I'm still trying to get my pis onto pc so I can upload them... I don't really 'do' computers!

well, so far today i have been very good, i've had fruit and fibre, mushroom soup and am now having an apple. We've got spag bol for diner which i'll put loads of veg into. Feel less bloated today already. Must remember to keep drinking water.

Think i've got the sugar come down head beginning though and feel REALLY tired today but think that's just things catching up.

Forgot to weigh myself this morning but will do it tomorrow to see where i'm starting from. Although i know how you feel is more important it's nice to be able to track how well/bad you're doing.

Well, I can't say I'm doing that great... I just can't seem to get my head around it again. I will start again on monday I think and I'll weigh myself to see where I'm starting from. Having said that I've just done my shopping on line and have ordered loads of fruit so maybe I'll be ok when it comes tomorrow??!!
Oh and by the way, I've figured out the whole up loading pictures thing... Check out my 2 monsters!!

aw, they look so tiny in the birth photos, bless. ANd they look very cheeky in the cheeky photos! How old are they now? I'm on the April 2007 pn thread and 2 of our mums had twins(both had one of each) you've probably met them on the multiples threads? oooggs and kneehighinnappies? Don't know how they cope as they both have an older toddler too. Have much respect for twin mums.

oh and forgot to say that I very nearly caved and had a biscuit(or whole packet of biscuits) but EAH happened to ring me and said no so i didn't I had a cuppa and that seems to have dulled the urged to eat crap!

I think that's my trouble, I get in the mindset of i want xxx (insert anything bad to eat) and there's nobody around to say no you don't need it, you're just being a greedy arse! I might train dd to do it sure she would as she's a mouthy little 3yo. But I can just imagine her telling EVERYONE off plus don't want her developing phobias of eating 'bad' things IYSWIM. Would rather she didn't know mummy was dieting. anyway I'm back to work on 29th so won't have any excuse as there'll be no boredom. no time for that

The online shop should help you. I should do one soon. Actually might do it tonight whilst dh is playing footie I must meal plan or things just don't work.

I feel i'm constantly thinking about food. Not anything too bad but just there's always someone to think about feeding. It's like my whole day. Getting a bit better now ds is 7 months so eating more solids(still being sick like a trooper though)

Am going to start my walking tomorrow let's pray for rain Will not be doing it in the rain.

They're 14 months now... 'cheeky' ones were taken this morning!
I have tried to get in on the multiple thread but the conversation moves so quickly I just can't keep up!! They all seem very friendly and did welcome me but tbh I find myself a little lost over there

TBH it looks pretty crap out there atm. Blowing a gale and think it's raining now too. DH is not gonna be happy as he bikes 4 miles, up hill, home from work. As i type it's now absolutely pissing down. Shit. Might give dh a call and see if he wants collecting.
