Wreck those tortillas look good, I’m avoiding flour. Is almond flour the same thing as ground almonds?

I forgot to log my weigh-in on Saturday. Another 3.5 down, so 13.5 down in 4 weeks. So nearly a stone! Am still sticking to it pretty well though I just follow the Michael Mosely recipes, I do sometimes eat more than the tiny allowed portion. I figure I’d rather eat more of the right stuff than snack. No one ever got fat from eating more squash and broccoli, after all

I need to do more exercise though, even steps. Mine are so low now I’m at home. I keep vaguely wondering about C25K but I am basically very lazy and hate running.... good for you guys that are sticking to it!
