Thanks again guys. It’ll be grand, just a bit of a shock today, it could be so much worse, at least I still have a job albeit a crap one. Been for a walk and a family visit, going to have a couple of squares of choc with a cuppa & then off to bed. Up early tomorrow. Nearly 12,500 steps

lifelongfrugaleer · 18/02/2020 21:30

Sounds like a joy to work with not. I'm failing to see the issue..Hmm..

Got my ass to the gym. Fbw and 13000 steps today. Lots of sugar shite though. No tracking this week.

Not2bObvious · 18/02/2020 21:41

My tracking is rubbish today too, I’m not avoiding it I just can’t care that much. I’ve definitely gone over but not a mad amount. I’m feeling v rebellious, haven’t made any food or laid out my clothes for tomorrow. I might live to regret that in the morning! Meh

Weight back to an acceptable recordable number of 161.2 - I was v close to having an f’it day but that really spurred me on to get my lunch prepped before I left. I am wrecked this morning, bad sleep, I see a lot of coffee in my future! Going away next week for a few days so need to keep my eyes on the prize and get back into the 150’s, hope this mornings weight wasn’t a flash in the pan - last 3 weigh ins have been baddddd
How’s everyone else feeling for hump day?

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/02/2020 07:30

Sts today.
Well done on pulling it round not.

Happierwithouthim · 19/02/2020 09:32

not I fluxed up to 163.3, I know I need a trip to loo.

Broken sleep again last night and that doesn't help either.

try keep the f'it days until you're on holiday

I stayed in bed too long this morning, so grabbed another portion of last nights dinner for today's lunch, 2 eggs and 2 slices irwins bread for breakfast and I keep yogurts for 10am in work fridge to save myself a job every day.

Not2bObvious · 19/02/2020 10:44

Total bloat there happier, your brekkie sounds yum. I’ve had v little success in the bathroom or sleep department for about 3 days, I was truly surprised to see a 161’ish this morning. It’s ironic that if I’d see a 163-164 I’d have gone for a breakfast roll this morning, so stupid, the opposite of sense.

Happierwithouthim · 19/02/2020 11:44

I had pasta last night too and no veggies in my dinner, well does tinned tomatoes count? Hmm

Like the old adage if you had one flat tyre, would you go slash the other three? But if we gain, we eat more!! Counter productive.

Have saved Brian Keane's interview with Tess McGrath to listen to

Not2bObvious · 19/02/2020 14:02

Yeah that’s a good one alright. I wish I could bottle when I feel strong and keep it for weak times.

Hi all.
Weight sts.
B- Cheerios, coffee
L- pitta breads, tomatoes, red pepper and cucumber with a bit of hummus. Pear and coffee.
D- will be veggie balls and spaghetti, with some mixed veg throw in.

Was looking on YouTube for some easy exercises and came across Walk at home by Leslie Sansone, I did a 18 minute workout and it was only a little difficult, but I did take it easy, but I think I've found something that I can stick too!

Also Joanna Soh, which is low impact cardio and will give that a go later.

As I'm off for half term, I have more time to research some exercises and I'm hoping if I incorporate these everyday till I'm back at work, it will just be part of my routine and will easier to stick to!

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/02/2020 19:12

I've heard good things about walk from home. I hate stepping on the spot is sssooooo boring. I'm on mn now while I try and get above 5k

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 19/02/2020 19:40

life, it isn't all walking on the spot, there is side stepping, walking back and forth and arm movements, kicks.
Erm doesn't sound very exciting, does it?!
But I liked it and it will be a gentle way for me to build up to more vigorous exercises.
Give it a try, you may like it!

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/02/2020 19:54

Actually curvy it sounds really good. I like a bit of arm waving and side stepping.

Tmi alert next post

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/02/2020 19:57

So, whenever I eat well or go off on one I get a very windy tum.
And quite frankly it does not smell of roses.

I know I need to be consistently on track to see if it goes away. But gosh it's not good.

Anyone else experience this?

Not bunged up either

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 19/02/2020 19:59

life, there is one that is 45 mins and it equates to about 5 miles, I'm going to build up to that.

Not2bObvious · 19/02/2020 20:04

I was banging on about Leslie about a thread ago, great for the days you can’t get out, raise your hands to God & all that😉
I am demented with wind issues life. With no bastard follow through. Blinking pebbles. I seriously give in, faulty guts

OP posts:
CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 19/02/2020 20:06

Yeah life me too!
I've tried seeing if it coincides with my periods, but I'm not sure if it does.
When I have take out, which is usually chips and a pancake roll with a coke, the next couple of days I have bad wind.
But if I eat really well, with lots of fresh foods I'm better, but if I add lentils and beans, then I'm windy again, but not as bad as with the take out and coke.
So I stopped drinking coke with the take out, but didn't seem to really make much difference.
I don't want the answer to be that I can never eat take out though!

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 19/02/2020 20:07

Ahh was you Not, well she is good!

Not2bObvious · 19/02/2020 20:11

Oh she is for sure, haven’t done it in a while. We should be careful, we’ll have someone offering wind remedies....

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 19/02/2020 20:17

Haha Not, I wonder if we will get any ads!

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/02/2020 20:36
Grin Thanks not, sorry I missed you mentioned walking thingy.

Omg eating chips, yes I though that was just old age. 40+
Haha pebbles, yes.
I'm going to try and be consistently healthy and see what that does. I need to eat more veg as I get my macros with processed protein which doesn't help.

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 19/02/2020 20:41

Yes life, I think I need to too.
See I'm 41 and I really couldn't live without chips, once in a while, especially chip shop fat chips!

lifelongfrugaleer · 19/02/2020 20:44

I love chippy chips and mushy peas. I'm 45 this year, when did that happen. Ffs
