Phewwww I managed to sleep and not break the fast, and slept in till nearly 10 😱 cagletini does not sleep well so this is rare.
Life atm I’m just trying to do it every day, but not managed 16h for a few days now because period hanger 😳 if I want a day “off” I’m setting the timer for 12h instead as I think if I ignore it altogether I’ll give up. I’m not sure what I’ll aim for long term! I’ll carry on as much as I can for now and see how the weight goes.
Ordered a resistance band yesterday and next month I’m getting an aerobics step. What is happening to me 🤣
Impressed by all the step counts. I am really not active in day to day life TBH. Trying to plan some activities for the holidays now just to get us out and about!
