Haha, I still feel 18 in my head!

lifelongfrugaleer · 20/02/2020 06:56

In sure im only 25. And will always be so.

Sts today.

Not2bObvious · 20/02/2020 08:23

Morning y’all. After numerous back and forth with the scales, we’ve settled on 160.6. Whether that’s correct, we’ll see!
Managed a just about on track day yesterday but typically I’ve bumps coming. Company tonight and then doing a lunch for family. Cooked a slow cooker thing that saves me from resorting to pizza so that’s easier to track. Saying that there was a fair bit of oil when browning the beef. Key thing is to drink more water, less wine. Only a week til I go away

Pebbles Grin

back down to 162.5lbs today, hit my fibre yesterday which was effective Wink
Bacon Sandwich for dinner last night and a graze box I found when clearing out baking press. 2 pints of water while packing boxes. All helpful.

Not2bObvious · 20/02/2020 09:55

I think the extra fibre makes me worse or I haven’t hit on the right mix - certainly fuelling the wind issueBlush. Must keep the water levels up, terrible foot cramps at night which I think is dehydration.
When are you moving out happier? I think I’d need to win the lotto to move, just purely because I’d be too lazy to pack! Jeez I’d be in trouble trying to de clutter this dump

Hi!
I did the beginner cardio last night and it was ok, but I desperately need to work on my form and keeping my core locked, it's all so difficult and my coordination is dire!
Did get my steps to just over 7,000 though.

Weight sts.

Happierwithouthim · 20/02/2020 11:48

Taking keys of rented place on Sat, moving stuff from then on and staying there from next Wed night then.

If i could've afforded it I would, when I hear of a team of locusts coming in to pack I'm jealous because I'm packing away and feels like I'm not making much progress at all!

Crawl spaces are completely finished
Kitchen is done except for what we're using currently
Dining room is almost done
Sitting room needs a few more hours work
Attic needs another hours work
Office needs probably 2 hours more work
Dd's clothes are done
Ds's aren't done
Mine are only part done.

It will come down to just literally putting stuff in boxes willy nilly by Tuesday I'd imagine.

Today going to clear out dresser in dining room and sitting room unit.

Au pair and dc meant to be doing the playroom.

It depends on where I get my fibre from not
Yesterday was from mainly irwins bread, an orange and some all bran fruity crunch cereal.

Not2bObvious · 20/02/2020 13:47

Oh that’s good to have access to the rented place and few days to move stuff across. My moves had to be within the day iykwim. It’s amazing how much stuff is accumulated down through the years. Or in my case rubbish.
I have been baking, and you have to test when you bake right? 🐷

OP posts:
CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 20/02/2020 14:00

Ohh not what have you been baking?
I want to bake some cookies today, dd2 does too, but I need to go out, just waiting for the rain to slow down.
Did do another walk workout though.

Happierwithouthim · 20/02/2020 14:19

Oh wow, I don't know how you did that. I've got use of a colleagues van for the weekend so going to do bulky stuff and bulk of stuff with that hopefully.

What did you bake?

I've been meaning to attempt Roz Purcell's protein cookie, but I've protein powder packed away now so that won't be happening Smile

lifelongfrugaleer · 20/02/2020 14:31

Absolutely need to try what you bake. Winter sun here but we we are having a dvd junk food day here with DS. DD at stables.
Too many carbs and sugar.

I'm saving for Packers and already decluttering for next year

Not2bObvious · 20/02/2020 16:23

Chocolate cupcakes with chocolate buttercream frosting....slobber. Best icing ever but 40 billion million cals for sure. The chocolate cake bit is like a fudgey consistency, made with oil not butter and incredibly yummy. Had a cupcake, some trimmings off overflowing cupcakes and rather too many tastes of icing. And of course the cupcake had a healthy dollop on it. I made a loaf tin cake with the other half of the mix and frozen around half of that being my future friend. Then the remaining half I put the icing in the middle & on the top for dessert tonight. But that I won’t have. I can resist (haha about bloody time!)
Got just over 12,000 steps done. Had a salad for lunch, that’s got to help😉

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 20/02/2020 16:26

And I’ve just realised I used twice the chocolate I was meant to in the icing, of for flips sake! No wonder it’s so nice

Excellent work there not. I like your style.
Loads of junk today. Going to begin again tomorrow, holiday over

Happierwithouthim · 20/02/2020 19:27

Way up here but due to yesterday's binge day.
Going to they gym today X2 steps and weight. Will track food and lots of water to flush bloat

Not2bObvious · 21/02/2020 09:33

I’ll join you on the water drinking life, need to keep things moving in the right direction. Busy day ahead, getting my hair dyed as we speak, so that keeps me food free for a couple of hours

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 21/02/2020 10:37

It's from the Daly dish on Instagram, I had Pepsi Max not Coke it worked fine & subbed a few other ingredients too.

Over by 330cals annoyingly I picked while dc were eating with their play dates instead of timing my food with theirs

Sts this morning, average is up by 1.5lbs Angry

Not my hairdresser is also my friend who times my appointments to her mealtimes so we can have a chat so sometimes I get fed too, last time was a berry based smoothie, she's a vegan who struggles with her weight too so it's never bad food Grin

Happierwithouthim · 21/02/2020 10:37

I'm just after lunch break - had a kids wrap made as a pizza with spinach, chorizo and high protein cheese plus a pear & nectarine 454 cals and nice blend of naughty and nice, used an entire cooking chorizo sausage so it felt more indulgent than it was.
