Erm...
Lots of carbs today
B- shredded wheat and coffee
L- pitta breads with beetroot, tomatoes, olives and hummus all mixed, was yum.
D- spring roll, chips and coke. Birthday meal, will have to try to be good now!
Steps 4843, will probably get to over 5000 just by pottering round the house.

Today included fun, good food & possibly too much vino but good fun & chats above all else, one more day fatter than I’d like to be but what of if in the grand scheme

Oh yeah, definitely a life long thing, I didn’t eat much real food yesterday - but I ate my body weight in snacks. I did make a big effort to drink a lot of water so while I’m not 100%, I’m not as bad as I could have been. Down .8 this morning

Tried the 3 mile stepping thing last night. Was ok. Got me to my step goal. Might do one again today

I'm about to do the 3 mile one. I was up very early sorting uniform and bags ready for Monday.
The dcs are cleaning their rooms and will do the last bits of homework later.

Dragged my hungover ass out for a walk and between that and a quick walkie talkie I have my minimum 10,000. Been picking abut today but should manage to stay under 2000 which will be a win for a Saturday.

I'm on 13 thanks to a 2 mile walk. On track for calories thanks to a ready meal. Not as nice as the Aldi ones. Going to have a choc bar in a bit so will be over by that.
Not hit protein but over yesterday

3/4 down but still up for the week by 1lb. If not more.
Gym this morning for body pump and this afternoon for fitsteps. Gammon for yes though so some salt weight to come

Up 2 today, too many salty food options yesterday. So I’ve pretty much maintained from last week. Up 1.5 from my lowest average this year. Not sure what I’ll do for food today, meant to be bringing bigger dd out shopping. Had talked about going out for lunch but there’s rugby on & that’ll mean a distracted dh & v noisy pubs if we attempt pub grub.

Up 1.4lbs just didn't shake the bloat at all this week.

That’s some impressive stepping happier, you must have slept well last night. Given up the idea of eating out, going to cook a curry later after I go walking & shopping. Tbf I’ll have 4 nights away from Thursday so I’ll have plenty of eating out.
I’ve been pondering my back & forth with weight, it’s like I’ve a 3 pound range I bounce between. I had 165-168, then 163-166, and now 160-163. So the lower number is the actual weight, and the higher is the weight plus the bloat etc.
So now I need to push hard to get into 157-160, and so on.

Sleep was poor because after collecting my new to me table & chairs myself & bf went out for a while I was totally underdressed & tired but he hadn't been out since he was ill so we went.

I didn't drink & am home now stocked up with bin bags despite his attempts to persuade me to take the day off Grin

I had a long sleep last night 10-5 & then another hour from 5.30-6.30.

Sts this morning but it bounced to 160.5 so the drop is coming

Is the snow bad where you are life? Lovely & sunny here now but cold and very windy.
Weight up to 162.8 despite my innards working properly for once, if I drink any more water I’ll burst.
