Anyone with 5 stone + to lose in 2020?

This has to be the year it happens. I can’t keep calling it baby weight - he’ll be 3 this year! I’m sick of avoiding being in photos with my DS, and not being able to run round after him. Anyone else?

Yes me too. Ashamed to say have about double the five to lose. The house is still absolutely crammed to bursting with food left from Christmas but have made some inroads today, charging my Fitbit that last saw use in summer and booking on to two fitness classes over the next week, also started increasing actual water rather than tea or coffee so whilst the food intake is still high am making some small steps ready for a New Year push!

Can I join too ? I’m really depressed at how big I’ve become. I’ve got 2 lovely young children & I can’t even get up off the floor when I’m playing with them. Feel so embarrassed to be me at the moment

I’m in. At least 6 stone to lose. My gut has a gut. I tried to clean the bathroom earlier and because of my weight it was a real struggle. I feel disgusting and unhealthy and my kids are desperate for me to take them swimming. I avoid mirrors or windows now as I can’t bear to look at myself.

I’ve requested to join the group too.

Can I join? Got about 4 stone to lose.

2 kids born 17 months apart (youngest is 5mo) and I look permanently pregnant. Desperately want to shed the weight but I'm quite badly addicted to food.

I think I need to work on my issues with it as well as exercising and eating healthier.

I’m 57 years old and need to lose 6 stone, tried sw and lost 5 stone but found it awful and soon as I tried other stuff put it back on again , thinking of trying 16/8 is there a help forum on here?
