Down a huge .2 😂 160.4, looks like the 150’s are a few days away. Got a very brisk 75 min walk that earned me 9,000 - pleased with that. I try get 1,000 every 8 minutes which is a pretty fast pace for my tree trunks!

Well today started well...a cherry almond danish for breakfast.

Am combatting this with a green tea and lots of water.

LaneBoy · 28/07/2020 14:19

Ended fast early at just over 14h. Can’t work out if I was actually more hungry or less able to put up with it because of hormonal rage 😳

Not done any exercise yet, hoping it will help the PMT when I do!

Not2bObvious · 28/07/2020 19:38

I think you deserve a medal lasting 14h with pmt lane, I absolutely take my hat off to you. I can’t fast anymore, the hanger kills me.
Long day, only around 6 hours sleep last night. I have 200 cals left & undecided as to whether I need to use them 🤔

lifelongfrugaleer · 28/07/2020 20:46

I can't fast my blood sugar dips too far and I also get hanger.

100 over but 18600 steps. No weight lifting again today

Not2bObvious · 29/07/2020 06:29

Up .8 this morning, salt related. I thought I might see 159’ish but my SOD decided to put manners on me & drag me back to reality. Reminding myself I’m doing all the right things, it’ll pay off, just need a bit of patience.
Great steps life!

Sts today. Day 4 on plan today. Will I make it through

Not2bObvious · 29/07/2020 15:43

I’m wrecked! Bit over 15,000 steps between visit to doc surgery & walk talkies etc, got weighed fully clothed with shoes, in kilos, not sure what to make of that number but no comment was made so I’ll live with it. I meant to weigh when I got home to see if number kind of matches but I forgot. Might do it now, if it’s much less my scales is off.
If you managed 4 days on plan, you’re doing great life

Bit over on calories thanks to a chocolate brownie. But yes so far so good

Not2bObvious · 29/07/2020 17:54

Chocolate brownie yummmm
Dinner done, protein & fibre hit, 470 cals left. As we all know it could all go downhill from here😂

I did Pilates this morning and we've been to London today. Considering my steps rarely reach 4000 I think I've done pretty well!

Oh just realise my photo is in that Blush

lifelongfrugaleer · 29/07/2020 21:02

I didn't notice until you pointed it out wreck. You look lovely and great steps.
Had toast as still hungry so 378 over. 16300 steps. Garmin still down and CBA to add up my total

Not2bObvious · 29/07/2020 21:22

Me either, you could report the post and get it removed I think? Excellent steps, you go girl!
Better to listen to your hunger life, I find the hunger builds after a few days of proper deficit, a little over probably stops a binge another day. Maybe it explains why we can feel powerless at weekends over urges? The deficit just defeats us. Hmm

I am writing today off.

Birthday cake
Ice creams
Pizza
Garlic bread
A few glasses of wine.

Start again tomorrow.

WreckTangled · 29/07/2020 21:36

It's ok I don't think you can really see who it is Grin I'm on almost 16000 now but won't hit that.

Don't worry em I've eaten way worse today!

Not2bObvious · 30/07/2020 09:25

Down .2, so 161 - no chance of seeing 159 tomorrow, sadly my scales isn’t aware Friday is my official weigh in! But at least I’m down from my mini break.
Chained to the computer

Having a challenging day, sick of everything, won’t bore on
Of course cause I felt like this I needed spicy chicken & chips with garlic mayo for lunch, and am under 7,000 steps. Feel utterly drained - I’m very conscious of how lucky I am but some days I just want to tell them all to f**k off

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 30/07/2020 17:27

Ah not ((hugs)) can you get out for a walk for some space?

Hungry day here 100 over and need more steps which I will get in 2 supermarket

Not2bObvious · 30/07/2020 17:47

Thanks life, had a little weep and unload to himself. Now jogging on the spot to boost steps, company over for dinner which is part of the problem - radiators & drains iykwim

OP posts:
ememem84 · 30/07/2020 18:48

Toast with jam and apple
Tea
Apple for lunch
Ice cream
Some snacky cheesy biscuits
Then we’ll have courgette pasta for dinner.
Glass of prosecco.

lifelongfrugaleer · 30/07/2020 20:22

Bloody drains. Mine are the Bain of my life. And a bust rad too. IKWYM. Pleased as cry helped.
Do your best today then draw a line and enjoy the company.

I'm 100 or so over and mixed protein as had pasta for tea. 11500 steps unlikely to summon the energy to get more

ememem84 · 30/07/2020 20:37

Courgette and lemon pasta for dinner.

Not2bObvious · 30/07/2020 21:38

Thanks life, like a lot of days it hasn’t ended up as bad as I thought it would. Although I know I’ve completely bankrupted my calorie bank, meh. The company is marginally less irritating than expected, that would be a win!
