Not, I think it's so important to keep having those conversations. Is your dd old enough to understand your endometriosis and all the years you were in pain? Not to scare her, obviously, but for her to know what is normal?

Steps 22906, busy day at work and then ds2 parents evening so lots of walking around the school. He is doing really well, just a few tweaks to make sure he really does reach his full potential.
Food
B- raisin and cinnamon bagel with peanut butter and a banana. Coffee
L- the same salad as last night, (I enjoyed it so much I made more), crackers, plain yogurt with frozen mixed berries and chia seeds, water and coffee
S- satsuma and coffee.
D- I got the DCs take out because of parents evening, but not for me. Instead I had two toast with some chocolate spread and a coffee. Then a bit of honeydew melon and some grapes. I just didn't feel that hungry.
Yes not, they really do deserve to be sponsored by slimming world. @ChristmasSeacow, you should give them a listen, they are lovely.
I just find their chat really easy to listen to and I'm finding I'm identifying with a lot of what they're saying and how weight makes you feel, the good and bad stuff.
