If you’re hungry eat something decent, even if it takes you over the 150. If you don’t you’ll end up picking & doing twice the damage

I've tracked a full week with Unislim app.
I'll sts this week but I know I'm much less bloated & scales has dropped a bit. Drinking tomorrow night so whether I've enough bites saved up or not I'm going to enjoy it. 10 of us meeting at a friends Grin

Wow that's great life. I'm still up on what I was last Friday and I'm taking dd out for lunch tomorrow so... maybe I'm just meant to be this weight now? It seemed to come off so easily last year and I can't think what I did differently. Maybe I should go back through MFP.

29 calories left yesterday. This was a massive snack day through parenting guilt. Ds did baking with grandma. They made jam tarts, cheesey pastry biscuits, pavlova. So I had a bit of that. And then we went to the park and had ice creams.

Because my recorded weight is dropping mfp has dropped my calories. So at present I’m meant to be recording 2150 a day.

I looked back and I was a similar weight to now when I went proper low carb and that's when I dropped the last 7lb. I have to get back to it on Monday

That’s excellent life, you’re giving me great hope that keeping to the 1600’ish will pay off in the next few weeks. Still 160.2 today so happy with that.
I bought 2 pairs of jeans last week, vanity 10 but I thought they wouldn’t fit. Tried them on this morning and they fit lovely! Don’t get me wrong, I know they’re more like a 12 but I had bought these exact jeans before and had to return them, I looked like a burst couch. I bought them again as the shop is closing down and I love their jeans.
I felt like you did wreck, thought it was my body just battling to stay this weight. In my honest case I wasn’t maintaining a deficit consistently enough to lose and also paying too much heed to flux rather than slow downward trend. While I don’t necessarily think there’s magic with low carb for me with no actual blood sugar issues, focussing on the protein & fibre has helped me not be as hungry so sticking to 1668 is ok. I could do 1200-1400 if I didn’t allow myself a daily evening treat. I think I need that though so I don’t start feeling deprived.
Saying all that above, had a cream cake for breakfast as brought big child shopping in the city. I think that’s my fat allowance hit😉 To be fair I’m only starting to feel hungry now so maybe it wasn’t the worst? Nigh on 8,000 steps done walking around.

You're right I'm not being consistent enough. When I was low carb I wasn't eating the odd doughnut or chocolate, unless I made a low carb version.

Dd and I made a cake so that's my day ruined. I have no self control. But I want to be less wobbly... such a predicament.

I feel much better since I’ve accepted I need to knuckle down. Before that I was the diet equivalent of someone with a flat tire going around slashing the other 3! Like a child throwing a hissy and breaking my own stuff

There is hope not. I nearly lost it this week but pushed on through. Feel much better. Today will be a bit off as will tomorrow due to events. That's ok. I'm in the zone

That’s so good life that you didn’t crack. Once your mind is in the game, it’s much much easier. I wish I knew what caused the swinging into negativity, I’d love to be able to recognise what kicks it off. Maybe this is why loads of the weight loss podcasts etc recommend journaling? Another thing for me ponder😂 Love a good ponder me

Only 11k steps today. Would have been more but DS decided he would come and did my box in the whole way. And wanted to go home early. Calories and protein hit though

Saw a flicker of a 159.4 this morning but it went back to 160.2, so that’s 3 days sts. Very pleased with that, my calories are ok, must mean I’m not eating too much salt or excessive carbs to cause bloating. Off for lunch today so that could change! I think I’ll drive so that stops me the drinking. If I don’t drink at lunch, I’ll unlikely bother when I get home. And that’ll be the wine done until next weekend.

What sort of buffet life?

Dessert buffet? Chinese ayce buffet? Bbq buffet? Or one like dms where there is so so much food you could solve a world hunger crisis with the leftovers?
