1lb off this week. About bloody time

northender · 29/02/2020 16:07

Well done wolf.
What are your targets life?
After the pizza blip on Thursday I did a Powerwave class on Friday morning & did well on the eating yesterday apart from cake that a colleague brought in to work.
Tabata class this morning. Eating well so far.
2 pounds up over the month which I'm fine with as we had the holiday and a few days either side when I wasn't fully focused. Overall loss this year of 12 pounds. Need to lose this month.

lifelongfrugaleer · 29/02/2020 17:51

Not sure. I think maintain now. I will ponder it next week.
Off track day today.

lifelongfrugaleer · 01/03/2020 07:09

Not going to record today masshoove spike.

northender · 01/03/2020 08:52

One small piece of cake & 2 glasses of wine were my blips yesterday. We had pizza for tea but HM so not too bad.
No gym today.
B: smoothie
L: slow roast spiced lamb with couscous
T: rice cakes & cottage cheese

Happierwithouthim · 01/03/2020 09:57

161.6 this morning bringing me to 162 average and 0.6lbs loss this week.

I've no reception in rented house and we'd a storm yesterday so I didn't go anywhere smothered with post adrenaline cold too so yesterday was spent dozing and snacking mainly

Life excellent results on callipers

Didn't track past two days back to it today

lifelongfrugaleer · 01/03/2020 20:07

I've eaten far too much today and more moved enough.
Next week will be a challenge as can track tomorrow but traveling Tuesday and Wednesday.
Think totm is imminent too

lifelongfrugaleer · 02/03/2020 06:50

Up up up. .
Bah.
Own fault and hormones.

Happierwithouthim · 02/03/2020 09:55

Up 0.2lbs, that's ok, starting new week on less than my average for last week, so just gotta keep it down there now!

Not2bObvious · 03/03/2020 06:45

Back from my few days away. Didn’t drink too much but had a diet break for sure. Walked the legs off myself so hoping it counteracted the weight gain but I won’t know as no scales for nearly 6 weeks. Must try on the jeans I wore on the way out & check my waist measurement, that’ll give me an idea. There’ll be bloat after flying so might wait a day or 2. Back to the grind today

lifelongfrugaleer · 03/03/2020 06:56

Won't be tracking today or tomorrow as at a conference where lunch is provided and hotel life in the morning

Happierwithouthim · 03/03/2020 07:03

Post waffle maker bloat 162.7!
I went to bed looking like I was six months gone

Not2bObvious · 03/03/2020 20:47

Just over 18,000 steps and just over 1300, think I’ve had enough. Even gave back some of my chocolate treat I’d been looking forward to. If every day were as easy as this, I’d be like a rake!
How’s everyone getting on? I guess we won’t be hearing too much from you happier with no signal, I could not cope. Although I should spend less time online.
When’s your next SW class curvy?

northender · 03/03/2020 23:31

Ive had a good couple of days, eaten well and done good work at the gym. Need to get back on a downward trend

lifelongfrugaleer · 04/03/2020 06:47

I ate loads of beige yesterday and well over calories, which I didn't track. Got about 14k steps though.

Hotel breakfast and travel food again today

Happierwithouthim · 04/03/2020 07:06

Dd opened our remaining tin of heroes, the quantity I ate is embarrassing Blush

Nevertheless scales dropped to 160.5 Grin

Still haven't located Fitbit charger

Not I'm also an online addict, doesn't help that work is busy so can't even use it there!!

Have my affidavit of means to fill out for divorce too so that's a bit more important too Grin

Not2bObvious · 04/03/2020 07:11

The lack of a Fitbit certainly isn’t hindering you happier, good for you - 150’s are a calling!
Back to my early start today, might only have another couple of days over the next week or two. Coinciding nicely with brighter mornings, I’ll be getting my steps done early

Happierwithouthim · 04/03/2020 08:18

While sorting my clothes I discovered I've a lot of jeans & tried on a pair of my smaller ones this morning & they fit Grin

Excellent about steps Grin
Must get back into getting out with dog if only to top of road & back

Not2bObvious · 04/03/2020 08:21

That’s class happier, well done skinny minny

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 04/03/2020 08:56

Great news happier.
Eaten my full day allowance on a hotel breakfast and in not a bit sorry

Not2bObvious · 04/03/2020 09:13

Don’t blame you life, I consumed some serious brekkie while away and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I didn’t track, first time in years so I have no idea at all what I took in. But my Fitbit was registering up 3500 cal burn so I’m not worried. Wearing jeans today & the circulation hasn’t been cut off😬

Happierwithouthim · 04/03/2020 09:33

Life definitely worth getting your money's/work's moneys worth from hotel breakfast! I'm all for that!

Girls from school going out for dinner & drinks Sat night, but home in a bus after, travelling for over an hour, plus it's seven extra hours in car for me too so I've bowed out of it.

The following weekend, I've night in a hotel with a friend that separated the same time as me, we'll do quick bite on our way to show on Sat night and then I'm going to enjoy the lie in and hotel breakfast the following day before making my way home.

Not I'm just glad I can use these older faded jeans than my new 'work' jeans, I've got going out jeans/seen in public jeans/work jeans Grin

Not2bObvious · 04/03/2020 10:05

Night away with your friend sounds great happier
I too have categories of jeans, anything with rips is too edgy for work but slim with a nice ankle boot & blouse and I’m good enough for work. Today though I’m sporting runners as forgot to bring my boots, hoping there’s nobody to interact with today, feel like a tinker.

Happierwithouthim · 04/03/2020 11:51

I work in a very unprofessional office environment, my work jeans are similar to farming attire Grin and I'm wearing stacey solomon boots which are definitely for comfort rather than style Smile GrinSmile

lifelongfrugaleer · 04/03/2020 12:35

Me too happier. Hence I get away with going in my gym kit to the office.
All the eating today and I don't care. Lovely sandwich for lunch.
