Just back from my walk, dragged myself up and out. You were spot on life, it was the only option! Still feel shit but now have just over 11,000 steps. Going to have a bit of dinner, tomorrow will be better

Had 6,000 from earlier so just got the extra 5 but it’s something. Gone to bed, stomach hurts from too much food.

I've finished the day on 1164 today had:

Lemon and blueberry slice

Curry noodles
Baby bel

Low carb tortilla with Birdseye vegetarian fajita mix and some cheese plus some low carb Doritos

Two g&t's

Small bar of 85% chocolate. Probably didn't need that.

We've got a bbq tomorrow will see how I do...

Walked to shops and back
Riding
Walk around waitrose
Walk after dinner with dh and the dc
Pottering around the house.

Exhausted.

Still up. I'm not recording it. Angry have attached my last weeks calories. Hoping it's just period bloat (which still hasn't arrived, any day now though).

I did an evening weigh to get an idea of how much my chocolate & crisp’fest me, let’s put it way I’m not that eager to face the scales today. Will probably leave it til Tuesday now, body needs a couple of days to shift the bloat. Got a decent sleep at least.
You will see losses at that deficit wreck, clearly impending totm is causing fluid retention.

Ah yeah I know it’s just a salt/sugar/waste number - felt like a right kick in the gut though. Getting up for a walk despite really not wanting to, I suppose I won’t regret it when it’s done

No exercise today - well no formal exercise. I’ve done soemthing for the last 5 days and need a rest!!!

Running tomorrow morning before work though.

Lots of water today and just being more mindful about eating.

I've just done Pilates. I click so badly in my hips and shoulders. If I could afford it I would get some one to one sessions just to be sure I'm doing everything right.

Wreck my lady says clean crisp cracks are ok. For legs turn the leg slightly out or slightly in. One will stop the crack one will make it worse

Just over 11,000 steps done in 90 mins. Rest if you can em, important for the body & the mind. Cooking & cleaning next on the cards here. Still need around 8,500 to hit my weekly target but I think that’s a tad ambitious

I haven't done any exercise since Wednesday, but did sort out loads of stuff yesterday and will do the same again today.
Will be throwing out lots of exes shit and moving some furniture and cleaning, that counts as exercise, right?

Absolutely counts as activity which is all we need to get from exercise, and I’m sure it’s good for the brain too.
Got another 2,500 done, only 6,000 to go☹️

Nice restful day. Brunch with friends then a nap for everyone. I walked to the shop and back. Will go for a pre bedtime walk/balance bike ride with kiddos later.

That's good coz I'm knackered!

But have managed to do quite a bit. Gave ex some stuff. Big bag and a box for the charity shop, sorted out bits for holiday and have got a list ready for tomorrow.

Also did a food audit and have enough food to do dinners for a week, maybe 9 days, so cancelled my ocado order.
Will just need fresh fruit and veg, milk (for dcs) and bread.

Just had white buttery toast and a load of chocolate instead of ordering a chinese. I’m not sure which was the better option! It’s done now and I feel distinctly nauseous so that might stop me feeding my face for the rest of the night. 5,500 left, ain’t happening
