Exante - Here I come AGAIN!

I got Exante last year and I've still got the bulk of the damn stuff!
I imagine the sachets and bars in their boxes, just fuming with rage, resentment and regret. Blush

I look back over last year and see just easy I was knocked off course.
Fair enough, it was a bad year and I perhaps didn't really appreciate how badly I was handling certain personal issues. But i do need to stop making excuses. Sad
And I intend to. I can't change past events, and I may be struggling a tad, but taking control can only help, I'm sure.

I'm starting for definite on Wednesday 6th March. It's a habit from childhood that I follow Lent, so it seems a good day to recommence.

I'm planning 5 days completely 'on' , then 2 days off but calorie counted. But - as per my usual Lent habit - no proper chocolate, sweets, biscuits.

Anyone want to help with advice/support?

Aah ok sounds a bit like skinny sprinkles which I have,in fact you've reminded me so maybe I will dig them out tomorrow I do remember them helping a bit.

I've had the lemon pancakes, best thing I've tried so far. Not quite a home cooked one with lemon and sugar !!

I've worked out I've got over 12 weeks of shakes and bars. Mostly shakes.

I really do need to get on it like a car bonnet, as Troppi would say! Grin

Just bought myself a 4 week plan.

I'm seriously out of control when it comes to food. Need to give myself a kick.

I've never tried Exante before, so would be interested to see what the stuff tastes like.

Hi everyone, hope you've all had a good Sunday.

First day of food week for me but I'm too nervous lol! I like the structure of shakes at mealtimes, think I'll just start small with some babybel portions and some slices of chicken.

I'll tried the pasta carbonara last night which wasn't too bad, really salty though.

Good day today for me a bar and chilli, salad and rice for dinner.
I also had a rice cake.
Trays are in so no more food for meGrin
I'm going out on Saturday night so I'm having an evening off. I'm really really looking forward to it.

I'm doing shakes today instead of bars. It's much easier I'm wondering if they fill me a bit better or maybe having no food is better than a little bit?
I've only got the salty jelly chocolate bars left which make me gag unless I wash them down with a cup of tea.
I've put an order in for chocolate cookies, jam bars and so other bits just waiting for it to arrive.
Had anyone tried the butterscotch "angel delight"? I ordered it in my last order after wine but I've not been brave enough to try it yet!!

Day 1 for me. Just had the peanut butter bar. Not bad but had a bit of a weird after taste.

Got a shake for lunch and then butternut squash soup for dinner.

Has anyone tried the water enhancer? Is it any good?
