8822 steps today. Not going to make it to 10.000 today I don’t think. But that’s ok. Some days it’s just not going to happen!

Great steps Not.
I only got 12826 today, but that is because I forgot to change it last night, so didn't track my dancing exercises this morning.

Calories today 1,236.
Food today
B- no sugar yogurt with fresh berries a banana and coffee.
S- 2 crackers with spread
L- 'chicken' slices, salad cream and tomato in wholemeal bread, salad, blueberry yogurt, an apple and a satsuma.
S- two toast (it was a long time till dinner), and another coffee, was really flagging today!
D- wholemeal pasta with mushrooms, tomatoes and onions with a quick hm pasta sauce, which was tomato puree, garlic powder, dried herbs, salt and pepper, sweet smoked paprika mixed with water to form a sauce. Was really yummy!

Stuck to my 800 cals but steps almost non- existent: been stuck to my laptop ALL DAY except when cooking (chicken tikka masala - was good). Work all day, then sorting out various financial things and online bits and bobs all evening.

I need to get some exercise. I’d love to do Pilates but never done it and don’t know where to start. Might look at HIIT on you tube and at least do a quick burst occasionally every day. Anyone know of any good ones?

So today is the first day in a long time my weight has started with a 7 and then a 5 kg!

Still more than I want to weigh. But it’s progress.

I think I might have to go back to daily weigh ins, I’m irked this morning. Did a quick weigh check on Wednesday and I was 160.8, then another yesterday 160.2 which was the same as last Friday. Ok, I thought I’ll be around the same tomorrow so a maintain. No, 161.8? Wtaf’kity? No uh, no way, not having it. AND I managed to go to the loo properly for the first time in days, apologies for the overshare.
So clearly my own SOD (scale of doom) is an utter lying piece of crap.

Sea I pay for my Pilates classes. It's a local business and I would normally go to the studio. Anyone could pay and register though you don't have to be local. It's £40 for four weeks and there are four different classes a week which you can do as many times as you like during that week - live or on catch up

Pilates done. Sugar levels on the low side again today so have had a few sweets which is annoying.

Food today.

Toast with French apricot jam and coffee
Cheese and ham sandwich
Pizza for dinner.
Wine.

Apart from sweets I have had:

Three hotel chocolat chocolates
A pepperon
A few slices of cheese

Homemade paneer curry (no rice) with a diced salad of cucumber, yellow pepper, celery and two cherry tomatoes. Need to add it all to MFP now which is always a pain with homemade food.

Having never had hotel chocolat goodies, is that not very reserved? Give me a box of choccies and you’re near wrestling it out of my sweaty fist!
No idea on cals at the minute, fine with food but probably too high on vino. Need to call a halt now as kids birthday party I’m helping with tomorrow so can’t afford headache

About 750 Calories today - ploughman’s for lunch ( very easy and satisfying - never eaten so much celery though Grin) and a smoked mackerel, mushroom and spinach tortilla with salad for dinner. I really need to eat my evening meal earlier but I can’t quite manage it with work and then feeding /bedding the kids. Sigh.

Weigh-in tomorrow, with my new magic scales that will tell me my body fat too 🙈

I'm refocused from today or maybe tomorrow. My gyms nutrition group starts today. Similar to what I've been doing but a refresh and restart.

Going to try 1600 they calculate tdee minus 500. That's 14-1500 for me which I know I can't go that low yet. My tdee is 1950-2050 depending on activities

Good for you life, even if you could stick to tdee today and back to deficit tomorrow that’d be really good for weekend behaviour- of course I’m probably thinking about my own ridiculous weekend behaviour.
Got up at 6 and walked for just shy of 2 hours, 12,500 steps. LC sausage, poached egg, beans, grilled bacon medallion, wholemeal toast and a choccie biscuit. Had too much wine last night & feel a bit green, sooooo stupid as helping with a kids party today. Need better ways to de stress than hitting the bottle on a Friday!

I had wine which led on to salt snacks. Probably a maintenance level though. Am going to a friends for a roast tomorrow too but will have that as just one meal I think. Didn't weigh today.

I'm pleased to say scales came down a bit today, scales and steps weren't great this week

No alcohol though, it's not a big feature in my life right now but next weekend I'm going to a friends for a booze up Grin

Life 1600 is low enough I think Wink

Did a good shop today so meals should be good for this week.
Chicken marinading in spices for curry since morning but basa fillet I bought had already been frozen so will need to eat that instead for tonight's dinner.

em, well done on your loss.
I didn't post yesterday because I was exhausted.
Food was good yesterday and today has been good too, so far.
Went for a jog this morning and got my eyebrows threaded, so I look a bit more presentable now!

Thank you happier, you have reminded me to check my ocado order, injustice added last weeks shopping to secure the slot and I know I won't need it all this week!

I think so happier and tbh that will be a struggle but I've got 12-1300 meal plans I can add too which will help me.

Smashed steps today. 16500 so far but I need a Garmin charge later as well. No fbw for ages but that will return. Set my goals
This month get back on track
August/Sept lose 5lb
October start to reverse and build muscle
December pray I don't get to many chocolate for Christmas and meals out Grin

D’you know Happier, I normally eat big portions and snack a lot so I thought I’d be starving but I’m really not. I think it’s about what I’m eating - the low carb and relatively high fat is quite satiating, and also I’m only eating in an 8-hr window mostly. I don’t break my fast till middayish and I’m not especially hungry in the morning. Two meals is fine. After-dinner munchies is still the worst time for me. But no.

This plan is only meant to be followed for 12 weeks max, then they say 5:2. That will be very easy after this!

I lost 2lb this week, which is okay given I was very off plan last Sunday when PILs came. So -10lb in 3 weeks. Onwards... really need to get more steps in. It’s pathetic at the moment. Might have to try C25K. I’m really not a runner though...
