Gosh how scary curvy. How you get some results today.

Not2bObvious · 09/02/2020 08:06

You poor thing curvy, your poor dd, how terrifying for you both. I hope you have a nice calm & relaxing day to get over the shock of it.
You’re a diet diva happier, excellent behaviour with the 0% cider😉
I’d find it hard to resist cheesecake too north, and you do right taking a rest if you’re in pain.
As predicted up today so seeing 160.8 BUT IT DOESN'T DEFINE ME. See how little I case😂 Are youse buying that? Down 1.7lb on average

OP posts:
Not2bObvious · 09/02/2020 08:07

Care not case ffs

lifelongfrugaleer · 09/02/2020 08:46

Awesome result not.

Least said here the better.

Weather is horrible though but not as bad as I expected

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 09/02/2020 09:10

Thank you all so much.
It was very scary, I'm glad I recorded it as that really helped the drs to give her the care she needed.

She was more disappointed that we couldn't go to the party, but I took that as a very good sign!
She is still sleeping. We are meant to be popping to my friends house as it is her dds Birthday and my dd wants to give her her card.
It is very windy outside but not too wet.

Weight sts.

Think I will need to go and get a few bits, like bread and stuff. If outside seems ok I will take dd2 out to get her a present to make her feel a bit better.

Happierwithouthim · 09/02/2020 10:37

Still fluxed back up to 163.1 I'd plenty of water yesterday but fibre was poor so I guess that had its effect. I was driving so 0% cider, didn't bother with a drink then when I was home. Goats cheese salad with brown bread for dinner le yum

1lbs loss Grin

I've beef curry in my slow cooker, guessing dc won't eat it so I'll have extra portions for freezer I bet.

Great result not

It's calm enough here now at the moment, will try get dc into their clothes to walk dog before rain comes again

That’s great happier, well done. It had clearer up lovely, but the wind is starting to rise again, don’t think I’ll get out at all. My steps will be on the spot today, grr over 5,000 to get to hit minimum. I thought I might get the 105,000 this week but no chance now.

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 09/02/2020 13:52

full body workout done and food tracked and under control. only on7k steps though so lots of on the spot for me too,

average is up - no suprises

Happierwithouthim · 09/02/2020 15:29

My steps are down for the week also but I'm expecting that in next few weeks with moving house.

Not2bObvious · 09/02/2020 16:37

Err, is it bad when my days calories are used up by 4.30pm? Ahh well

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 09/02/2020 16:50

It's not the best not, unless you are full as well.
My focus is just get back in control this week.

Not2bObvious · 09/02/2020 17:13

No I didn’t think so alright. Taken myself off for a lie down which puts a stairs and a few rooms between me & the kitchen. Let’s see how this goes. My self enforced bedtime is 10pm, lights out by 10.30pm, so only 5’ish hours to go....

OP posts:
lifelongfrugaleer · 09/02/2020 17:35

Tbf in about 40 minutes behind you. Ask gone by 510. It's gonna be a lloooonnnnggg night

lifelongfrugaleer · 09/02/2020 17:36

Sorry shite auto correct

I'm about 40 minutes behind you. All gone by 510

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 09/02/2020 19:52

Hi, so took dd out, had a McDonald's lunch, but I was goodish, I had veggie dippers with salad and a coke.
Dinner was jacket potato and beans
Steps today 14471
I had a NSV today, I got some jeans from m and s and picked up a size 16 because that is what my other m and s jeans are, well when I went to put them on today they were really loose, so I swapped them for a 14, which fit much better!

lifelongfrugaleer · 09/02/2020 20:09

That's excellent curvy.
1815 calories today. Which is a damm sight better than the last few days

Not2bObvious · 09/02/2020 21:20

The fact that I’ve been dozing on/off since around 5pm has been my saviour. Not hungry and kitchen closed. Still feel tired so with luck I’ll get to sleep around 10. I got a hours walk in earlier despite the very windy weather so have my minimum steps. Decent enough day in the grand scheme

OP posts:
northender · 09/02/2020 21:37

Not a great weekend, more cheesecake today!
But, on the plus side, I haven't binged as I would've done in the past, I've eaten regularly & still exercised, so not a disaster by any means.

Not2bObvious · 09/02/2020 22:44

I think the positives you’ve listed make it into a very decent weekend, that’s growth north. Cheesecake is just food (albeit delicious moreish yummy food...slobber)
Theres protein in the cream cheese right? So it’s practically health food😉

OP posts:
Happierwithouthim · 10/02/2020 06:38

I'd 329 cals left so I made a mug cake, it was massive I ate it even though it was too much and input it into mfp afterwards 348 over, the cake was 677 Shock I knew it was too much, I should've stopped myself Angry

162.7 this morning so down 0.4lbs

North eating some nice things is allowed it's not sustainable otherwise & not binging is a major positive.

lifelongfrugaleer · 10/02/2020 06:46

Well done North on moderation.
Good going getting your steps and closing the kitchen
Ops snackcidents there happier. Was it worth the calories?

Up today but some will be salt weight though not all.

Down .4 but average now up again. Back to normal weekday food starting with all bran & banana. Busy dropping kids this morning as weather isn’t great here so no opportunities for steps.

CurvyInAllTheWrongPlaces · 10/02/2020 07:43

Weight sts.
So tired this morning. Combination of worrying about dd and the bloody storm, not slept properly since Saturday night.
Going to see her Head or Senco this morning, whoever is there first, to update them and to make sure that dd is watched a bit more, just in case.

Happierwithouthim · 10/02/2020 12:36

A third of it would have been plenty.
