I’m taking the kiddos for a “breakfast picnic” in the park and for a play date with friends. Mini mini mini croissants grapes and juice boxes. Maybe an ice cream if they’re good.

Ds couldn’t wait though so we’re having toast and apples now. 😂

I think I might be slipping into a bad weekend - haven’t eaten yet but also have barely taken a step as chained to laptop. Might make a mini fry to get some comforting protein into me. Could stave over madness 🤷‍♀️

Have the mini fry up as healthy as possible. Least damage if it's slipping away. Lots of water for the bloat and combat the heat.

I actually managed to hold off eating til after a walk to the shops. Have nearly 8,500 and had a high fibre roll with Linda sausage & a rasher. So only 280 cals in so far. Steak & prawns planned for dinner. Going to drag my ass back on the wagon, I was dangling for a sec! Did a sneaky re-weigh after my walk even though I’d had 2 cups of tea this morning, back to 161 like yesterday so a very temp gain. Thanks for the hand holds life, this threads a diet saver😉

Was it the almond chocolate by any chance, i absolutely love that one 😋
I discovered the skinny whip/skinny crunch bars, really nice for between 70-95 cals, they have a fair bit of fibre. They’re not a patch on the real deal but they do the job when I’m being good

12002 steps today. Not as many as I’d hoped for but hit my target.

Fruit for breakfast
Mini mini pastries for breakfast picnic in the park.
Chicken nuggets and salad at dms for lunch with the kids
Pizza for dinner
Ice lolly
Glass of wine

Not brilliant. Not weighed as am on period and it’s too depressing

Have decided though I’m giving up booze until my birthday. From tomorrow until October. I’m drinking too frequently again so need to cut back. Empty calories innit.

We have events between now and October but I can drive to them so I can just have nice soft drinks.

I think the hanger may actually win out this evening. I’ve managed 19 fasts in a row (most 16h but a few less) and I’m going to try and sleep I think as if I eat now it’s going to be rubbish 😳

A spike of a pound here too, very normal for me. Bit the bullet & inputted the last 2 Friday weights (only putting Fridays in the Fitbit app) so I’m down 3.4 on last week post holiday weigh in. Up 2lb from lowest.
Got up and did a walk so just over 9,000 done, slept funny so my backs bothering me. Going to lie down & rest, aka YouTube/Mumsnet/Netflix 😂
Out to dinner tonight. Tomorrow’s weigh in will be...interesting

That I did! 3942 already this morning. Not bad for a lazy Saturday. I’ve taken the dc out for a walk and we stopped for a coffee.

Phewwww I managed to sleep and not break the fast, and slept in till nearly 10 😱 cagletini does not sleep well so this is rare.

Life atm I’m just trying to do it every day, but not managed 16h for a few days now because period hanger 😳 if I want a day “off” I’m setting the timer for 12h instead as I think if I ignore it altogether I’ll give up. I’m not sure what I’ll aim for long term! I’ll carry on as much as I can for now and see how the weight goes.

Ordered a resistance band yesterday and next month I’m getting an aerobics step. What is happening to me 🤣

Impressed by all the step counts. I am really not active in day to day life TBH. Trying to plan some activities for the holidays now just to get us out and about!
