Yesterday, I'm delighted to announce, I finished on 874 calories and that included a G&T, yay.

Today I've done really well

B - Fast
L - Pasta, cous cous and courgette.
Snack - Wrap with lettuce, Philadelphia and mango chutney.
G&T
D - planning on burger with salad
totals = 843 so far

I've been at work all day so not really been in the sun but I was in theatre so had some nice air con.

Yes, got some sun, although I was working today. It's lovely I don't struggle in this heat though.

I'm having a mare calorie-wise! Drank way too much pink sparkly stuff and snacks with my friend here last night and then today is going to be challenging as she's still here and then I have family coming later... all made harder because I'm secretly dieting! Grin

B: pancakes but will only eat 1
L: either pesto pasta or wraps with something in
D: spaghetti and v meatballs, plus veg

Haven't calculated calories yet but I know I'm going to be way over even if I keep portions small.

This whole week will be similar with guests here until Monday so will just do my best to eat sensibly and then start fresh on Monday.

29 degrees it was at work with all the blinds down and fans on. Air con in some areas, just of course not the section I was on today.

Someone did come round with ice lollies for everyone though so that cooled us off a bit. I was melting on the bus home but other than that ok, but it is bloody hot.

I've eaten plums, nectarines, 3 small Kabano sausages, pesto pasta (still left over from the one huge batch I cooked) and ice lollies.

I'm going to make some lemon sorbet in a bit for us all, right now in fact.

Have kept to plan so had a fair bit of fruit and a large chicken and herb pitta salad for dinner. Finishing on 998 cals got the day.

Was extremely hot at work for me too, no air-con as it doesn't work for the atmosphere needed for the facilities uses- it unfortunately means the place was a green house so as hot if not hotter than outside (38!).

I made the sorbet but haven't got round to eating it yet. So will have it tomorrow. Ate more fruit ice lollies, 3 more small kabano sausages, a small chicken thigh, a G&T followed off by sparkling water.

It's definitely easier to keep calories reduced when it's so warm! That's if you can back away from the booze Grin. Saying that I've got used to 1000 ish calories per day quite quickly and never overly hungry. I do remember one day early on when I was ravenous but that passed.

At work again today but for dinner it's another mini bbq- medallion steak, chicken wings, chorizo sausage, corn and salad. Add some Prosecco into the scenario and it should still be 1000 ish.

Morning!

Continuing the theme of writing off this week weight loss-wise... I'm out for dinner and a film tonight with dh.

So I will attempt to keep calories low until then but accept it's not going to be a great day calorie-wise

B: fasting (not easy with guests here but should manage)
L: will aim to just snack on berries and raw veg
D: not sure, maybe Chinese or Indian

I've been really enjoying being so much slimmer, especially in this heat! I wore a bikini all day yesterday and actually felt pretty good!

Being slimmer has made this heat so much more bearable.
Last night though I had to decamp to the living room because upstairs was just too stiflingly hot. The fan downstairs had a lovely cooling effect whereas the fan upstairs just circulated hot air making no difference at all.

I also then cracked open the lemon sorbet which was just heavenly, I didn't even have that much of it. I just needed it to cool my body which it did beautifully. I imagine it goes very well with Prosecco Grin

Today thank god it's cloudy and will hopefully rain later as predicted and throughout the night to cool things down.

Today will be ice pops, sorbet and cold chicken thighs, salad, pesto pasta no doubt. I'm going to make coleslaw later and possibly mango sorbet to keep the DC cooled off.

Are you finding you tend to only need a little of something to satisfy you more often than not now @TantricTwist ? I'm finding that (not always tho!)

I'm so pleased with myself today... I've eaten nothing so far, just had a glass of vegetable juice, tea and coffee.

I'm now in my 4 hour eating window (a la Warrior Diet) but I'm holding off from eating much now to save the calories for an Indian meal and some wine tonight.

I don't feel that hungry and if I can manage not to eat much before we go out then I'll be at 1k cals today after all Halo

Also went clothes shopping - bought two dresses and three tops - all size 12. So I'm firmly back in a size 12, which is great but also embarrassing as I was previously so convinced I'd never got any bigger than that BlushGrin

I get what you meant before now @DottieLottie1... I look 'normal' now rather than slim. I would like to look slim again and I will!

Just made a chocolate cake for DD's birthday - I will deffo only be having one slice!

New jeans @Seer seeing I've been frumping in leggings for a couple of years!

I'll be up to week 11 for me on Monday, I'm not sure I'll make the 2st in 12 week mark. I'm not giving up though, I want to get back to 10 stone flat!

Just cracked open the Prosecco, bbq starting shortly Smile

Tomorrow is (mini) blowout sat, tho kinda g pizza as DH is out for the evening. He has gluten I tolerance so has to avoid bready type foods so normally no pizza for us!

Ugh... hungover, tired and due on Confused

Today is the last day of this crazy week of parties and hosting. I'm looking forward to getting back to normality in all ways but particularly eating tomorrow.

Amazingly, I don't seemed to have gained weight!

B: 2 crumpets with almond butter, 4 dark chocolate buttons, slice of chocolate cake (I KNOW! Grin)
L: will aim to eat nothing or snack on berries/veg
D: Chinese takeaway (I'm happy with anything if it means I don't have to cook after cooking for so many people for days on end!)
