Well i used up my greek yoghurt and strawberries for breakfast. Having courgette and olive bake from med ssrecipe book. Only 107 cals pp. Might have 2 portions or have one and some endesalad.
Well done you not opting for a large bf. (Breakfast not boy friend🤣🤣🤣)
Lunch with dh sounds lovely!

@Laska2Meryls i have whasapped you the recipe just incase of copyright!
It was nice - if making agsin i woul maybe sprinke some parmisan and add a little mire tomato and olives. Its so low cal that you can afford to add something to juje it up. I liked it. Love frittata too...with courgettes😋😋😋

I have DGS (6 ) from this pm until Monday ,am here on my own tonight so food will be a bit what I can manage to get out in between games and lego!

I think ill make a courgette frittata though , he wont eat it , but i will and as we will be going out tomorrow it will be good picnic lunch for me .

Just coffee so far for me , I am happy with eating from lunch time onwards it seems .. so that makes a good fasting period..

Well its a dominos for me tonight Blush well my children are having it so I thought I would have a slice and some salad. Actually, a slice is about 260 cals so although carby not that bad and actually I might just make it to stay under the 800. I have calculated it on my little app so all is good unless i blow it and eat the whole thing

No one ( well not me ) has ever just had one slice !! ( One pizza maybe !!)
Enjoy it never so far I have had 2 eggs and 2 slicesof cheese.all day . , quite surprised at that, but I have been entertaining a 6yr old.. and at least an hour until bedtime I reckon , although he is tired .. I may have some prawns and salad.. or tuna, strangely not hungry

you have indeed, I went for salmon as quick and easy, and i thought I could spend tje calories, . However DGsHas just informed me that his bedtime is 9pm. ( Oh no it aint around here, sunshine) .we have agreed on 8.30 for today, .I may call it the weekend already and have a glass of wine later....

Starting with a strawberry and kefir smoothie (only because I made one for Dgs he had his with milk ). we are meeting DS in cafe for 2nd breakfast .. its going to be a spendy day ..

Planning on bowling and beach today, so picnic will be in order, i haven't sorted out food for me , it may just have to be boiled eggs and veggie nibbles..

Only been a pound down this morning , a bit disappointing (I know I shouldn't keep jumping on scales) , but I do feel thinner ,

You will be thinner for sure. As you know, i dont weigh myself as it demotivates me although sometimes im tempted but i know i cant handle it. Scales were all over the place last time. Sometimes putting me up 5lbs!
Sounds like a lovely day planned with you dgs being spoiled😀
As for me, greek yog and fruit. Not sure about lunch, maybe an omlette.

I am sur I am thinner, tummy definitely seems to be going down but yes scales are evil, I do know that, but its not cured me of them..
Yesterday imad a quite frankly fab meal for dinner, eas had not to scoff the lot ! Roasted tomatoes ( homegrown) and redobion . Tioped with a flattened chicken breast ( halfs) spread chicken with pesto top with slice of mozzarella, and parma ham then grating of parmesan.then bake.. yummy
