I've carried on with home workouts, some live streamed by the gym & others that they've recorded. This week weighing daily has been great. I'm down 4 pounds, woohoo!
Baked banana loaf and a fruity tea bread last night & am exercising self control at the moment.
Not I've been better at not eating between meals too. I'm trying to be very conscious about our shopping and making groceries last so I think that's helping, and that we can't just go out and stock up on snacks. I reckon by the time our isolation ends on Thursday, there will be more stringent controls in place anyway, at least we'll know how to manage it!

Not2bObvious · 28/03/2020 17:40

That’s excellent north, yes totally agree on trying to make things last.
I’ve had to make a fakeaway, last chinese near me is doing deliveries only and I’m not risking it, so despite my best efforts I might be within calories. Nearly 17,000 steps between walkie talkie at 6am, then jogging during the ad breaks while watching my recorded TV and finally a 35 minute jog while listening to a podcast. Not that surprising that I was hankering for food. Lack of decent sleep catching up with me, destroyed

Good effort Not
Wolf I'm going to be having the second half of the bottle of red I started last night & maybe a G&T so no further loss expected tomorrow!
HIIT session done this morning & 20 mins jog/walk just done now

Happierwithouthim · 28/03/2020 21:12

Just a quick check in to say I'm at home from work for foreseeable, well two weeks but will probably be extended

lifelongfrugaleer · 29/03/2020 07:08

Hey happier see you when you get internet again

lifelongfrugaleer · 29/03/2020 08:22

Up again. Time to turn this shit around

Not2bObvious · 29/03/2020 08:38

I don’t know whether to brave the scales after salty dinner, starting a fb challenge tomorrow for a few weeks & I’ll need a start weight for that too.
I think after following the RH plan for so long, I’m incapable of knuckling down & cutting calories enough to lose. I kinda think I need deprivation to lose otherwise I slip into overeating constantly. Doesn’t take much to negate the hard work and as food cals/weight are allowed to be out by a certain percentage & a natural propensity to underestimate, its an uphill battle. Why can’t I eat only when hungry!!!!

Sorry for the negativity

I'm the same not. I think after trying to do it so long it's not working as I can't get into the zone again.
In a foul mood today. Tried to do weights and the WiFi not working. Did a class and the DC mither me constantly.
That's after dh switched the WiFi off on me yesterday

Not2bObvious · 29/03/2020 13:19

You’d take your life in your hands turning the WiFi off in this house. Himself just told me he’s lost his Christmas weight by sitting on his butt for the best part of 2 weeks while I’d the legs walked/ran off me. That’s useful Hmm

It's so hard to change well established habits isn't it? And in this really stange and unsettling time, it's hard if food is what you turn to for comfort (that's me all my life!). I'm still feeling quite positive today and went outdoors this morning while the sun was still shining. Did a 30 minute made up work out. I figure I'll do made up outdoor ones while the weather allows and then use video ones when it rains again, as it surely will soon.
STS on scales today which is a win considering the wine over the weekend!

lifelongfrugaleer · 29/03/2020 15:01

Apparently the WiFi wasn't working. Tbf it has been dropping out.
It was working for me doing a work out ffs!
Anyhow. Washed walls today to paint but the paint has gone off. Doesn't track as in right handed and Garmin on left. I know I did it though

Not2bObvious · 29/03/2020 17:10

I’ve switched my Fitbit to dominate hand when ironing & cleaning carpets. At the end of the day, your body knows. Nearly if a tree falls in the wood territory...
Got a walk so nearly 9,000 steps, over 101,000 steps this week so that’s good. Wolfed my dinner, now into the 🍷

lifelongfrugaleer · 29/03/2020 17:33

I should have done that but was halfway through by the time I thought on. . In on 11500 tracked step so that's ok.

Not2bObvious · 29/03/2020 18:06

It counts nonetheless. Watching a movie with the kids, need to get a few sneaky steps in to hit my min 10,000

lifelongfrugaleer · 29/03/2020 18:38

221 over due to Apple crumble and custard

northender · 29/03/2020 18:44

Over 10k steps today, boring and repetitive but done!

Not2bObvious · 30/03/2020 08:43

May as well draw a line in the sand and start again. Start weight of 164.8
Feeling positive and raring to go. Time for a protein and fibre rich brekkie

Happierwithouthim · 30/03/2020 17:49

Going to hit 10k no bother during lock down

northender · 30/03/2020 18:20

Lovely view happier
I was up 0.8 today but thats fine after the weekend. 2 HIIT sessions today & I walked a few circuits of the garden every hour.

Not2bObvious · 30/03/2020 18:40

What a view happier, very limited views here with the 2km walking limit, although I can make to a park by a river so that’s something. And I can see the mountains in the distance. Only 600 steps left to get my 15,000. 350 calories left as well.

Happierwithouthim · 30/03/2020 18:59

Not feels like we're on holiday every day living in this rental Grin

I'm not tracking as I've only limited time each day with phone reception

Today I'd a Denny's meat free sausages in Fitzgerald's slim bagel

Carbonara using Dunnes stir in

One scone homemade & small so far

Dinner will be madras chicken curry with rice

lifelongfrugaleer · 30/03/2020 20:33

Gorgeous view.

Wolfcub · 31/03/2020 07:25
