lifelongfrugaleer · 17/03/2020 06:34

16500 steps yesterday.
Leisure centre is closed so I think in going to down load Les mills on line free trial for 14 day's

Not2bObvious · 17/03/2020 08:21

Taking advantage of Patrick’s Day break in lent and had a go of my scales. So I’m pretty much the same as I was before going away, last time I weighed I was 163.6, today I’m 164. So maintaining. Might be the best I can expect at the moment.
Les Mills won’t play on my TV so I cancelled it, pity, it looked great. Can’t do weights at the moment anyway with my back issues so even if it worked I wouldn’t had got any use. Hope you enjoy it. Taking it quietly today, no shops, might just do home stepping as too many people potentially out & about.

Was feeling a bit meh this morning & did a little thinking, I didn't walk for past week Shock so heading out for a cliff walk & it's almost a week since dogs op so I'm going to take her out for a little bit too.

I've mopped & disinfected all of downstairs this morning & opened all windows when I go home & have my lunch I'm going to do upstairs. I haven't really cleaned other than laundry & daily wash up and surfaces since moving in so it was due anyhow.

Have TOOM printouts too & going to get into the motion of them now too.

Social distancing is more difficult without internet & phone reception I think Grin

Scales was down 1lb of pizza bloat too, must track yesterday's dinner but I think under cals.
One week of symprove taken.

Life maintenance is a difficult balance
Not great news on scales
I broke lent when away sat night & had chips with my dinner

Not2bObvious · 17/03/2020 12:28

What’s TOOM happier, just back from a walk myself - had to get out for a bit. Was listening to a health type podcast as usual and pondering my maintenance, how to actually progress or if I even can right now. Staying the same while being stuck at home might be progress! Although I am due in customer office tomorrow and will go to my own on Thursday. That’s the plan at the moment, but who knows

The organised mum method TOMM sorry! It just plans out what room you tackle each day to stay on top of housework

link to website

It feels strange walking without dog, lots of people out walking though and getting fresh air Grin

Not2bObvious · 17/03/2020 13:27

Oh I wondered was it that or NOOM, yeah I know about it. Bit too much for me, lazy lump I am. Just had 2 x pieces of cake so the diets going wellHmm

Me too not but I want my new house to be a peaceful clean tidy place instead of an overhaul when it gets out of hand

Not2bObvious · 17/03/2020 13:35

I made the mistake of putting the cake recipe in mfp, I should add big child made it, 1700 cals in icing along. Nearly 300 cals a slice if I estimate 12 slices. Unreal, and I’ve had 2 bloody slices.
Such a surprise I can’t lose weight....

And rental doesn't have much stuff unpacked so I can practice here and get into the routine

Not2bObvious · 17/03/2020 13:36

I know what you mean, once you get into the swing of it I’d say it’s great

Listened to good glow podcast with Sabrina hill on my walk I love her!

Happierwithouthim · 17/03/2020 13:39

I'm not a natural clean & tidy person I don't pick up as I go along so I'm hoping it'll become habit.

I've slackened in my education of counting macros/weight loss etc lately

Today's first day of getting back to 10000 steps daily #onestepatatime Grin

Not2bObvious · 17/03/2020 13:44

Never heard of Good Glow or Sabrina, downloaded it to listen to it later

I've walked to loads of shops to look for mince. By the time I do the school run and walk to scouts to tell the parents we are closed will get my steps

Happierwithouthim · 17/03/2020 18:11

Sabrina is superstylesabby on Instagram
Did you get it life?

northender · 17/03/2020 18:22

Blimey it's busy on here too. Haven't read back fully, but life I've lost my way a bit over the past week. Last time I posted I felt I was doing well, not eating & drinking the best, but keeping to a good routine & exercising etc. Since then it has gone downhill somewhat & Boris' change of policy yesterday hasn't helped as I have asthma and bronchiectasis which means I fall into the self isolate for 12 weeks category (while the dc still go to school and college!). I know it's for the best and work are providing a crap laptop to use so I can work from home, but I am in mild self pity mode so am eating. Need to stop and sort myself out. The gym we go to is a very small business and are going to put video workouts on youtube and do some live workouts so I need to make sure I do that. I will also try to get out for a walk every day as it's fairly quiet and easy to avoid people.
Sorry for the moan, I will now read on and catch up properly!

Not2bObvious · 17/03/2020 18:28

Not a big user of Instagram, don’t get it tbh, too old probably, used to look a bit at Lisa’s Lust list but her stuff was sooooo pricey found it hard to relate too.
Sorry you have to self isolate north, I suppose it’s all one day at a time. We’re on Day...eh....5 of social distancing, days are running into each other

Not2bObvious · 17/03/2020 18:31

Oh she’s soo pretty happier, just looked her up. I’ll have a listen to that tomorrow

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/03/2020 19:09

I did get mince yes from the butcher. I rang first to make sure before I went. I'm on 14k steps which is unheard of for WFH. Bang on calories yesterday and today.

I will look her up

lifelongfrugaleer · 17/03/2020 19:12

Baby steps North. Focus on one thing at a time.

Happierwithouthim · 18/03/2020 06:49

Superstylesabby is a ray of positivity, champion hard worker and single parent also. She intends lobbying the government re penalties for those trolls online

North I can see that your government are trying to protect those who are vulnerable but still allowing people travel on the tube baffles me Hmm

Cocooning is what that's being called here and will come into place before long.

lifelongfrugaleer · 18/03/2020 09:16

Managed no snackcidents yesterday so came in on calories. Got almost 15k steps

Wolfcub · 18/03/2020 09:46

1lb off

Not2bObvious · 18/03/2020 10:31

Really enjoyed listening to that episode, thanks for mentioning it. Listening to another episode while I’m trying to work.
Nice drop wolf, good for you life
Got an hours walk in after I was told to go home, gorgeous park near there. So many people out walking before 9am. Very few cars on the road
