Some one send me the link. I'm clearly having a moment as can't find it.

Not2bObvious · 18/03/2020 19:11

Was hoping I’d drag my eating back to normal amounts now our long weekend (as such in Ireland despite working Monday) was over but couldn’t stop after dinner. Well over cals again, hoping I’m at least keeping at maintenance levels.

I've gone about 300 over but feel a bit meh
I'm not unwell just a bit off balance.
12k steps though

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/03/2020 06:37

Feel better after some sleep. Down today back to 126. Probably as not doing weights

Happierwithouthim · 19/03/2020 11:11

Went over cals yesterday by a small glass of cabernet sauvingnon and pack of pom bears Grin
160.5 this morning, it did waver on 162.2 for a while though.

Back walking and feeling the better of it, and dog is delighted to be back on the road too

Glad you're feeling better life

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/03/2020 11:39

Pom bears. How very MN of you..... Im walking neighbours dog later as they are both NHS workers

Happierwithouthim · 19/03/2020 12:08

They're very low cal GrinGrin

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/03/2020 13:41
Grin
Not2bObvious · 19/03/2020 19:15

Love a Pom bear, feels like you get a decent amount for flip all calories. Not far off 16,000 steps, busy today. Figured out my guzzling, possibly not all greed but a touch of premenstrual madness. Better today, so far at least!

11300 steps. Bit over on calories but I am being a bit lax.

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 19/03/2020 20:37

My eating has gone to pot!

Steps today 13027
I've eaten all the food today!

lifelongfrugaleer · 20/03/2020 06:27

Sts today

Wolfcub · 20/03/2020 07:29

Sts

Giving up on lent - can’t stand the uncertainty and need the accountability of the scales. Mightn’t return to daily weigh ins though, we’ll see
Tuesday I was 164, today I’m 162.2

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 20/03/2020 11:41

not you gotta do what's best for you

I was 161.8 this morning

Not2bObvious · 20/03/2020 16:26

Ah yeah, in the grand scheme why not?
Busy day, haven’t eaten much but planning on pizza & garlic bread for dinner

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 20/03/2020 18:15

You did really well not. .
I've pretty much fallen off the wagon here. It's going to be a lllooong 16 weeks

Not2bObvious · 20/03/2020 18:27

As long as you don’t fall off the wagon and then set it alight! You’ll get back on track, we’re a few days ahead of you guys and you do start to pull back naturally. That’s been my experience. Seriously though people here have never seen so much fresh air, you’re nearly trampled by new joggers every time you go out.

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 20/03/2020 18:53

I've eaten quite well intuitively. Ignore the chocolate in most likely there abouts.
Getting 10k plus steps. It's the weights in missing but my gym have put some classes on line now. I can always you tube body pump

Not2bObvious · 20/03/2020 18:56

I’m battling the hormone hunger now, over 15,000 steps so that’ll help at least

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 20/03/2020 22:46

240 over, I’ll take that on a Friday

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 21/03/2020 06:40

Marginally up today but lots of salt yesterday.

I'm really missing the gym. Going to try some on line classes instead

Wolfcub · 21/03/2020 08:00

1/2 lb off but that won't last the weekend as I'm drinking wine (not right this second I hasten to add)

Not2bObvious · 21/03/2020 08:22

Scales wavered between 161.8 and 162, 162 it is.
It’s wine time somewhere😉

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 21/03/2020 14:00

160.3 this morning

Pom bears definitely bang for your calories

Out walking now but very country here so haven't seen anyone, think about 10km

Also have wine in the fridge plus drank half a glass of red one night too

Had another run in with ex on thurs eve, he rang me at work, finished off conversation saying he wasn't signing separation agreement unless I paid for it, contacted his solicitor yesterday regarding sale of house, turns out he had signed it on thurs eve WTAF AngryAngry
