Oh dear. Hope it was just that laska and you're not coming down with something.
I could probably do with losing a stone to be honest. I'm not overweight BMI-wise, but am at the upper end and I'd rather be somewhere in the middle. Also my "frame" is quite small and while I've always been bottom heavy, recently weight has started going round my tummy which isn't great health-wise (yes, perimenopause, it's entirely you, and not the cakes/icecream/crisps/ wine I shovel into my gob).
Trouble is I'm a bit all or nothing - so if I start counting calories or anything i get a bit obsessive. Not in an eating disorder kind of way, but not good. So I just need to do it sensibly by being more mindful and not start skipping meals or anything.
