I only got 12826 today, but that is because I forgot to change it last night, so didn't track my dancing exercises this morning.
Calories today 1,236.
Food today
B- no sugar yogurt with fresh berries a banana and coffee.
S- 2 crackers with spread
L- 'chicken' slices, salad cream and tomato in wholemeal bread, salad, blueberry yogurt, an apple and a satsuma.
S- two toast (it was a long time till dinner), and another coffee, was really flagging today!
D- wholemeal pasta with mushrooms, tomatoes and onions with a quick hm pasta sauce, which was tomato puree, garlic powder, dried herbs, salt and pepper, sweet smoked paprika mixed with water to form a sauce. Was really yummy!
