The mask in shops puts me off too lane and I have no additional needs. Just hate them.

Everything about covid & restrictions puts me off. I socialised on sat night like I would've done prior to covid in a friends house & I feel so anxious at thoughts that it would've been possible to get infected.
We were in the open air, didn't share glasses but I'm still nervous enough. But I can contact everyone who was there if something was to come of it.

I'm waaayyy off plan today but felt so sick at lunchtime with a Dodge tum I just ate to calm that. Only 6400 steps. So be it. Feeling better now but craving sugar

I've got 10calories left. I want chocolate and biscuits and those foam shrimps. Due on any day now so that must be why. Good job we haven't got anything in the house.

Hello! Been MIA - work.

Wreck those tortillas look good, I’m avoiding flour. Is almond flour the same thing as ground almonds?

Defo weigh in the morning, in the buff!

I forgot to log my weigh-in on Saturday. Another 3.5 down, so 13.5 down in 4 weeks. So nearly a stone! Am still sticking to it pretty well though I just follow the Michael Mosely recipes, I do sometimes eat more than the tiny allowed portion. I figure I’d rather eat more of the right stuff than snack. No one ever got fat from eating more squash and broccoli, after all Wink.

I need to do more exercise though, even steps. Mine are so low now I’m at home. I keep vaguely wondering about C25K but I am basically very lazy and hate running.... good for you guys that are sticking to it!

Sea yes it is sort of. Almond flour is finer but is so hard to get here (Costco is the best place but I don't have a card) I just use ground almonds. You've had a great loss over the last few weeks well done!

0.4lb down today finally going in the right direction....

My back and hip are a bit sore today not sure if I'll do anything.

Hit the mini goal I set a few months ago, 159 even. Very pleased, haven’t seen 159 in nearly 6 months. I’ll change my goal to 155 next, 4 pounds at a time seems about right. That’ll take me til New Years at my rate haha! I would be having company for dinner tonight, going see bestie tomorrow and away for 2 days next week coming up. Always challenges
That’s absolutely brilliant sea, 13.5 is huge chunk to lose. On 800 cals you mightn’t have a ton of energy or if you overdo it you could be ravenous, don’t worry too much about the exercise, bit of extra walking be enough. Do a life, pop on the tunes & get your groove on😉

Not a lot of energy today, it’s going to be a struggle to get the 15,000, have 5,000 so far - will get 4,000 or so if I walk to the shops. I’ll just have to aim to get 1,000 an hour throughout the day.

No Pilates today and I ate my whole calorie allowance in shortbread Blush managed to resist the dominos pizza everyone else had though which I'm quite proud of Grin

Well that’s my saved calories from the last 3 days gone in on chocolate. Better spend on chocolate rather than wine!
Just over 14,300 steps - won’t get the last 700 at this stage

Ah wolf. Your head is clearly not in the space. Work sounds hellish as DS is challenging too. No wonder weight is all over the place.

1/2 down this week though is a miracle as 3 days off plan and no weight class. Poorly tum
