know why I resist doing it then blow by it with an overeat of 1000's on the weekend! Going over to family for a meal tomorrow, so that'll mean🍷 This is my third weekend following the new plan, I'd really like to not exceed 2200 tomorrow - that's what I reckon my maintenance calories are.
Would you consider eating at maintenance for a week or two life, see if it helps with hunger?

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 01/10/2020 20:15

I think that pretty much what I'm doing not.

lifelongfrugaleer · 02/10/2020 06:45

Up and down and down and up. No bloating though so all good

Not2bObvious · 02/10/2020 07:14

I lovvvve brussel sprouts, steam and then fry in a knob of butter with loads of salt & pepper😋 You sound like you're on a really good run of it mrs

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 02/10/2020 07:19

Up .4 on yesterday, the usual ups & downs. Will be aiming not to earn a 2lb bloat come Monday

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 02/10/2020 10:27

Down again this morning 2lbs - had 3 New You products and then a roast chicken breast with roasted carrots and peppers for dinner.

Loss so far this week 4.5lbs
Today had breakfast with dc, 10am will be New You shake, just saw time it's after 10am, lunch will be chicken stuffing mix on lidl cob(I don't want work colleagues aware of what I'm doing so when I've to share canteen I won't be using products) and dinner will be takeaway with dc. They're home tomorrow too with me so I'll see what happens.

Short walk yesterday, just 2km, with dog and dc plus an extra one!

Not2bObvious · 02/10/2020 11:07

That's amazing happier, any idea how many calories the plan give you?
I'm working/reworking my mfp for today, I had over 2300 last Friday, ouf! I can't be sure of calories as the meal is outside my control, at least the company I'm with isn't the type to break out the crisps/chocolate after dinner - I'm a terror for that at weekends. I wish I could stick to an either or rule, wine or crisps, wine or chocolate

Happierwithouthim · 02/10/2020 16:25

The 4 packs a day is 800 cal diet I did that one day only so far

Today I've had Linda McCartney sausages in a petit pain, new you vanilla shake, 2 slices Lidl cob with chicken & stuffing sandwich filler & dc having takeaway so I'll be having something there too

Happierwithouthim · 02/10/2020 16:44

Just realised I posted twice today my days food obsessed much???

Mrsmadevans · 02/10/2020 20:58

Have not eaten all day till 7 then had a pizza 🍕 l figured that was ok seeing as l haven't had anything else. It was lovely too 😁😋

Not2bObvious · 02/10/2020 22:34

Pizza here too mrs but far from the first thing I've eaten. Hope that's unusual for you, that's a lonnng day - are you trying to fast?

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 03/10/2020 08:55

I just couldn't do that mrsmadevans I'd be found collapsed somewhere.

My ex used to do that, come in on a Sat and be cross and cranky and say I didn't get a chance to eat all day, self inflicted pressure to do 'jobs', I'd be like 'did your body not tell you it was hungry' Angry

I'm not lazy by any means but he'd always make me feel like I was, not exercise wise but for doing household tasks/garden tasks etc etc. T.G. that's over Grin

Had chicken kebab last night, was three meals yesterday so was up 2lbs this morning, understandably. I didn't low carb.

lifelongfrugaleer · 03/10/2020 08:58

I can't do that either happier. I would be in
a wobble puddle on the floor.

No weight today. Hotel breakfast didn't fancy cooked so lots of musili, yoghurt berries and toast. V bloated now. Hope it goes down before I put my dress on

Wolfcub · 03/10/2020 09:21
