Got up for weights but CBA. Will. Do aerobics in a mo. Food over yesterday but I was hungry and cold
About 12k steps

Good luck not.
Happier if it's not cleared you might need stronger ones

WreckTangled · 29/09/2020 07:16

Morning. I'm not losing but I'm not gaining. Concentrating on sugar levels mainly. Also wfh a lot so can't stop eating Hmm

Happierwithouthim · 29/09/2020 07:26

Down 2lbs, found from 5pm to bedtime very tough, so today I'm delaying breakfast until 10am so I don't have as long a stint in the evening.

Life sensible part of me knows that
Not keeps it interesting anyhow
Wreck maintenance is a good place to be
Mad good stuff

Happierwithouthim · 29/09/2020 07:27

Was frozen yesterday life i wasn't sure if it was the low cals tiredness or weather Hmm

Mrsmadevans · 29/09/2020 08:14

We put the heating on last night it was so cold.
Happier l find that is why IF suits me l can go all day without food especially if l am busy but the evening is the worst. I can eat my cals in the evening then at my worst time.Hooe you are feeling better and don't need another lot of antibiotics. 💐
Have a good day everybody 😃

Happierwithouthim · 29/09/2020 08:28

I can't though mrs I'm hungry at 10am and 1pm and 6pm because they're my mealtimes for years since I started working.

I'm holding out until 10am so that evening is easier, just sipping away at water. I get your theory though, you can 'feast' in the evening then without guilt Grin

Not2bObvious · 29/09/2020 08:57

Down 1 of the 2lb bloat. Got a 6,000 step walk in before breakfast, going to keep super busy today

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 29/09/2020 09:31

Great going to get that walk in before breakfast. What ages are your dc?

I don't even know why I'm asking that, I'm up at 6am in order to get dc to breakfast club and myself to work on time, I'm not going to be walking as well Grin

That's right 🤗👍 It's good you are in such a routine with your meals though imho 😁👍🤗 I used to eat Scan bran to fill me up but l can't find it anywhere 🙄 It was marvelous to fill me up of an evening . Great job Not2B 👏😁

Oh my pair are way beyond that age group, ones in 6th class, the other in secondary. Besides, himself is here now with the new "normal" so it's on his watch if required
I went out quite late this morning, 7.35-8.25 - just back in time to give the baby (haha, big baby!) a cuddle and do hair for her - she started walking to school by herself this year. When we used to leave the house for work, school drop offs, I'd go out from 6am-7am or do a walkie talkie if it was too cold or wet. It's great if I can get a chunk of steps done early, takes the pressure off.

Happierwithouthim · 29/09/2020 10:25

I used to go before heading to work when we had au pair, I'd go for a short run at 5.45am or 6am, these days I'm too tired for that!

Least the 'baby' gets herself up and ready too,

Not2bObvious · 29/09/2020 11:07

Oh yeah, it's great these days. She needs a level of supervision & help but pretty independent. Looking back at when I had to get them both ready, there was no time for anything like this

About 10k steps. Food in calories but macros shite. I'm on 1800 so far to try and stop the hunger

Happierwithouthim · 30/09/2020 07:26

Down another half lb, had a normalish dinner last night because I Don't want dc to be aware of me eating and drinking sachets, that'll slow down weight loss but I'm ok with that.

Had a birds eye chicken fillet burger with extra light mayo in a bun so not low carb either.

So I'm not letting dc know or bf or parents or sister know what I'm doing!! Guess because I know it's wrong Hmm

It was lashing rain yesterday so no walk either.

Stretching out breakfast until 10am helped yesterday.

Not2bObvious · 30/09/2020 07:26

Down the remaining 1lb of the weekend bloat. I reset my calories last week to 1800 but pushed them back to 1700 this week to see how that goes. For some reason eating close to 1800 felt I'd switched on the hunger switch, no idea whether it was just a hormonal thing. I'll try keep an eye on it, had kind of totm last week so that might have caused the overspill? Anyway no harm done, just keep trundling away. 5 days alcohol free will definitely help

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 30/09/2020 08:28

Alcohol definitely messes up weigh ins for me not other people not so much. When I did well at team rh, I was alcohol free.

Not2bObvious · 30/09/2020 09:31

I just needed to curb the weekend spill, starting my weekend on a Thursday just ruins my deficit. If I can keep to 3, ideally 2 days with some wine (not all the wine!) I'd be in good shape. A bit of self control is needed, not a strength area of mine lol!

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 30/09/2020 09:46

I'm no angel - half bottle of pinot grigio last wed night and 4 brandies on fri night, must throw out the rest of the wine because it'll be gone sour. Maybe I could use it in a risotto, haven't made one of them in ages.

I think I could manage 3 meals of new you with a proper dinner. Might plan along those lines.

Happierwithouthim · 30/09/2020 09:47

Sure that's why we're here not

lifelongfrugaleer · 30/09/2020 12:25

It's not wrong happier it's just not a long term fix. Don't blame you for not letting the school see. I got a pea size bit of ice cream from DS as I'm on a diet. Git. Which reminds me I didn't track it. Over and weight up.

Happierwithouthim · 30/09/2020 12:56

Have decided to buy 50 packs and do 3 packs a day plus a dinner for the next couple of weeks and see if I can work that into my life.

I want to lose lbs but I don't want to get sick or make people worried that I am sick if weight falls off too quickly also.

Ha ha pea sized!

I ate that dinner last night because they'd see me eating and they stayed in the car on my phone and I could've got away with a sachet dinner after all!

Mrsmadevans · 30/09/2020 14:06

Ok day so far , just going to have bueberries and a coffee Smile
Sounds like you got this sorted Happier great stuff!

Happierwithouthim · 30/09/2020 14:32

It totally goes against my ethos mrsmadevans but I would love to be happy in my clothes for Christmas too and have spent all year thinking I'd lose it when I'd move and that hasn't happened and I'm thinking why not really at the moment.

lifelongfrugaleer · 30/09/2020 18:40

Dunno why my last post said school. I meant DC.

In struggling with the calories balance. Too early and I eat all day. Too little on a morning I get the shakes then binge. Too many calories at dinner but hungry.

Mrsmadevans · 30/09/2020 18:47

Go for it Happier you have only got the pounds to lose! Smile
I know Life it's a real struggle l totally get it Flowers
