@Laska2Meryls - looks nice. Glad you are feeling better :)
I had greek yoghurt and berry compote this morning minus the dates as I didn't have any [ from the same book as yours]
I have just had yesterdays mushroom soup with a couple of ryvitas and cream cheese.
Tonight will be a portion of broccoli cheese.
@ginger, that's why I stopped weighing myself cause the scales [electronic ones] were giving all different readings so eventually I binned them.

Im kind of better,(but perhaps green smoothie wasn't the best choiceHmm) ... I may leave out dinner altogether or just have some chicken on its own..

Very quick omelette and rocket for me, ate at 3pm then had a magnum 😂 which was 236 calories I think. No idea what an omelette with one slice of ham is, but I reckon I'm within 800.
Excellent! Omelette & magnum diet!

I tested the scales a few times with a weight and they were spot on 🤷🏻‍♀️
I think it must be the magnums Wink

A 2 (large) egg omelette made with a small bit of butter ,( about a teaspoon) and 1 slice of Brunswick ham is 235) . Gin, I know because its my everyday breakfast !!

The Magnum diet sounds great ! An Ice cream is a fine lunch I feel,

I am definitely on the mend but having just roast chicken for dinner , ad maybe some tomato (we have loads in the greenhouse) and cucumber salad ..

But yes I am often starving after a bug.. Tomorrow I am doing portobello mushrooms stuffed with beans, chorizo and feta, baked in tomato sauce for dinner.. its not too bad, calorie-wise but not for a fasting day and but I am hoping not to top 800 cals though..

Blimey thanks laska. That means I can still have something else.
Promise not to have another magnum with the remaking calories 😂

Well the kitchen is closed for me on 836 calories :)

I am feeling very positive about this diet! and its nice to have buddies .. We do have a bbq planned though this weekend, (we are hosting so ill make sure there's something that fits in ).

I am on day 5 so i should have lost something. The way weight loss happens is i dont feel any changes for ages and then bang - my clothes feel looser and it seems it comes off suddenly.

We can steal off each other .!

I'm planning on keeping on until Ive lost the whole 2 stone well just over 1 stone would get me down to something acceptable but id like to actually get back to my post 5:2 weight.. I also want to find out about breast reduction when I have lost about a stone

Previously when i have done this I have stuck to 800 cals all week and eating in an 8 hour window ( 16:8) but allowed some laxity on one weekend day and eve . ( say for a bbq, odd takeaway , meal out..). One has to live!)

Ok ill admit it... I am over 12 stone right now ..(this is terrible esp as i have already lost 5lbs ) . Pretty all of this 1.5 stone!! has been put on since my late DM first became ill last autumn and it hasn't been helped by the family stuff that has continued on since (a difficult inheritance issue means I am having to be in regular contact with a close family member I had been NC with for many years because of nasty behaviour / bullying...) Result: Stress eating! and too much Wine

..But i have good motivation.. I have a V Important London 'date' in early October and I need to be halfway decent for that if I am to hold head up among some gorgeous and stylish people Wink

The strawberry Kefir seems to have really filled a hole, I may skip the eggs..

Stuffed mushers tonight..

The max amount you should be on it it says is 12wks. I will see how i feel at the end of 2 wks. Eating in a 'window' is great. I have combined this too when i did the 5:2

Well my plan is lunch - salad wrap from book, then apple. Dinner cold bbq chicken breast and salad, yoghurt.

Takes me to 792 cals but i may squeeze a coffee in with semi skimmed milk so roughly 800 cals.

, but by then you should have lost enough? . Its the maintaining after! I think his idea is you follow a sort of of Mediterranean 6:1 for maintenance .. (that's the bit i seem to have failed on in the past )
