That’s excellent life, you’re giving me great hope that keeping to the 1600’ish will pay off in the next few weeks. Still 160.2 today so happy with that.
I bought 2 pairs of jeans last week, vanity 10 but I thought they wouldn’t fit. Tried them on this morning and they fit lovely! Don’t get me wrong, I know they’re more like a 12 but I had bought these exact jeans before and had to return them, I looked like a burst couch. I bought them again as the shop is closing down and I love their jeans.
I felt like you did wreck, thought it was my body just battling to stay this weight. In my honest case I wasn’t maintaining a deficit consistently enough to lose and also paying too much heed to flux rather than slow downward trend. While I don’t necessarily think there’s magic with low carb for me with no actual blood sugar issues, focussing on the protein & fibre has helped me not be as hungry so sticking to 1668 is ok. I could do 1200-1400 if I didn’t allow myself a daily evening treat. I think I need that though so I don’t start feeling deprived.
Saying all that above, had a cream cake for breakfast as brought big child shopping in the city. I think that’s my fat allowance hit😉 To be fair I’m only starting to feel hungry now so maybe it wasn’t the worst? Nigh on 8,000 steps done walking around.
