Following on from previous themread and on the lovely @VivaFridas behalf I welcome you all to half a stone off for June!

Welcome to all and good luck for the month ahead. I hereby promise to inject a little enthusiasm into each morning and stay away from the Greggs Vegan rolls.

Old and new joiners welcome, whatever diet or exercise plan you are following. All I ask for is positivity towards others even if we are feeling a bit meh about ourselves.

Who's in and ready for day 1 tomorrow!

That’s a fab loss @Millie2018 - Zumba burns an insane amount of calories! A pre-workout banana or something might help you get through exercise?

I feel like I want to eat everything in sight.

Having a lousy afternoon after upsetting my son by having an arguement with his very unreasonable head teacher.

We were expected (being forced) to attend the summer fayre from 2pm til 3.15pm as children were released early from school. I refused as I had a prior appointment attend which she did not like. If left at school because you could not pick them up early they were just watching a film which I thought was pretty pointless.

Sorry for the rant just needed to vent.

Lost 5lb this week so really dont want to ruin it.

Fantastic losses @Millie2018 and @Mum7777

I'm going to make a curry tomorrow night as I've treated myself to some paneer and I have a big bag of spinach that needs using up.

I've just been out to pick up pizzas and ended up with one from Iceland's vegan range as I thought cheese free would reduce points! It's hummous, roasted tomatoes and black kale which sounds lovely. And not too bad diet wise with 346 calls for half which is all I'll eat.

I'm still flipping working after not finishing until 10 last night, I'm still a full day behind so guess what I'm spending my Saturday doing?? God I hate payroll sometimes!!

I had fish and chips (not from
The chippy) with mushy peas and tinned tomatoes. And 2 glasses of wine.
1200 cals all in for the day.

Will be about 80million kg by morning 😂

9st12 this morning, thank goodness the scales are no longer showing 9st14. That was really confusing me. And now I am only 1lb off from losing half a stone in June. I have never lost weight like this before, this thread has made a massive difference!

Plan today is lots of decorating so am starting with a larger breakfast to fuel the work and then have a smaller lunch and tea.

Another 2lb for me this week so that takes me to an 8lb loss since the 25th May. Really happy with that just need to stay focussed and keep losing to get my bmi into average.

❤️ Day 22 ❤️

Hopped on the scales this morning to a 2lb gain since last Saturday. Not happy at all! I'm struggling a little with water retention and swollen ankles this week and my IBS is kicking off after all the stress, I've been up twice in the night with stomach pains so I'm sure it's a combination of those. Fingers crossed I can be good for this week and see a loss for the final weekend next week!

Doing a couple of hours work this morning and then I'm taking DD for her ears piercing later this morning, I'm sure she is going to chicken out lol but she is adamant she is having it done.

I caved to a fuckit Friday.

Had planned stuff, plus a long Cosmopolitan (with the ice left in), some of the kids pizza crusts with taramasalata, and a handful of M&Ms.

Friday nights are always the hardest.

Today:

Latte & brioche
?? for lunch
Whatever dh decides to cook for dinner

No snacks, no booze.

Weigh in day was yesterday and I have put on a pound. So I did the grown up thing of drinking gin and eating crisps last night. Am off out tonight at a friends for dinner so I am going to have to do a lot of damage limitation the next few days..

Morning all, just walking out the door to a Zumba class. Did have some Pringles last night, but otherwise stuck to plan.
Going to a child’s birthday party later. I always struggle with the buffet but determined to be disciplined. Hoping someone notices my weight loss as it’s been a good 6 weeks since I’ve seen this group.

Morning all, I'm so impressed with the amount of exercise every one does, I'm very limited in what I can do so really am relying on diet.
I got some summer clothes out of storage this morning (hoping sun stays for a while!) and can fit in my size 16 trousers and dresses again - hurray! I have 14s stored too but am a long way off that yet.
DH still not noticed. Hmm

Friday night always a bit of a disaster but so far today I have had a vegan sandwich, some free from just about anything veg snack things, 1 Diet Coke, 1 coffee and one green juice. Not sure what's for dinner but as long as I avoid wine I think it's fairly safe!

62.1 this morning so not quite the 80million I predicted 😬

Indulgent breakfast out (sourdough , 2 poached eggs on chargrilled red pepper topped with hollandaise). God it was good
Have been on the go all day 11k steps , 2 hours of gardening and 2-3 of cleaning.

Light dinner of salad, and cheese with homemade yoghurt coleslaw. And red wine. So maybe not so light after all. About 1300 calls.

Sticking at 9st12, had a lax day yesterday. Got wiped out with the decorating and had a big tea and then had a wispa chocolate bar. I've not had a chocolate bar for about six weeks - it was delicious!

But I want to be focused again. I'm still about a stone heavier then I should be for my height, so no more slacking off!

Can't believe we've only one more week in June!

Down 1/2 pound this week, pleased with that! Realised as I'm nearing goal (not sure what that is yet, something a bit less fat than I am now) it's going to go slower anyways. Had an awesome 20 mile bike ride on Friday (up local big hill) plus a ceilidh and then let myself eat whatever. :)

I had a good day yesterday. I went to about 1500 calories (whoops) but I did four hours of solid house and garden work which I reckon must've burned about 350-400 calories. Go me.

Today's going to be okay but I might end up at around 1300 because DP bought me a Galaxy Caramel bar yesterday. I resisted it all day yesterday but I might have to give in today.

Today's food:
B: Cornflakes (100 cal)
L: Sourdough, cheese and lettuce sandwich with Snaps (350 cal)
T: Vegan sausages, rice, greens (400 cal)
Snacks: Biscuits: 100 cal
Temptation: Galaxy Bar: 230 cal

Unfortunately I don't think I'll get that much exercise done today as I'm working so sitting at my desk. I took the dog out this morning but it wasn't a particularly long or vigorous walk so not too many calories burned there.

So much for being focused today. Had scampi and chips and a coke for lunch. And now I'm eating a biscuit covered in icing that DD made for me at Sunday school this morning. Off now to the park and will try not to eat anything else today.

Things to be grateful for...

  1. Had the most perfect day at the local zoo/splash park with toddler DD yesterday.
  2. Found a new suncream that doesn't stain white clothing yellow and stops my polymorphic light eruption.
  3. Little bean is sticking so far.

However, feeling bloated and nauseous, after having carbs with each meal yesterday.

Today, have had high protein yoghurt with strawberries, green tea, and a green leaf salad with garam masala roasted seeds.
Have got a slice of vegetable baked tortilla for dinner, with a small jacked potato and carrots. Am getting my 5 a day!

DH decided to experiment with deep-frying last night, so god knows how many calories I got through.

Skipped breakfast, then out to lunch for a family birthday. Was pretty controlled, so we'll see.

I hope everyone's enjoying the weekend. It's VERY muggy here today.

Muggy here as well, wonder if we'll get a thunderstorm later. Not too bad a day yesterday, I had a McFlurry (took my teenager out shopping for the day - I needed it!) but counted it in my calorie limit.
Verbrithien which suncream doesn't turn white things yellow?! I neeeeeed some of that!
Dennis galaxy is my favourite chocolate, you've done well to resist for a day!

I weighed in yesterday and have lost the lb I put on last week. Weight loss for this month 1lb! Desperately hoping to lose another one this week...
