What do you class as a binge life? To me it just sounds like you had a few biscuits, you’re probably tired & stressed, sugar would give you a life so perfectly understandable that you’d reach for them. You’re very hard on yourself

Binges are a massive amount of calories like a couple of thousand, I doubt you had that life, not speaks words of wisdom.

Happierwithouthim · 06/02/2020 19:50

71cals over au pair bought me a Lidl cookie, haven't had one probably since the summer over on protein, 4g under on fibre

Making progress with house packing - kitchen done except for stuff we'll be using until the move.

Finally sale agreed on house to purchase so possibly two moves by May GrinShock

Not2bObvious · 06/02/2020 19:54

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 06/02/2020 22:12

Weight today sts.
not well done for getting into the 159's!

lifelongfrugaleer · 07/02/2020 05:24

Sts this morning but hungry.
Not goi g to be able to fully track today as sandwich lunch provided by the event

Not2bObvious · 07/02/2020 05:46

Sts - exactly 159 for 3 days now, seen the scales dither between 158.8-159 for 2 days, ooh so close. Trying to get more firmly into the 150’s. As usual the weekend looms, waiting for me to fall on my face, or more correctly face first into all the food. Going to prefill mfp as a starting point. I see a Fry’s chocolate cream in my future 😋

Sts this morning too delighted to have maintained the lower weight, I did have a can of monster yesterday to help me resist extra eating but I was so busy sorting stuff for move I hadn't time to think about it anyhow. I was ecstatic too so food wasn't predominant thought either.

Just make the best choices you can life

Not* that's excellent

Not2bObvious · 07/02/2020 06:27

That’s great happier, nice start to the weekend. I’m drinking a lot more fluids to combat hunger pangs, doing a large bottle of weak squash & having it chilled in the fridge has really helped me. Probably getting an extra litre of fluids which I hadn’t before. Of course I’m in the zone now, long may it last!
We are early birds today eh?

I was stuck to bed all week - a couple of mins late for work every day, I'm on clock card so no penalty or wagging fingers but still & this morning I start later & it doesn't matter today what time I'm in & I'm out walking dog before dc get up!

House news & scales news have me smiling

lifelongfrugaleer · 07/02/2020 08:29

I'm already half way to London. Bacon roll scoffed.

Great scale results going on

Happierwithouthim · 07/02/2020 08:57

Yum life how far is that?
Is that a bap with thin streaky bacon inside? We used to serve them in deli I worked in Edinburgh le yum

lifelongfrugaleer · 07/02/2020 09:42

Yes it is. Well done too.

It's the 732 which gets me there for 1003

Not2bObvious · 07/02/2020 10:00

I want a bacon roll! Just had all bran & banana, not quite the same ☹️

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 07/02/2020 10:59

I had meatless company sausages on irwins brown bread while dc had pancakes. Au pair doesn't like the sausages at all, I guess they're too meat like for her.

lifelongfrugaleer · 07/02/2020 14:42

337 calories from greggs.

Lovely lunch which included a prep flaffel salad, avocado and sandwich. Also salt and vinegar crisps and matlteasers.

On chocca train back

Not2bObvious · 07/02/2020 14:48

I thought you were saying your falafel salad was from Greggs! Not that I’d know much about Greggs since we don’t have it in ROI, and I’ve only ever walked by when in the UK or NI. Had a lovely chicken salad for my lunch, having salad 2-3 times a week the last 2 weeks, tasty & the length of time it takes to eat sometimes fools me into thinking I got more. Got results from my scan, slipped disc but not severe. No action plan as such, or that a gp can suggest apart from strengthening legs & core. Looked it up and being overweight doesn’t help so 14 pounds to go before I’m “normal”

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 07/02/2020 15:26

Ok not a great but not horrific diagnosis either, can you continue with your current levels of activity?

I'm hungry 600 cals left for day but no food with me at work so will have to suffer it for next two hours

Not2bObvious · 07/02/2020 15:36

I’m kind of glad they found something in a way, now I know why at least. Yes no problem with my never ending walks but I don’t know about much else, I need to do some research into finding someone who knows how to deal with something like this - physio or possibly my osteopath, I’ll know more when I collect the report. I don’t know if its psychosomatic but I’m sore this afternoon!
