Not, I think it's so important to keep having those conversations. Is your dd old enough to understand your endometriosis and all the years you were in pain? Not to scare her, obviously, but for her to know what is normal?
Also well done on your loss, keep going and you will see that new weight bracket soon!

Steps 22906, busy day at work and then ds2 parents evening so lots of walking around the school. He is doing really well, just a few tweaks to make sure he really does reach his full potential.

Food
B- raisin and cinnamon bagel with peanut butter and a banana. Coffee
L- the same salad as last night, (I enjoyed it so much I made more), crackers, plain yogurt with frozen mixed berries and chia seeds, water and coffee
S- satsuma and coffee.
D- I got the DCs take out because of parents evening, but not for me. Instead I had two toast with some chocolate spread and a coffee. Then a bit of honeydew melon and some grapes. I just didn't feel that hungry.

Yes not, they really do deserve to be sponsored by slimming world. @ChristmasSeacow, you should give them a listen, they are lovely.
I just find their chat really easy to listen to and I'm finding I'm identifying with a lot of what they're saying and how weight makes you feel, the good and bad stuff.
I'm listening to as many as I can in a day to catch up!

Stayed the same. Bit disappointed by that but it might come good next week. Or at least... it might have done but it’s my birthday next week and we haven’t got a babysitter So not going out. Instead I shall have my annuaI date with Colin the caterpillar gimme the tail end

No shame in a maintain (from Secret World of Diet clubs podcast) - might give you an extra push for the week ahead and you have lost a good amount in the last few weeks. You’re doing great!
Down .6, 2 days in the 150’s - expecting an inevitable foray back into the 160’s at some point
I think my dd would be traumatised if I went into my history curvy, I watch her though and she never seems to suffer much if any pain. Only thing I need to do is start taking note of when she gets them as I think she might be getting them on a shorter cycle which might affect her iron levels. Jeez us women have the life eh😂

Ouch! Poor kid, that sounds painful. No wonder you’re getting a bit of food comfort.
Waiting for my scan for my back, speaking of food I’m starving but I didn’t want to eat before just in case. So I’ve had a small handful of peanuts since lunchtime. Won’t eat til after 8pm now.

Food
B- coffee, breakfast biscuits and then a sugar free digestive. My colleague and I led a nutrition workshop today and I thought I'd try one, it was ok.
L- 2 warburtons bistro thins, tomatoes, cucumber and hummus, a mixed fruit salad with melon, strawberries, blueberries and grapes. Water and coffee
D- veggie wraps with salad and vimto.

I did a bodyweight circuit class last night. Nothing today as work is exhausting at the moment and I felt I needed a day off it. I've eaten well so far this week. 10 days to holiday....eek!

Another 1.1lbs drop to 160.9, I doubt it'll stay but it's made me most determined to not let Thurs ruin me as usual!! I tracked today last night also so hoping that'll help.

North where's the holiday to?

The hunger gone off me by the time I got home happier, had a light enough dinner & treated myself to a small glass of white but didn’t go mad. Just under cals. Good job on the weigh in, sts here so day 3 of the 159’s!!!

Sigh. So after another day trying to balance everything I had a binge. Home made shortbread and Aldi chunky biscuits.
How do I break this cycle? I really don't know anymore
