Yep that's my end, I'm in Adare currently & sun is shining today was pouring rain all day yesterday

Not2bObvious · 18/08/2020 15:12

I love Adare, so quaint, haven't been in years. We had some sun today for a couple of hours, now dull again🙄

Happierwithouthim · 18/08/2020 20:18

So heavy isn't it?
Adare is beautiful, it was a planned town.

lifelongfrugaleer · 18/08/2020 20:46

I've almost used up my 400 deficit from yesterday. 325 over
Steps and macro got

ememem84 · 18/08/2020 22:05

Food today hasn’t been brilliant but I did go for my run this morning. I ate my salad as a mid afternoon snack as went for lunch with colleague and had prawn sandwiches. And chippies. Yummmm. But we didn’t lunch until 1. I even resisted the biscuits at work.

Baked fish and veggies for dinner. Yum. And an ice cream.

Scales told me I’m now 76.2kg. So I’ll take that. I’m due on period end of the week so I’m counting this as my bloat.

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/08/2020 07:14

Salt bloat today as had crisps and bacon yesterday = +1

SnugglySnerd · 19/08/2020 08:48

Day 4 and I feel better, probably for the sleep and exercise and not eating loads of sugary stuff.
Need to go out and buy more fruit as it's nearly all gone and I'll end up snacking on kitkats otherwise!

Not2bObvious · 19/08/2020 09:23

Down 1 this morning so holiday gain now standing at 1lb. Listened to an interesting thing about the difference between snacks & treats, snacks should be something you can eat to fix hunger and you won't eat madly. So for example I had Greek yogurt/ raspberry/crumbled nut bar for after dinner. It filled me up and I had enough. A while later I had a small bar as a treat and was able to leave it at that.

70 left and need 2 g protein. Only on 7800 steps though

Wolfcub · 19/08/2020 18:19

Pilates done. Veg pasta bake for tea

Not2bObvious · 19/08/2020 18:19

That's good life - half a slice of ham would get you there. I'm on just over 12,000 but macros sh*t, have a few hundred cals left. Hope to leave 100 or so behind for the weekend.

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/08/2020 21:01

1 left as had a freddo ice cream which gave me enough protein. Still need 5 K steps thought but tired

lifelongfrugaleer · 20/08/2020 07:01

I have my outfit for db wedding and it's not very forgiving so best stay on track until Christmas as I'm wearing it then too. If we can have parties.

Bloat off this morning.

SnugglySnerd · 20/08/2020 10:19

Not quite such a good day yesterday as we went out for a walk in the woods and got soaked so I had a hot chocolate to warm up a bit then had a beer in the evening. Food was all healthy though.

Dh is about to take the dcs out for a walk. I should really go with them for the exercise but I am in desperate need of half an hour's peace so I'm sitting down with a coffee.

Not2bObvious · 20/08/2020 10:39

Down .8 this morning, I've been using my travel scales so it doesn't tally 100% with my home scales but as I used since a day or 2 before I went away and while I was away, it's what I'll go by. I'll need it next week too. So now only .2 up on preholiday weight, and back (barely!) in 150's
Great to have an outing/outfit to keep the mine focussed life

Busy day, just over 12,500 steps and that's my lot! Left 50 calories behind so that's 400 saved for the weekend. That will not go far with my break away starting Sunday, dinner booked out for 3 of 4 nights - and the 4th night will be out of course just haven't decided where to go! I think I'll reset my calories to 2,100 - won't be as heavy a break as my last one however
I'll easily be back to 164-166 by next Friday looking at my track recordBlush

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 21/08/2020 07:01

Enjoy the break then be back on it.

1lb down this week. Would have been 2 but I record salt bloat mid week day and knocked my average

Not2bObvious · 21/08/2020 07:51

Down 3.8 on last Friday, 1.4 left of holiday blubber. My scales's are really acting up, travel one has gone completely bonkers so official weigh in comes from my old scales. 160.8 - so not quite back in the 150's just yet. Best result I've ever had though after return from holiday.
Well done on the pound off life - nice start to the weekend

OP posts:
Wolfcub · 21/08/2020 08:25

I may, may have lost 2lbs this week. But I'm not counting my chickens as the scales have been evil lately and I might weigh 4lb more tomorrow

Unescorted · 21/08/2020 08:52

wolf well done!

I have lost approximately nothing this week. I am putting it down to the increase in exercise. My clothes are fitting better.

Not2bObvious · 21/08/2020 10:09

That's brilliant wolf - well done!

OP posts:
SnugglySnerd · 21/08/2020 10:25

Well done Wolf!

lifelongfrugaleer · 21/08/2020 10:52

Woop woop wolf.
Not always about the numbers unescorted if clothes feel better that's a NEW. No scale victory

lifelongfrugaleer · 21/08/2020 10:53

Can anyone use some age 7-8 waterproof trousers?

SingToTheSky · 21/08/2020 17:31

Great losses!
I might weigh tomorrow morning if I remember. Going to mum’s for a couple of days so won’t be home to weigh first thing Monday.

Great going with the 16:8 unescorted I’m managing 14h mostly and a few 16s, I have my eating window earlier though so usually done by 7.30pm.

I’m just watching the last Michael Moseley episode. Getting used to doing some exercise while watching telly lately :o and DH has shown me some simple ways to use my resistance band so I’m taking that to mum’s. Dad became a total gym fiend over the last couple of years and lost loads on slimming world although not sure how he’s fared in lockdown. He wants to compare exercise notes :o
